The new farm residence was full of texture and luxurious decoration from the beginning. Samantha Leigh Interiors redesigned the interior of the family residence, stripping away existing elements and creating her own interpretation of tranquility.

公寓俯瞰布里斯班河，感觉像独立屋一样大。为了尽可能地开放内部空间，Samantha Leigh 巧妙地利用了结构上的必要性，打造了这座与前身截然不同的四居室住宅。该住宅的目的是让人感觉像是一种逃避，但又与自然元素保持联系。在室内空间和向外的河流之间提供清晰的视觉通道是该简报不可或缺的一部分。

The apartment overlooks the Brisbane River and feels like a detached house. In order to open up the interior space as much as possible, Samantha Leigh cleverly utilized the structural necessity to create this four bedroom residence that is completely different from its predecessor. The purpose of this residence is to make people feel like they are avoiding it, while also keeping in touch with natural elements. Providing a clear visual pathway between the indoor space and the outward river is an essential part of this briefing.

The goal is to emphasize warmth and comfort - every movement at home reflects this. The carefully designed furniture, artworks, and lighting give a natural and steady feeling, but are unique to the region and its owners. To cope with the warm climate of Brisbane, Samantha chose to use a simple color tone dominated by soft neutral colors. The overall approach is based on the concept of combining functionality with aesthetics and hiding practical elements as much as possible.

This residence gives people a feeling of a shelter away from the urban street view, and its unique insertion method is quite distinctive. The floor plan is imagined as a series of interconnected meditation areas, where the connection between each space and the outdoors is prioritized to enhance opportunities for natural light and ventilation. Located quite high above the river, it has french window to enjoy the water and sky. Unique, adventurous, and traditional details are intertwined to ensure that the apartment avoids feeling too themed and maintains its core appeal.

The new farm housing is distributed on three floors, fully utilizing its higher position to optimize the landscape and create a true sense of seclusion. Samantha Leigh Interiors bathes the light in the main living area and balances it with heavier textures and darker tones within the more hidden areas.
