The apartment, nestled in the charming Tulebayev Street in Almatys historic center, serves as the canvas for a collaborative project tailored for a discerning young man who values quality and aesthetics. With a foundation of trust and previous successful collaborations, the interior design aimed to seamlessly merge two apartments, transforming spaces and adding new features to enhance functionality and luxury.

莫斯科现代公寓采用柔和的色调、弧形家具和简洁的线条，给人以宁静和精致之感， 是由俄罗斯 Ksenia Mezentseva 设计。虽然不是在法国首都，但室内设计师从巴黎永恒的优雅中找到了灵感，通过深酒红色大理石壁炉等功能为空间注入了一丝法式诱惑，壁炉是家的核心，散发着温暖和魅力。

With its soft color palette, curved furnishings and clean lines, the Moscow modern apartment offers a sense of serenity and sophistication and was designed by Ksenia Mezentseva of Russia. Although not in the French capital, the interior designer found inspiration in the timeless elegance of Paris, injecting a touch of French allure into the space through features such as the deep burgundy marble fireplace, which is the centerpiece of the home and exudes warmth and charm.

The simplicity of the color palette focuses on different materials and textures, enhancing the overall aesthetic with balance and sophisticated charm. The color palette is mostly neutral - shades of white, with a rich walnut color used for the flooring and all joinery. The use of a few brass and gold accents brings a sophisticated touch and warmth to the space.

Tasked with refurbishing the cottage into a design-focused holiday let, Architecture Office aimed to instill a cohesive character throughout the building. Collaborating closely with conservation experts and heritage contractors, the restoration process involved stripping away layers of decay to reveal the homes original fabric and architectural features, from rebuilt chimneys to restored 19th-century sash windows.
