Introduction to Home

这所住宅是为两位清华学霸量身打造的理想居所。

设计之初，我们并未局限于某种风格，而是致力于将功能性、美观性和舒适性巧妙地融为一体，使每一寸空间都充满生活的温度与诗意，

以营造出一个既实用又温馨的家。

此项目在材料和纹理的选择上既简约又丰富，色调以米色色调为主，辅以白色大理石.黄铜和橡木地板，以营造温暖的氛围。这些材质的运用，既体现了现代家居的精致感，又保留了家的温馨与亲切。

我们坚信，信任是设计方案完美落地的关键，而此项目业主对我们的充分信任，让我们在项目的实施过程中倍感欣慰和感动。

This residence is an ideal residence tailored for two top students from Tsinghua University.

At the beginning of our design, we were not limited to a certain style, but were committed to cleverly integrating functionality, aesthetics, and comfort, making every inch of space filled with the warmth and poetry of life,To create a practical and warm home.

This project has a minimalist and rich selection of materials and textures, with beige as the main color scheme, complemented by white marble, brass, and oak flooring to create a warm atmosphere. The use of these materials not only reflects the delicacy of modern homes, but also preserves the warmth and warmth of the home.

We firmly believe that trust is the key to the perfect implementation of design solutions, and the full trust of the project owner in us has made us feel gratified and moved during the implementation process of the project.

1. 将入户门厅改造为独立门厅，满足收纳功能。

2. 对卫生间进行干湿分区，释放餐厅空间，并增加餐边柜和家政柜。

3. 调整次卧空间，为主卧腾出更多空间，实现办公区与衣帽间的功能。

Renovation:

1. Transform the entrance hall into an independent hall to meet the storage function.

2. Divide the bathroom into dry and wet zones, free up the dining room space, and add sideboards and housekeeping cabinets.

3. Adjust the secondary bedroom space to free up more space for the main bedroom, achieving the functionality of the office area and cloakroom.

HALL

门 厅

玄关空间，我们增加了隔断设计，使其更加独立。同时，利用鞋帽柜的不同形式，实现了衣物、鞋帽的收纳功能，为入户后的生活动作提供了便利。

We have added partition design to the foyer space to make it more independent. At the same time, by utilizing different forms of shoe and hat cabinets, the storage function of clothing and shoes and hats has been achieved, providing convenience for daily activities after entering the house.

RESTAURANT

餐 厅

从玄关处走出，映入眼帘的便是宽敞的餐区，如同接待区的存在，迎接着好友到访。

餐厅空间经过改造后变得宽敞明亮，旁边连接着厨卫及客厅，形成连续的，流动的空间感。

Stepping out of the foyer, one can see the spacious dining area, like a reception area, welcoming friends to visit.

After renovation, the restaurant space has become spacious and bright, with adjacent kitchen and bathroom as well as living room, creating a continuous and flowing sense of space.

我们特别定制了大理石餐桌，耗时近半年完成，从选材到制作都体现了对品质的极致追求。

We have specially customized a marble dining table, which took nearly half a year to complete. From material selection to production, it reflects the ultimate pursuit of quality.

餐边柜和家政清洁柜的设计，既实用又美观，与整体风格相得益彰。材质上使用实木贴皮柜与不锈钢本色层板的组合，形成木与钢，轻与重的有趣对比。

The design of the sideboard and household cleaning cabinet is both practical and aesthetically pleasing, complementing the overall style.The combination of solid wood veneer cabinets and stainless steel natural color laminates is used in terms of material, forming an interesting contrast between wood and steel, light and heavy.

卫生间干湿分区的改造，不仅提高了使用效率，还使空间感更加通透。洗手盆采用岩板一体盆设计，美观且易于清洁。高柜内藏洗衣机和烘干机，充分利用了空间。岩板使用的是德赛斯的碧玉玲珑岩板，在此附一张岩板的极致利用图纸。

The renovation of the wet and dry partition in the bathroom not only improves usage efficiency, but also makes the space feel more transparent. The washbasin adopts a rock slab integrated basin design, which is beautiful and easy to clean. The high cabinet houses washing machines and dryers, making full use of space.The rock slab is made of high-tech himalaya crystal rock slab, and here is a blueprint for the ultimate utilization of the rock slab.

LIVING ROOM

客 厅

客餐厅通过对空间的调整，使彼此相互独立且相互渗透.

在整个空间中，我们以米色色调为主，辅以白色大理石.黄铜和橡木地板，以营造温暖的氛围。

The dining room adjusts the space to make each other independent and permeate each otherThroughout the space, we primarily use beige tones, complemented by white marble, brass, and oak flooring to create a warm atmosphere.

客厅阳台被改造为运动空间，满足业主的运动需求。

The living room balcony has been transformed into a sports space to meet the sports needs of the owners.

在客餐厅通向卧室的走廊，我们利用相对较宽的走廊空间，在此设计一组同墙漆色的开放展示柜，与空间融为一体，用于展示业主的各种珍藏物品。

In the corridor leading to the bedroom in the dining room, we utilize a relatively wide corridor space to design a set of open display cabinets with the same wall paint color, integrated with the space, to display various treasures of the owner.

MASTER BEDROOM

主 卧

主卧延续客厅的风格，暖色墙面与木质家具搭配简约温馨，灯具与挂画的层次感交织相融，带来的不仅是视觉上的经典耐看，更是一种纯粹的.简单的空间感受。纱窗过滤光线，让柔和的自然光在空间中自由流转！

The master bedroom continues the style of the living room, with warm colored walls and wooden furniture paired in a simple and warm way. The layering of lighting fixtures and hanging paintings interweaves and blends, bringing not only a classic and durable visual experience, but also a pure and simple spatial experience. Screen windows filter out light, allowing soft natural light to flow freely in the space!

主卧格局方面，我们也重新进行了规划和设计，通过次卧让出空间，在主卧实现衣帽间与办公空间，以此最大限度的利用生活空间，使这个空间能够贴合业主的生活方式。在满足功能区需求后，设计与生活和谐相融。

In terms of the layout of the master bedroom, we have also re planned and designed to make space through the secondary bedroom, achieving a wardrobe and office space in the master bedroom, in order to maximize the use of living space and make this space suitable for the owners lifestyle. After meeting the needs of the functional area, design and life are harmoniously integrated.

主卧的工作区，在温暖的色调基础上加入了壁纸作点缀，且定制了胡桃木色的工作台，增加了空间的趣味性。

The work area of the master bedroom has been decorated with wallpaper on the basis of warm tones, and a walnut colored workbench has been customized to increase the fun of the space.

SECONDARY RECUMBENT

次 卧

次卧则被打造成一个日式风格的休息场所，宁静而安逸。

The second bedroom is designed as a Japanese style resting place, peaceful and comfortable.

KITCHEN

厨 房

厨房是客餐厅的延续，与餐厅同样材质的橱柜，黄铜材质。

个家庭的装饰风格统一而和谐，体现了温暖、自然和舒适的生活理念。

The kitchen is a continuation of the dining room, with cabinets made of the same material as the dining room, made of brass.
