The real estate industry is shifting from extensive to precise development. W.DESIGN approaches projects with an Eastern perspective, integrating naming, community planning, design, and operations for a comprehensive approach. It infuses sites with spirit, rediscovering DOMUS amidst urban renewal.

苏州河，一条时光深沉、承载万千故事的河流。岁月如水，城市在外表的璀璨之下，蕴含其身体和血脉，而苏州河则是上海的血脉之源，默默承载着上海城市的变迁。相较于黄浦江，其拥有更为亲密的空间尺度，由此遥望历史，上海的文化得以在此萌发，黄金年代则似微澜流水，细水长流至今，悄然唤醒沉寂的艺术氛围。

Suzhou Creek, a silent witness to urban change, harbors Shanghais intimate cultural growth. Domus, born from urban renewal along its northern banks, draws inspiration from the surroundings, echoing the citys artistic awakening.

昔日工厂密布的河畔地带，如今因艺术而焕发新生。艺术馆、文化娱乐和零售业的复兴使这一区域焕然一新，重塑成为未来生活、工作和观光的理想场所。脱胎于都市更新，“湾上”依偎于苏州河北，汲取周遭的文化艺术灵感，得名于此。

The former industrial riverside now blooms with art. Revived by galleries and culture, its a hub for living, working, and leisure. DOMUS, born of urban renewal, draws from Suzhou Creeks essence.

城市更新的策略在高楼与旧改之间摇摆，使得城市肌理愈加支离破碎。无间设计策划旨在打破传统社区封闭性导致的功能单一和缺乏多样化业态的问题。以人的需求为核心，致力于打造充满想象力的宜居空间。我们主张消除社区边界，呼应城市更新政策的推动，从而真正激发社区的活力和发展潜力。与其仅仅寓居在某地，真正融入这片土地，便愈显珍贵。从整体设计的角度审视，从室内到街头，逐层递进，将城市文化与空间设计深度交融。

Urban renewal strategies oscillate between skyscrapers and renovations, fracturing city cohesion. W.DESIGN aims to break down closed communities, fostering diverse land use and vibrant communities. Integrating into the land is prized over mere residency. From indoor to street, urban culture blends deeply with spaces.

作为扎根于上海、深谙上海生活方式的设计公司，无间设计以城市文脉为出发点，提炼在地精神元素进行全新创作，寻求一种文化的碰撞，为“湾上”策划营造独属于上海的考究与从容。办公楼、酒店、石库门及住宅，则巧融多样，形塑多元立面，在景观及业态层面丰盈社区。无论是住宅、会所还是艺廊，无间设计都以设计和运营能力一一呈现解决方案。于是，沉浸于那逝去的黄金年代，描绘超越美学的全方位生活体验。

W.DESIGN infuses Shanghais essence into DOMUS, seamlessly merging diverse spaces for a refined urban experience. From residences to galleries, it offers holistic solutions, transcending mere aesthetics.

“湾上”是一场时光的盛宴，邀请宾客共同穿越上海的黄金年代。设计以集体记忆为脉络，进行再创作，用当代手法演绎一个流光溢彩的时代，与城市和历史进行跨时空的对话。透过百叶的遮蔽，灯带投下若隐若现的光晕，沉浸于复古色调的深邃中。在此延续旧时意境的同时，又处处创新。色彩浓郁的画面、极具腔调的材质，伴随着爵士音乐的节奏，开启一场漫游。

Walking along the Suzhou Creek, historical buildings emerge, and entering Domus, you encounter a retro ambiance immersed in deep amazonite. The louvered lights cast a gentle halo, creating a sense of times sedimentation on the walls. It feels familiar, like leaving footprints on a Bund street corner, accompanied by music and a unique charm.

每一寸会所的空间仿佛编织出一场错觉，置身室内，却被自然悠闲的氛围环拥，便营造了一个松弛却又经典的社交空间。白色大理石砌就的水池映入眼帘，碧蓝水波荡漾，与摩天高楼的冷冽形成戏剧化的冲突，却又与周遭自然相融，纯粹而直接。坐于池边，漫谈啜饮，宛如回溯至宁静午后的美好时光，绮丽梦幻之际，亦让闲逸惬意之感得以超越空间的限制。

Every inch of space weaves an illusion, even indoors, surrounded by the leisurely ambiance of nature. Stepping into the club, a white marble pool catches the eye. The azure ripples, vivid and abrupt like a drama, seamlessly blend with the surrounding nature—pure and direct.

半开放的环形水吧，是空间中的绝对视觉焦点。透过设计，玉石与往昔沙龙的回忆巧妙融合，在灯光映照之下，玉石散发幽幽光华，朦胧而深邃，赋予空间独特的层次感，筑起一片亲密而陶醉的社交氛围。爵士音乐响起之际，众人翩然起舞，回眸间，仿佛营造的一场梦境，成为未来的经典。

Soft yellow lights guide to the focal point – the bar. Cleverly blending memories of the past with jade, the play of light and rhythm adds unique depth and historical texture to the space. Intimate and intoxicating, it contrasts modern Shanghai outside with the retro interior, creating a dialogue of time and space.

