在贵阳，最打动人的当属朴素温暖的阳光。

In Guiyang, the most touching thing is the simple and warm sunshine.

恰巧我们的建筑，西北方坐拥两个阳光小花园，可以让贵州的阳光直接洒到室内。这也萌芽了我们设计“姜”的初心，一个代表着贵阳人文情怀的餐酒吧，20点前是一个以私房黔菜为主的餐厅，20点后是涵盖着当地文化特色的鸡尾酒吧，一定要让空间的每一个人感受到贵阳的阳光和自然，希望来到“姜”的客人都有一个坐在花园就餐的场域，一次城市度假的机会。

It just so happens that our building has two small sunny gardens in the northwest, which can allow the sunshine of Guizhou to shine directly indoors. This also sprouted our original intention of designing JIANGS, a restaurant and bar representing Guiyangs humanistic feelings, before 20 oclock is a restaurant based on private Guizhou cuisine, after 20 oclock is a cocktail bar covering local cultural characteristics, we must let everyone in the space feel the sunshine and nature of Guiyang, and hope that the guests who come to JIANGS will have a place to sit in the garden to eat, a chance to spend a city vacation.

走进“姜”，是我们熟悉的解构主义，然而又有很大的不同。

Walking into JIANGS is the deconstructivism we are familiar with, but it is very different.

在解构主义的骨架下，希望弱化空间的技法，通过暖色调、质朴、极简、原木质感的表皮材料，形成了空间多处留白，希望在空间里，人是沉浸的在环境中，眼睛被吸引到的总是自然的景观，阳光和雨露。

Under the skeleton of deconstructivism, the technique of weakening the space is hoped to be weakened, and the space is formed with many blank spaces through the skin materials of warm colors, simplicity, minimalism and original wood, hoping that in the space, people are immersed in the environment, and the eyes are always attracted to the natural landscape, sunshine and rain.

空间体验上，设计师把“院落”这一概念贯穿始终，入口处白色的围墙，和马路形成的自然角度，通过拾阶而上，形成曲折地进入前院的仪式感。建筑本身是一个老旧房屋的改造，设计师在建筑上做了部分进退处理，精巧的坡屋顶，和贯穿室内外长达26米的廊架，既增加了廊下就餐的体验，同时形成了入口独特的标志，这让“姜”在外观看起来了，有一种空间内外浑然天成的穿透感，但却并没有喧宾夺

主，在绿植的点缀下，阳光摇曳，恰到好处。

In terms of spatial experience, the designer runs the concept of courtyard throughout, and the white wall at the entrance and the natural angle formed by the road form a sense of ritual that zigzags into the front yard by climbing the stairs. The building itself is a renovation of an old house, the designer has done part of the advance and retreat treatment on the building, the exquisite sloping roof, and the corridor frame that runs through the indoor and outdoor up to 26 meters long, which not only increases the experience of dining under the corridor, but also forms a unique sign of the entrance, which makes JIANGS look like it in the appearance, there is a natural sense of penetration inside and outside the space, but it does not dominate, under the embellishment of green plants, the sun is swaying, just right.

室内原本空间逼仄，零碎，设计师因地制宜，利用原本琐碎的空间，有序秩入不同的院落形态，形成不同尺度体验感的室内院落组团，并结合穹顶的自然光打造，营造一种步移景异，开合畅快的游园之感。既丰富用餐了场景，同时满足多种客群的用餐需求，让每个用餐空间充满舒适的尺度和暧昧惬意的享受。

The original space of the interior is cramped and fragmented, and the designer adapts measures to local conditions, using the original trivial space to orderly enter different courtyard forms, forming indoor courtyard groups with a sense of experience of different scales, and combining with the natural light of the dome to create a sense of walking and opening and closing. It not only enriches the dining scene, but also meets the dining needs of a variety of customers, so that each dining space is full of comfortable scale and ambiguous and comfortable enjoyment.

同时不仅在平面上充满变化，设计师更是在立面的空间里不断强化空间的变化和体验，核心吧台区域，保留了原有建筑4.5米的高差，使得大厅和建筑入口处形成反差，营造出低调的别有

洞天。

At the same time, not only is the plane full of changes, the designer is constantly strengthening the space change and experience in the façade space, the core bar area, retains the height difference of the original building of 4.5 meters, so that the hall and the entrance of the building form a contrast, creating a low-key unique cave.

吧台的北侧连接了后院，台面延伸，形成了院子里的一张桌子，台面以上，透过窗格，调酒师就

可以轻松地照顾到院子里的客人，院子树下，客人可以观赏着吧台的调酒师发发呆，也可以和友人畅聊。

The north side of the bar is connected to the backyard, and the countertop extends to form a table in the yard, above the countertop, through the panes, the bartender can easily take care of the guests in the yard, under the courtyard tree, the guests can watch the bartender at the bar in a daze, and can also chat with friends.

原本吧台北面的弧形落地窗外是杂乱的的士家园 ，我们将构建砖以弧形阵列的方式铺满半遮半掩的将光和影映入，随着白天黑夜，季节的变幻，这里充满了时间流转的浪漫。

Originally, outside the curved floor-to-ceiling windows on the north side of the bar was a chaotic taxi home, and we will build bricks in an arc-shaped array to spread half-concealed light and shadow, with the change of day and night, the change of seasons, here is full of romance of time flow.

连接包间和散座区域的过道区，被置入了一个老木景观凉亭，亭子悬空而置，自然的抬高区隔了空间的功能，界限。居亭而饮，透过虚掩的转轴门，看外面的人来人往，觥筹交错，又独享一份静谧，好不惬意。好似人与人那种融合又疏离的微妙关系。包间里弧形的穹顶设计，叠加巧妙的灯光，形成自然的天光，倾泻而下，温和静谧。

The aisle area connecting the private room and the seating area is placed in an old wooden landscape pavilion, which is suspended in the air, and the natural elevation separates the function and boundary of the space. Living in the pavilion and drinking, through the hidden hinge door, watching the people outside come and go, staggered, and enjoy a quiet atmosphere, so comfortable. Its like the subtle relationship between people who are integrated and alienated. The curved dome design in the private room, superimposed with clever lighting, forms a natural skylight, pouring down, gentle and quiet.

穿过亭子外部的长廊是两个最大的包间，利用弧形延伸而上旋转的墙体，丰富了空间的层次，灵动且充满了包裹感。两个包间之间共用了一处自然景观，视线透过树影延伸至彼此，空间由此产生了链接。

The corridor that runs through the exterior of the pavilion are the two largest private rooms, which use the curved extension and rotating walls to enrich the layers of the space, which is flexible and full of a sense of enveloping. The two private rooms share a natural landscape, and the view extends to each other through the shadows of the trees, creating a connection between the spaces.

如果说白天的“姜”是一个自然清纯的女神，那么夜晚的“姜”，便是一个暧昧的人间烟

火。

If the JIANGS in the day is a natural and pure goddess, then the JIANGS at night is an ambiguous fireworks in the world.

整个空间的灯光设计，几乎没有使用直接的灯光，而是结合立面造型，形成空间不同高度，不

同层次的变化，精妙地营造了空间夜晚的故事感。它不直接，却引导着你一步步去探索她的全部。

The lighting design of the whole space almost does not use direct lighting, but combines the façade modeling to form changes of different heights and different levels of space, which exquisitely creates a sense of story at night in the space. Its not direct, but it guides you step by step to explore all of her.

The presentation of JIANGS is a new exploration of the combination of deconstructivism and naturalism, with introverted and subtle techniques, a balance that puts feelings first, and constantly explores the temperature of space.
