千禧之年,松山湖横空出世,见证了这座城市从“世界工厂”到“创新之城”的转变。如果把松山湖比作人的一生,它历经万重山,归来仍正值好年华。

                            
透过室内建筑的方式体验空间、光影、材质、细节,试图透过以人为本的思考,探索现代东方的住宅方式回归真实的需要,提升心理仪式性的转换让住宅不仅是满足基本的需求,而是到达体验的感受。让我们所看到的不仅是设计,而是对于生活的深刻体会。
Through the way of interior architecture to experience space, light and shadow, material, details, trying to explore the modern Oriental housing way to return to the real needs through people-oriented thinking, improve the psychological ritual transformation so that the house is not only to meet the basic needs, but to achieve the experience of the feeling. 月下飞天镜,云生结海楼
距离松湖烟雨仅约700米,视野无遮挡,以松湖、中心公园为视野焦点,生活于此,抬眸皆是湖光水色,一次湖居,一生诗意。
It is only about 700 meters away from the misty rain of Songhu Lake, and the vision is not shielded. With Songhu Lake and Central Park as the focus of vision, living here, lifting your eyes are all the color of the lake, a lake home, a lifetime of poetry.

                            
之于山水松湖的理解,青雲境结合了松山湖山水一色、烟雨丹青地貌、全息自然底盘为核心理念,外接松山湖中心公园两大天然湖泊,以极佳的视野焦点收藏青绿,打破城市与社区的边界。
In the understanding of Songhu landscape, Qingyunjing combines the core concept of Songshan Lake landscape, misty rain Danqing landform and holographic natural chassis, and connects Songshan Lake Central Park with two natural lakes, collecting green with excellent visual focus, breaking the boundary between the city and the community.
青雲境颜色取自千里江山图中只此青绿元素,让项目远看犹如悬浮于湖上的一片青云。从外入内,层层拾阶而上,犹如一场平步青雲之旅。
The color of Qingyunjing is taken from the only green element in the map of Qianli River and mountains, so that the project looks like a blue cloud suspended on the lake. From the outside into the inside, layer by layer to pick up the steps, like a journey to the top.
只此青云,御启松湖

                            
空间以千里江山无界概念展开,顺应机能产生不同之空间向性,自然的光影时序,带来丰富的空间表情。
The space unfolds with the concept of boundless rivers and mountains, and the adaptive function produces different spatial orientation, natural light and shadow sequence, and brings rich spatial expression.

                            
“我们也在努力试图平衡着设计,同时也平衡着生活”以对外关系及内外串联为核心,更刻意减少室内隔间、量体之方式产生自由无界的视觉关系,大面积的玻璃无形的虚化了室内外的分界,光、景,自然的融入空间。
We are also trying to balance the design, but also balance the life with external relations and internal and external series as the core, more deliberately reduce the indoor compartment, the way to produce a free and unbounded visual relationship, a large area of glass invisible void the boundary between indoor and outdoor, light, scenery, natural integration into the space.
枕水而居,观自然之景

                            
空间采用四室归堂格局,中间布局LDKB联厅,一面直揽松山湖,一面围合卧室,联厅双洄游动线,既保持卧室空间的独立性和私密感,又能营造家庭社交空间。原始石皮与黑胡桃木,冷峻地面与温润天花,材质、色调、比例、线条四者相对在此流转,诉说着质感与色彩。光线之于地面的反射,像空间散落的金箔,呈现流动的力量。
The space adopts a four-room layout, the middle layout of LDKB hall, one side directly overlooking the Songshan Lake, one side enclosing the bedroom, the hall is double migration line, not only to maintain the independence and privacy of the bedroom space, but also to create a family social space. 客厅天花板采用转角弧面造型,曲面无主灯设计,拉长横向视觉提供场域中的广度。在餐桌区置入透光云石造型吊灯,棱角造型与铁件线条的组合,平衡空间中横向宽敞的感受,增强了视觉深度。
The living room ceiling adopts the corner arc shape, the curved surface without the main lamp design, lengthening the horizontal vision to provide the breadth of the field. In the dining room area, a transparent marble chandelier is placed, and the combination of angular shape and iron lines balances the feeling of transverse spaciousness in the space and enhances the visual depth.