临近的展陈空间，灵感源自旧时沙龙的“舞池”，无间设计将其转译成为既满足项目需求的多功能空间，又借助材质的力量和光的巧妙调度，成为一个能够引发沉思的空间。通过简单的造型与多元材料的选择，四根雪花石膏柱子静静矗立其间，光影斑驳，缓缓透过纹路释放。柔和的光影透过百叶窗，洒在地板上，与木纹交织成自然的形态，无需冗言，便能勾勒场域的深意，呈现出新时代对于文脉的再创作。

Next to the club, the gallery is open and flooded with soft light through the blinds. Four snowflake plaster columns stand, casting intriguing shadows on the wooden floor, creating a contemplative atmosphere.

于一个虚的空间内，精心编织石头阵列，虚实相间，完成了空间转换的同时，赋予其雕塑感的氛围。环绕着中央的陈列区域，则更显气势磅礴。四隅并未设石柱，亦无特定入口，空间形成包裹而紧密相连。灯光从顶部四壁辐射，更显空间的通透自在。无间设计在功能与神性之间达到平衡，以戏剧化的冲突，诠释当代空间的多功能性。

Entering a broad display space with radiant lighting, the atmosphere is sculptural and emotionally charged. The absence of pillars creates a seamless, open feel, adaptable to transform into a salon for art installations. It invites an immersive experience, combining elegance with artistic allure.

饱满且富有力量的空间，情绪之浓，体验之深，得以赋予人们以安全感，激励未来的信心，亦是不随潮流而行的个性显现。跨越更长岁月，将空间的浓度显现为视觉与体验的张力。同时空间的塑造，也关乎整体之美与动线的律动，赋予空间一种张力与宁谧的平衡。这是对更丰富的空间感受的探索，也是无间设计对未来与设计的独立思考。

A powerful, secure space with a unique personality, defying trends over time through visual and experiential richness. This is a reflection on the times, exploring richer spatial experiences and embodying W.DESIGNs independent thoughts on the future and design.

在三维中思考，即建筑师路斯“空间体量设计”的设计理论。无间设计深谙这一理论的意义，以“游山”之感予以回应。在起伏的空间里，人的视线和身体早已超越了一层又一层的平面，在由不同连续且相互关联的体块连结中，给予身体超越视觉主导的更真实的感官记忆。

Domus reinterprets landscapes, seamlessly blending overall beauty with rhythmic flow, inspired by Adolf Loos Raumplan principles, emphasizing dynamic volume planning.

无间设计研究实验室匠心制作的壁灯，以其极富构筑感的形态，为墙面点亮了一抹独特的色彩。轻轻调整其中一盏，其他壁灯亦随之而动，无声中流露着无间设计对于细节、趣味与整体设计的追求。

W.DESIGNs crafted wall lamps add a unique touch to the elegant wall, reflecting their meticulous attention to detail and overall design harmony.

楼梯蜿蜒曲折，人游走于空间之中，沉浸在极具仪式感的贵宾区域。不同层次的空间被赋予不同的意义和关系。每处空间的大小、比例、色彩、材料都是独一无二的。空间的磁场相互作用，最终创造出一种超然诗意的空间感受。

Ascend through layered spaces, guided by Raumplan, to the VIP area. Enjoy a ritualistic experience with glimpses of the Suzhou Creek, seamlessly blending indoor, natural, and architectural beauty.

沙发依附于地面的怀抱中，筑起恬淡的角落，神秘而隐蔽。茶砖堆砌而成的一方茶几，如遥岑寸碧，在色彩与嗅觉上，为整个场域注入一抹久怀的东方韵味。明黄色提花天鹅绒与正红色大漆正相配，将视觉的张力引入高潮。在这时空的一隅里，透过感知的微妙变化，身心可轻触咫尺之外的远意。在灵感与思绪的点滴中，勾勒出空间中无尽的心灵旅程。

The sofa nestles in a serene corner alongside a tea table crafted from tea bricks, evoking an unmistakable Eastern charm. In this compact space, a nuanced interplay of senses unfolds, resonating with a touch of the East and suggesting an expansive journey of the soul.

苏州河，是一道隐喻，承载日常生活的片段，连接我们共同栖居的脉络，成为一处Lieu de memoire（记忆的场所）, 百年之后仍将是上海集体记忆的一部分。“湾上”是上海新时代项目的代表，秉承着城市历史的厚重底蕴，以创新的理念和更高的标准，为当下社会做出积极回应。无间设计借由都市更新的机遇，透过全方位策划，将这份真实的姿态，于东方美学与现代主义语言交融中，精心呈现出“湾上”独有的面貌。

Suzhou Creek, perhaps a metaphor for the fragments of daily life, the common thread of our coexistence, a Lieu de memoire—a place of memory—integral to Shanghais collective memory. W.Design, blending Eastern aesthetics with modernist language, meticulously unveils the unique visage of Domus with authenticity.
