1954年,Goodman创立于美国德克萨斯州休斯顿市,总占地面积为500英亩(约202万平方米),同时又经美国制冷协会AHRI认证,迄今为止是美国最成功的HVAC全空气系统生产商,始终坚持美国原厂制造,相关市场占有率居美国第一。其所带来的是全新的“由享受型向健康型转变”的家用空调理念。理想居所应该是对人类理想生活方式的容纳。
In 1954, Goodman was founded in Houston, Texas, USA, covering a total area of 500 acres (approximately 2.02 million square meters). It has also been certified by the American Refrigeration Association (AHRI) and is currently the most successful manufacturer of HVAC all air systems in the United States. Goodman has always adhered to American original manufacturing and has the highest market share in the United States. It brings a new concept of household air conditioning that is shifting from an enjoyment oriented to a healthy one. The ideal residence should be the accommodation of the ideal way of life for humanity.
以‘斜向’的格局内切割,来作为动线交织的引入和过渡,切换块面构造的同时,于现有格局建立内‘秩序’的变化。
Using a diagonal pattern of internal cutting as the introduction and transition of interweaving of moving lines, while switching block surface structures, establishes changes in internal order within the existing pattern.
以独立‘盒体’搭建的方式来连接抬高处,底部悬空处理,内置泛光的形式来强化相邻层次的关系,半高人视高度以下,以外凸的玻璃材质来‘虚化’分区的界限,使其建立更多的关联可能性。
By constructing an independent box body to connect the lifting height, the bottom is suspended for treatment, and the relationship between adjacent levels is strengthened through the built-in floodlight form. Below the half height of the human visual height, the outer convex glass material is used to blur the boundaries of the partition, allowing it to establish more possibilities for association.
由侧至右向的动线引导,借助柜体的‘遮掩’来引入过区的理念波及,让穿行动线以置边缘化的形式来出现,制造内场景的交互及融合。
Guided by the side to right movement line, the concept of passing through the area is introduced through the shielding of the cabinet, allowing the movement line to appear in an marginalization form, creating interaction and integration of the internal scene.
整体至于抬高处的层次嫁接,以‘功能柜体’来作为边界的强化,使其建立起内轮廓的使用区域,释放独立区块的密闭性,以开敞来环绕自由的流动。
As for the overall grafting of elevated levels, the functional cabinet is used as a boundary to strengthen the use area of the internal contour, releasing the airtightness of independent blocks and surrounding free flow with openness.
由近至深的尺度缩减再有扩,制造渐进的压缩式心理转换,接至缓冲区,作为分区之间串联动线的交汇,而延伸至回形廊道的流畅。
Reducing the scale from near to deep and then expanding, creating a gradual compression type psychological transformation, connected to the buffer zone, as the intersection of connecting flow lines between zones, and extending to the smoothness of the circular corridor.
顶部采用‘井’字金属框架的形式来处理,区别墙地面的逻辑而独立存在,柜体高度不到顶的‘间隔’来完整灯光的照度区域。
The top is treated in the form of a metal frame with a well shape, which distinguishes the logic of the wall and ground and exists independently. The interval of the cabinet height below the top is used to complete the illumination area of the light.

以‘盒体’的概念切入来作为置于空间格局内的‘障碍体’,让其围绕而交错,借由空洞开启的形式来实现视线和心理感受的‘窥探视’欲望。
Starting with the concept of box body as an obstacle placed within the spatial pattern, let it surround and interlock, and achieve the desire for visual and psychological perception through the opening of voids.
茗茶区采用‘井字格栅’的方式来延续天花的元素走向,底部内置景观区的位面,独立墙,顶地面的位面的独立存在,借助原有结构的斜面走向,制造‘斜向压缩’视角的体验感受。
The tea area adopts a well shaped grid approach to continue the element direction of the ceiling, with a built-in landscape area at the bottom, independent walls, and an independent surface on the top floor. With the help of the inclined plane direction of the original structure, it creates an experience of oblique compression perspective.
木作盒体以半搭接的方式连接抬高区域,外搭部分以外凸部分的结构来作为半承受装饰构件,其他均保留原有的深浅结构部分,辅以灯光层次的二次强化分层。
The wooden box body is connected to the raised area in a semi overlapping manner, with the outer protruding part of the overlapping part serving as a semi bearing decorative component. The remaining parts retain the original depth and depth of the structure, supplemented by secondary reinforcement layering of lighting levels.

不设内与外的精准界限,试图通过再结合的方式来连接人与空间,人与人及人与环境的情感维系,也透过更多维的角度发散去重拾日常所被忽略的断层,让回归的意义更落实到日常和更为平凡的事件,再通过我们自己的方式去挖掘更多不同的生活方式探讨和对人性的再思考,让空间更具可考究及情感共鸣的建立。