                            
线、面,形成几何量体,彼此交错、重叠,再转折延续至廊道,过渡柔性的私域。
客厅沙发的配置决定了整个空间愉快的调性。
一边面对电视主墙,一边面对餐厨岛台,一边拥着壁龛,一边朝着湖景。
约7.6米长湖景阳台,把湖光盛满所有角落。
以客厅沙发为空间焦点,打破局限连结所有开放空间,同一个空间,拥有了不同心境。
Lines and surfaces form geometric volumes, cross and overlap each other, and then turn and continue to the corridor, the transition of flexible private domain. The arrangement of the sofa in the living room determines the pleasant tone of the whole space. One side is facing the main TV wall, the other is facing the kitchen island, and the other side is hugging the alcove and facing the lake view. About 7.6 meters long lake view balcony, filled with lake light in all corners. Taking the living room sofa as the spatial focus, breaking the limitations and connecting all open Spaces, the same space has different moods.
山色四时环翠屏

                            
270°转角厨房藉由计划的编排,景色在某种程度也升华了美食与感官,破格的空间体验、异材间的交融,采用一体化嵌入式设计,电器与橱柜门板融为整体,隐藏式全屋收纳在无形之中也彰显出居住者的生活品质。
270° Corner kitchen Through the layout of the plan, the scenery also sublimates the food and senses to a certain extent, the space experience, the integration of different materials, the use of integrated embedded design, electrical appliances and cabinet door panels into the whole, hidden whole house storage in the invisible also highlights the quality of life of the occupants.

                            
开放式的中岛量体除了作为居住的核心主轴,也呼应墙面造型,赋予展延空间的可能性。

在柔阳中感受,在静谧中思考,在连绵交织的框格里自由,以稳定整个场域的气息,窗外景色穿透玻璃,成就了空间的变化,放大了空间的场域,使其穿透、调节,而层次的变化让空间的一切自然流动。

阔绰湖景四分卧室,为最大化拥有松山湖,主卧采用三面环景设计,L型飘窗维持采光的平衡与广角的湖景,将湖光盛景尽揽于卧室。

松湖的粼粼湖光,青山的绵延起伏,如画美景折叠于窗前,一碧万顷,人生至境。

山色本有情,湖光入梦来

                            
在平面构成的语言上,不单就于对于空间中的生活想象,同一侧的双主卧格局共同架构着空间语汇,让材质的纯粹叙述着空间表情。床头板刻意延伸至地面,赋予空间视觉层次,以自然原木的材质,作为空间主轴,企图在理性的线条结构之下,融入自然肌理。

有形与无形的艺术轨迹

                            
空间与艺术的某个部分支撑了这个场域的精神,呈现出一种环游世界后留给艺术品独处的空间。
时空与艺术,二者之间好似在对话互动,似乎隐藏着一种阅读空间的顺序。
A certain part of space and art supports the spirit of this field, presenting a space that leaves the artwork alone after traveling around the world. Space and time and art seem to have a dialogue and interaction between them, which seems to hide a sequence of reading space.
在空间的设计细节中,创造了空间的层次,引领出一种艺术的气质,立面的主墙,运用手绘乔木的意向,将原始自然的素材概念引入室内,空间在空间色调与材质的运用上,将空间元素、家具材质与艺术画作整合为一个完整的调性,让陈设艺术成为一个介质,书写着空间氛围。

再运用家具陈列、线性灯具的点缀,柔软的羊毛地毯,加深整个空间的层次与细节,古咖金色点缀室内的整体性,高贵感浑然天成。
