谢柯为全新面世的「檀谷东山」两款主力产品一125mi户型和145mi户型设计了样板间，为檀谷所倡导的山居市镇生活，打开了更多的可能性与想象。

Xie Ke designed a model room for the two main products of the newly launched Tangu Dongshan - 125mi unit and 145mi unit, opening up more possibilities and imagination for the mountain town life advocated by Tangu.

Xie Kes design is full of concern for daily life and yearning for nature. He pays attention to the feelings brought by space, and regards man and nature as the biggest local nature of design, and these concepts are exactly the life view that Tangoku Dongshan wants to convey.

在市镇

度过另一种北京时光

檀谷，是一个由京投发展倾力营造，以“城市山居、学园市镇”为愿景的未来型生活方式小镇。

Sandu is a future lifestyle town built by the development of Beijing Investment, with the vision of urban mountain residence and school town.

坐落于京西潭柘寺镇，檀谷将通过品质生活、运动生活、智性生活和创造生活的展开，鼓励人们回归自然和亲密关系，支持人们的全面发展和终身成长，成为北京新文化生活的引领者、高质量发展的提速引擎。

Located in Tan Zhushi Town, West of Beijing, Tangugu will encourage people to return to nature and intimate relationship through the development of quality life, sports life, intellectual life and creative life, support peoples all-round development and lifelong growth, and become the leader of Beijings new cultural life and the acceleration engine of high-quality development.

首先是“穿越”。在北京的范围来说，檀谷是一个相对可以让人跳脱出城市的一种状态，这里很慢、很放松，我感觉不到北京的存在。而这么一个自成一界的地方，距离北京又是那么地近。这种秘境感，加上交通时间上的“近”，让我有一种穿越感。

其次是“自由”。所以我觉得檀谷的价值还不完全是山居，还在于它能让你快速在城市和山居之间切换。突然之间，就进入了另一种状态，真的挺穿越的。这种自由切换、动静自如的状态，让我们对生活有更强的掌握，更大的自由度。

平静而合理，

不为被观看,更为被感受

In fact, I think the model house is more representative of possibility and imagination, rather than the only way to deal with this house. In the past, the traditional model house as long as it looks good, everyone is talking about how many rooms I have, what hard parameters I have. But that alone is not enough.

檀谷和阿那亚一样，它回到了最本质的东西，就是房子跟人的关系。在居住条件被满足了以后，我的家能不能满足我的理想生活状态？我的社区能不能有一个良好的氛围，让人看到美好生活的可能性？在我看来，让人真正决定在这里买房子的，关键还是看到了这里的可能性。

Like Anaya, Tangol returns to the most essential thing, which is the relationship between the house and the person. After the living conditions are satisfied, can my home meet my ideal living condition? Can my community have a good atmosphere that allows people to see the possibility of a better life? In my opinion, the key to making people really decide to buy a house here is to see the possibilities here.

在设计方案的时候，我们就想，每个房子是不是都可以有一定的人物设想，同时这样的设想和我们的目标客群有共通之处。于是，125㎡户型，我们为它想的人设是“艺术家”。145㎡户型，我们把它叫做“生活家”。通过这么做，我想让样板间呈现出更加有血有肉的一种状态。

When designing the plan, we thought, can each house have a certain character vision, and this vision and our target audience have something in common. So, 125 square meters of apartment, we want for it is the artist. 145㎡ apartment, we call it living home. By doing this, I wanted to give the show house a more fleshly look.

For the artist of the 125 unit, home is both the place where he lives and may also be his studio, the concentrated embodiment of his artistic taste, and the place where he socializes. Artists have a strong desire for expression, yearning for freedom, and socializing is more about a small circle of people getting together and having in-depth conversations. Therefore, we made the space as large as possible, blurred the boundary of the functional partition, and the overall material was mainly in light colors, giving enough white space for artists to re-create on this basis and project their own expression into this price.

生活家，我觉得ta的生活态度是积极向上的，能跟人快速地建立比较可靠的联系，也许ta会经常邀请人到家里做客，在这个小区有很多朋友，也时常带着孩子串门。所以我们将公共空间设计得更加开放，呈现敞开、流动的姿态。在“生活 家”里，厨房是最有烟火气的场所，同时整体的材质和色调也会更偏向木质，温润、稳重。

Life home, I think tas attitude to life is positive, can quickly establish a more reliable contact with people, perhaps ta will often invite people to the home, there are many friends in this community, and often bring children to visit. So we designed the public space to be more open, showing an open, flowing attitude. In the living home, the kitchen is the most fireworks gas place, while the overall material and tone will be more wooden, warm and stable.

当然，我这里说的艺术家、生活家，它不是一种职业，更像是一种兴趣、爱好、生活方式、生命状态。

Of course, when I say artist and living family here, it is not a profession, but more like an interest, hobby, lifestyle, and life state.

I wanted to convey a real sense of relaxation and vacation through the model rooms, and try not to feel so strongly connected to the city apartments.

其次，我觉得好的设计应该是留有余地的，没有侵略性的，可以随着居住者的人生进程，而发生相应的生长变化。所以我们留了一个地方，叫“多功能区”，并且尽量不要太写实地去表现它，就是为了给这个家的成长留出余地。

Secondly, I think a good design should be leeway, non-invasive, and can grow and change accordingly with the life process of the occupants. So we left a place called the multifunctional area and tried not to show it too realistically, just to leave room for the growth of this home.

最终，我想要整个样板间呈现出一种自然、合理、平静的状态。

Ultimately, I want the whole show room to present a natural, reasonable and calm state.
