The Designer

TEN DESIGN 行十设计由设计师张威于 2019 年末创办于深圳，2021 年成立北京公司，并带领团队获得全球多项设计奖项。立志创作兼备实用性、手工感、人性关怀、经得起考验的品质空间。实践着将中国人的传统观念与生活方式，在现代空间中进行内向转译的设计方向。作品涉及室内、景观、产品、艺术陈设、展览策划等领域。

200㎡大平层 | 中国·北京

「井」为型，规划布局。取意空间平面重叠的交叉形态，贴合生活进行动线梳理，还原空间的组织、规律及条理的状态，以便通往不同区域，支持各项家事活动。

「质」为意，双向深化。向外着眼于材料、造型和比例的搭配表达，向内梳理屋主生活经历和文化认同的叙述，融入进空间质感的构建里，在井然有序状态下，中国人的传统观念和生活方式在现代空间映生。

The well is the shape of the layout. Taking the cross shape of overlapping space planes, the layout is tailored to the daily life and restores the organisation, regularity and structure of the space, so that it can be accessed to different areas to support various household activities.

The quality is a two-way deepening of the meaning. Outwardly, we focus on the expression of materials, shapes and proportions, and inwardly, we sort out the narratives of the owners life experience and cultural identity, and integrate them into the construction of the texture of the space, so that the traditional concepts of the Chinese people and their way of life can be reflected in the modern space under the state of orderliness.

业主是一对90后新手父母，他们作为空间的主线，将空间个性导向了更具都市新贵型格的干练隐奢，「院」作为传统情怀，以二进式关系处理，与当代空间语境相融相生，恰如代际间传、承的隐喻。

In a multi-generational space, time, memories and emotions converge and merge, sight lines mingle with the atmosphere, inward dialogue takes place between steps, and people, objects and the overall structure are linked to tell the timelessness of the space.

The owners are a pair of 90s new parents, as the main line of the space, they orientate the space personality to a more urban nouveau riche style of competent hidden luxury, courtyard as a traditional sentiment, with a bi-partite relationship processing, and the contemporary spatial context of the integration of the birth of the metaphor of the transmission and inheritance of the intergenerational.

BEFORE

设计前

入户开门见厅，比例失衡，私密性不足，收纳空间有限。主卧动线曲折，空间秩序混乱。次卧空间错综复杂，墙体密集。设备阳台狭窄，空间利用率低。生活阳台外墙呈异形，空间利用率受限。

The entrance door opens to the hall, unbalanced proportion, lack of privacy and limited storage space. The master bedroom has twisted lines of movement and chaotic spatial order. The second bedroom has intricate space and dense walls. The equipment balcony is narrow with low space utilisation. The outer wall of the living balcony is shaped, with limited space utilisation.

AFTER

设计后

利用传统的两进关系，重构空间秩序。第一进通过屏风建立私密性，第二进利用餐岛丰富生活完整性。次卫洗手台外置，主卧套房引入玻璃材质，通透的隔断，优化空间布局。拆除原有非承重共墙，打开空间，形成一处家人共享衣帽间。通过移门自由开合，连接设备阳台与衣帽间，梳理空间动线，一气呵成。打通南侧异形阳台，串联起小孩房，形成一处流动的洄游动线。

The traditional two-entry relationship is utilised to reconfigure the spatial order. The first entry establishes privacy through a screen, while the second entry enriches the integrity of life with a dining island. The secondary bathroom washbasin is placed externally, and the master bedroom suite introduces glass, a transparent partition to optimise the spatial layout. The removal of the original non-bearing common wall opens up the space to form a shared cloakroom for the family. The sliding door opens and closes freely, connecting the equipment balcony with the cloakroom, and sorting out the spatial dynamic line, all in one go. Open up the shaped balcony on the south side, connecting the childrens room, forming a flowing migratory line.

序·二进

PREFACE · TWO ENTRIES

黑橡木格栅屏风影影绰绰，虚实之间，光影流转，层层递进。借用传统庭院二进关系，划分出前后两个空间，以解决客餐厅空间暴露以及公区比例失衡的问题。

The black oak grille screen is shadowy, and between reality and reality, the light and shadow flow, and the layers progress. Borrowing the traditional courtyard two into the relationship, divided into two spaces before and after, in order to solve the problem of the exposure of the space of the guest dining room and the imbalance of the proportion of the public area.

