Baptiste和尉然是一对中法跨国夫妻，两人都曾在中法两国长期居住生活,对中欧文化的了解背景赋予了这对设计师搭档中西融合的设计理念。毕业于法国国立高等装饰艺术学院、中央美术学院。作品曾参展于巴黎蓬皮杜艺术中心、巴黎镀金门宫、法国Richard基金会、北京国际设计周等。BW Timeless Interior Design是一个由中法夫妻设计师尉然和BRET Baptiste(白笛)主理的建筑室内设计事务所，事务所于2017年在巴黎左岸七区 Rue Barbet de Jouy成立，2021年在北京成立，项目涉及住宅、商业空间、建筑设计，服务范围法国、中国。事务所致力于关注空间与环境关系，崇尚自然主义，做经典且有温度的作品。

都市平层公寓

纯净 简洁 开放

位于北京朝阳区270平米的平层公寓，由BW Timeless设计，拥有28层无敌视野与城市景观，站在家里，就可以俯瞰京城，天气好的时候，还可以看到远处的山。

This 270-square-meter flat-floor apartment located in Chaoyang District, Beijing, was designed by BW Timeless. It has unparalleled views and city views from the 28th floor. Standing at home, you can overlook the capital. When the weather is good, you can also see the mountains in the distance.

屋主是一对清华大学毕业的90后夫妇，南方人，在北京定居。第一套房是位于海淀的100平两居，有了第一次的居住和生活经验，小两口对自己今后想要的生活十分清晰，于是卖掉上一套房子，换来这套可改造余地很大的平层。小俩口希望，新家的公区尽可能地开阔、通透和自由，能如美术馆一般简洁、高级；私区满足基本的睡眠功能即可。所以本案设计最大的优化，就在于整个公区的规划设置。餐厨区打开，使完成的视觉面空间更加规整通透。通过两扇2m长的深灰色烤漆移门控制开合，让空间打破传统的门和墙壁的限制，形成一个极具自由的穿梭的空间格局。

The owners are a couple born in the 1990s who graduated from Tsinghua University. They are from the south and settled in Beijing.The first house was a 100-square-meter two-bedroom house in Haidian. After having this first living experience, the young couple had a very clear idea of the life they wanted in the future, so they sold their previous house in exchange for this house with room for renovation. Large flat floor.The young couple hopes that the public area of their new home will be as open, transparent and free as possible, as simple and high-end as an art gallery; the private area will only serve basic sleeping functions.Therefore, the biggest optimization of the design of this case lies in the planning and setting of the entire public area.The dining and kitchen area is opened, making the completed visual space more regular and transparent.Two 2m long dark gray painted sliding doors are used to control the opening and closing, allowing the space to break the limitations of traditional doors and walls, forming a space pattern with great freedom of movement.

从入户开始，设计师就希望将空间还给自然和住宅本身。四白落地的墙面，浅灰色混凝土地坪和无主灯设计，保持空间的纯粹性与简洁性，让空间更加干净的同时，也为屋主希望‘家’和‘画廊’空间的结合成为可能。

From the moment you enter the house, the designer hopes to return the space to nature and the house itself.The four-white floor-to-ceiling wall, light gray concrete floor and no main light design maintain the purity and simplicity of the space. While making the space cleaner, it also creates a perfect combination of home and gallery space for the owner. possible.

开阔明亮的公区，将28层的天光云影引入室内，让屋主在行走、驻足其间，总能遇到诸多美好，或是邂逅清晨初绽的朝阳，或是遇见优雅落幕的晚霞。

The open and bright ublic area introduces the skylight and cloud shadows from the 28th floor into the interior, so that the homeowners can always encounter many beautiful things when walking or stopping, whether they are encountering the rising sun in the morning or the elegant sunset.

一气呵成，将客卫、书房、主卧、次卧、健身房门连为一体，也形成书房和健身房除客厅、餐厅外的第二条动线。

In one go, the guest bathroom, study, master bedroom, second bedroom, and gym door are connected into one, and it also forms a second line of movement between the study and gym in addition to the living room and dining room.

3m长的实木餐桌，和书墙和咖啡吧相邻，和美食制造所为伴，集合了现代都市人的多种居家生活场景。围绕一张长桌，可以家庭聚餐、朋友聚会，还可以休闲阅读、开会办公，有孩子以后，更是可以作为亲子悦读、手工制作的所在。

内部空间服从于周围的景观的设计理念，让我们十分关注建筑、住宅和自然的交互、通透。因此，更是将厨房中岛吧台与窗户设置在平行状态，希望屋主能够更多享受室外空间的时间。岛台一侧，黑色厨柜内设燃气灶，作为中式厨房的天地，偶尔的爆炒蒸煮都不在话下。

卧室是整个家中唯一需要私密性的空间，仅保留了休息和储物两个基础功能。卓越的空间尺度，在出让半个卫生间后依然毫不逊色。地板也从原先的浅灰色混凝土地坪，转换到更加温馨自然的浅木色实木地板，质感和触感都更加柔和。空间内没有任何多余装饰，暖白色皮质软包床头、同色极简床头柜，两盏暖黄的台灯，传递着屋主极简至美的审美意趣。

The bedroom is the only space in the entire home that requires privacy, retaining only its two basic functions of rest and storage.The excellent spatial scale is still the same even after selling half a bathroom.The floor has also been converted from the original light gray concrete floor to a more warm and natural light wood color solid wood floor, with a softer texture and touch.There are no unnecessary decorations in the space. The warm white leather soft-covered bedside, minimalist bedside tables of the same color, and two warm yellow table lamps convey the minimalist and beautiful aesthetic taste of the owner.

卫生间的设计，也延续了整体极简的基调。卫生间以灰色岩板铺设，金属和玻璃元素营造极简利落的风格，暖气片也选了纯白极简的款式，没有丝毫累赘的线条和设置。

The design of the bathroom also continues the overall minimalist tone.The bathroom is laid with gray slate, and metal and glass elements create a minimalist and neat style. The radiator is also a pure white minimalist style, without any cumbersome lines or settings.

整个空间以温柔沉静的质感，让进入的人瞬间沉静下来。我们和业主，就这样，作为这座生活美术馆的共同“空间策展人”，完成了一个家的样貌。
