Regents

This four-bedroom home for young families is 4,500 square feet with a 4.25-meter ceiling and floor-to-ceiling Windows overlooking Regents Park. The interior features a mezzanine level, with spacious living and dining rooms taking up almost the entire space. The house has an elegant and sculptural aesthetic, both influenced by the English style and as a local ornament throughout the interior. Neutral colours and sculptural furniture create a relaxing environment for all family members to relax and play.

Drawing inspiration from the former War Office Buildings deep and fascinating heritage, Elicyon presents its presence as a Grade II listed building to commemorate its past. Through a combination of modern ceramics, classical art and antiques, the new and the old are integrated to show the essence of contemporary English houses. The cultural imagery of the Middle East and the Far East is introduced at the same time to create a sense of serene magnificence. The ceiling has an intricate texture, soft green, plant print and natural elements together to create a connection with nature.

The Belgravia Penthouse offers a luxurious interior that reinterprets modern living. The flexible space layout and exquisite materials not only satisfy the owners desire for luxury, but also satisfy their pursuit of happiness. The interior of the apartment has a neutral tone, with a balanced palette of raspberry powder, blue and green, all inspired by the reproduction of the surrounding natural environment.

The crisp modern style is dominated by medieval line forms and warm coloured finishes, juxtaposed with unique antique objects from all over the country, paired with custom items, making this apartment both traditional and personal. Each of the four bedrooms has a neutral color tone, giving a sense of pure tranquility.