△玄关

二进秩序相生相长，围合出灵动的洄游动线，形成清晰的空间脉络。功能和场景多向串联，拓展想象，释放情绪。对外开放，便于迎接客人；对内私密，安心居住休息。

The order of the two entrances grows with each other, enclosing a dynamic migratory dynamic line and forming a clear spatial vein. Functions and scenes are linked in multiple directions, expanding imagination and releasing emotions. Open to the outside, it is easy to welcome guests; private to the inside, it is safe to live and rest.

转·无界

TURN · UNBOUNDED

廊道由外向内转折的节点，灰洞石与黑橡木相融，勾勒出家的形态，锚定了空间给予人的自然感受。深入生活的细枝末节，让空间连贯且流动，居者间的互动关系，为空间注入生命的活力。

The node where the corridor turns from the outside to the inside, grey travertine and black oak blend together to outline the form of the home and anchor the natural feeling that the space gives to people. The details of life are deepened to make the space coherent and fluid, and the interaction between the residents injects vitality into the space.

衣帽间移门可任意开合，构建出灵活的储物空间，供家人共享，材料的搭配以及比例尺度，暗含了设计师对家人间关系联结的思考，让家人间的关系也更加紧密。

The sliding door of the cloakroom can be opened and closed at will to build a flexible storage space for family members to share. The matching of materials as well as the scale of proportions implies the designers thoughts on the relationship linkage between family members, which makes the relationship between family members closer as well.

△衣帽间

餐岛一体，是空间的第二进关系，经历第一层的引导，便可进入内部空间。餐厨空间向内延展，以日常生活视角，打破界限，增加家人间以及人与空间的互动体验。

The dining island is integrated as the second entry relationship of the space, experiencing the first level of guidance to access the interior space. The dining space extends inwards, breaking down the boundaries and increasing the experience of interaction between families as well as between people and the space from the perspective of everyday life.

空间布局皆铺设了可能的契机：小朋友的自在玩耍，家人间当刻的行动，多个场景、多种互动关系可同时在线。

The layout of the space is paved with possible opportunities: the childrens free play, the familys current actions, multiple scenarios, multiple interactions can be online at the same time.

材质碰撞，色调对比，体块秩序，不动声色的包裹空间，酝酿其间的故事，一面导向对生活的质感追求，一面释放自然放松的空间氛围。

Material collision, colour contrast, body order, motionless wrapping space, brewing the story between, one side oriented to the pursuit of texture of life, the other side of the release of natural relaxation of the spatial atmosphere.

通·共生

PERMEABILITY·SYMBIOSIS

嵌入式口袋门流畅自如，消隐边界，半开放动线，在围合与开放间游离，形成一个自在的场，小酌、宴客均可，让心灵舒展。

Built-in pocket doors are smooth and free, fading boundaries, semi-open lines of movement, wandering between enclosure and openness, forming a field of self-contained, small drinks, banquets can be, so that the mind stretches.

横向开放界面，客厅、餐厅、厨房一气呵成，设计形在空间，意在生活。

Horizontal open interface, living room, dining room, kitchen all in one, the design is shaped in space and intended for life.

生活场景展开，空间独立联通，通透随性，将不同的共渡片段集结。

The living scene unfolds, the space is independently connected, transparent and spontaneous, and different fragments of communion are assembled.

材质节奏与细部雕琢，生发出内在的安然，黑白经典色调如韵律，让空间成为情感和记忆共鸣的容器。

The rhythm of materials and detailed carving give birth to an inner peace, and the classic black and white colour palette is like a rhythm, making the space a container for resonating emotions and memories.

With functionality as the underlying logic, the external washbasin opens up the space on both sides, allowing for family use and interaction, soaking in everyday life and releasing instantaneous intentionality.

归·联结

REGRESSION·ARTISTIC CHARM

格栅通透达观，进退有度，隐与现的更迭，在不同时刻皆别有联结与变化。

The grille is permeable and elegant, with a degree of inward and outward movement, and the transition between the hidden and the present, at different moments, has a different connection and change.

△主卫

主卧延续恬淡气质，消弱了外物的干扰。黑橡木格栅与布艺调和，平衡沉静与温暖，释放松弛之感。

The master bedroom continues to be a tranquil place, which is not disturbed by external objects. The black oak grille and fabrics are in harmony, balancing calmness and warmth, releasing a sense of relaxation.

时间更迭、光影流转，为空间注入经典气息。空间结构，家的气质内在生长，传统与现代融合，浑然一体。

Time change, light and shadow flow, injecting a classic atmosphere into the space. The structure of space, the temperament of home grows internally, and tradition and modernity merge into one.
