坐标，中国咖啡第一村。

2021年10月，一份邀请，像是在那些迷顿时段里的一束光，我们到达了保山高黎贡山腰的中国最优质的咖啡种植地，受邀设计一个属于中国·云南的咖啡庄园。

Location:

Chinas first coffee village.

山下，原本是傣族原驻民的村庄，已是旧貌尽失。而业主决心建造的傣式楼群在民间工人草率的搭建后，留下的框架和屋顶，象是一个淘气小孩抛弃在山腰的半成品，随意，而无规范。

At the foot of the mountain, the once quaint Dai village has all but vanished, lost to time. However, the owner, determined to resurrect a piece of history, has envisioned a Dai-style complex. Following the hasty construction efforts of local artisans, what remains are incomplete frames and roofs, reminiscent of a half-finished project abandoned by a mischievous child on the mountainside - disorderly and unregulated.

原定一周的测量，两个人干了15天，毫无章法的原建筑，建模15天。在特殊时期的投资与建造，更象是迷雾里的艰难行进，一队人马，需要高歌前行。

Originally scheduled to take a week to measure, it took two people 15 days. The original buildings were haphazard and there was no modeling for 15 days. During this special period of investment and construction, it was more like struggling through the fog. A team of people needed to push forward with high spirits.

我们和业主一起，整理建筑关系、调整视距、交通动线、加固完善并细化建筑，规划各功能平面，竟然如饮酒作诗一般的酣畅淋漓。其间，打造“云南的、世界的咖啡庄园”成为每一个参与人员愿意倾力付出的缘由。

We worked with the landlord to sort out the architectural relationships, adjust the visual distances, traffic flow, reinforce and refine the building, and plan the functional planes. It was like writing poetry or drinking wine—a refreshing experience. During this time, creating a “Yunnan-style, world-class coffee plantation” became the reason why everyone involved was willing to devote all their efforts.

设计师常在海拔1280米的高黎贡山腰，面对大自然的壮美与瑰丽，在每天咖啡飘香的工地现场，深度地感受自然的馈赠和业主的用心。做“中国最有意义的咖啡庄园”的信念变得坚定。

Designers often stand at an altitude of 1280 meters on the Gaoligong Mountain slope, facing the magnificence and beauty of nature. At the coffee-scented construction site every day, they deeply feel the natural gifts and the owners intentions. The belief in creating the most meaningful coffee manor in China has become firmly established.

从咖啡的溯源，到中国小粒咖啡现状和未来规划，从农业到二产三产，再到C端市场的趋势，整个设计方案在定位、调整的过程中反反复复修改。

From the traceability of coffee, to the current status and future planning of small-sized coffee in China, and from agriculture to secondary and tertiary industries, to the trend of C-end market, the entire design scheme has been repeatedly revised in the process of positioning and adjustment.

咖啡的国际化属性和云南小粒咖啡的本土属性决定了这个项目民族国际化的定位。而两年后的今天，市场对云南小粒咖啡的反馈，也印证了业主方与我们一致的定位。

The international recognition of coffee culture and the local identity of Yunnan small-bean coffee have determined the ethnic internationalization perspective of the project. Today, two years later, market feedback on Yunnan small-bean coffee has reaffirmed the unified stance of both the owner and us.

咖啡伴随的生活，是快意，是松弛，也是丰富有趣的。那种在方寸间的愉悦，是空间语言与咖啡香气的暗合。来自高黎贡山脉的丰富而珍贵的动、植物资源，当地傣族民众几十年对咖啡种植的农作与生活融入，也为項目中所要体现的场景提供了丰富的表现素材，使項目呈现出与众不同的体验与独具特色的情景。

Life with coffee is fast-paced, relaxed, and full of interesting experiences. The joy that comes from the space between squares is the implicit connection between spatial language and the aroma of coffee. The abundant and precious wildlife resources of Gaoligong Mountain and the integration of local Dai peoples decades of farming and living experience into coffee cultivation have also provided rich performance materials for the project, making it unique in its experience and scenario.

现场应用了大量的当地老房木料，设计师以云南傣族民间干阑式建筑传统木构手法为创作基础，创新性的解决承重问题，同时将功能与艺术美感结合，力图一气呵成，不着痕迹。

A large amount of local old housing wood was applied on site. Designers used traditional Yunnan Dai folk dry-type building wood construction techniques as the creative foundation to innovatively solve the problem of load bearing, while combining function with artistic aesthetics to create a seamless connection.

民间老木随机性强，选料搭配和色差处理难度超乎想象，但又为项目带来了不可多得的空间表情。项目中，对在地艺术的呼应若隐若现，如同咖啡的香气，令人愉悦而留恋。

The randomness of old folk wood makes selecting materials and processing color differences more difficult than expected, but it also brings invaluable interior design expressions to the project. In this project, the echoes of local arts are subtle yet evident, like the aroma of coffee, bringing joy and leaving memories.
