Maximale is an architectural practice based in Madrid founded in 2022 by Pablo Delgado and Cristina Garau. Their work incorporates projects of different scales and typologies, developing specific strategies to achieve technical and aesthetical solutions which are implemented in each project.

这个位于Málaga中心的项目的基线是尊重这座历史建筑的过去，同时满足临时用户的特定要求和他们对快速变化的栖息地的需求。它由7套公寓和相应的大堂组成，恢复了极具价值的艺术和建筑元素。

The baseline for this project in the center of Málaga was to respect the past of this historical building while meeting the specific requirements of temporary users and their need for a fast changing habitat. It consists of 7 apartments and its corresponding lobby areas, which recover artistic and architectural elements of great value.

在建筑内部，公寓反映了当前的功能和装饰的缺乏，同时与建筑的独特细节相结合。所有的平面图都分为两种预先存在的类型，当用户向上层移动时，立面和屋顶的独特特征使空间充满了光和温暖。

Inside the building, the apartments reflect on current functionality and the lack of ornament while engaging with the building’s unique details. All the floorplans are divided into two preexisting typologies in which, as the user moves towards the upper floors, the façade and the roof’s distinctive features fill the space with light and warmth.

这座250平方米的住宅位于巴塞罗那的Sant Cugat，其主要目标是通过凝聚和简化来重新定义住宅内的现有空间。为了打破之前所有生活区聚集的底层分区，该项目溶解了一些物理边界，并引入曲线来创造无缝的循环。

The main goal for this 250 sqm house in Sant Cugat, Barcelona, was to redefine the existing spaces within the dwelling through cohesion and simplification. To break up the previous compartmentalization of the ground floor where all the living areas are gathered, the project dissolves some of the physical boundaries and introduces curved lines to create a seamless circulation.

这些空间的材料保持一致，使用中性色调和浅灰色的石材地板，延伸到露台。每层楼的室外区域逐渐融入绿色植物，将花园与Serra de la Collserola的自然保护区融合在一起。

The materiality in these spaces stays consistent using neutral tones and a light grey stone flooring that spreads out to the terraces. The outdoor areas in each floor gradually incorporate greenery merging the gardens with the nature preserve of the Serra de la Collserola.

温暖的环境在私人区域所在的上层产生共鸣。现有木材屋顶的复杂几何形状布置了平面的分布，旨在简化空间的策略和体积。这种铰接木结构与天然木地板和暖色调的结合，营造出和平和谐的氛围。

A warmer environment resonates in the upper floors where the private areas are located. The complex geometry of the existing timber roof lays out the distribution of the plan, aiming to simplify the strategy and volumes of the spaces.The combination of this articulated timber structure with a natural wooden flooring and warm hues leads to a peaceful and harmonious atmosphere.
