OOAA, an architectural design studio based in Madrid, Spain, was founded in 2011. For them, the concept of living space aesthetics is realized in a natural way by working hand in hand and interacting closely with the client, resulting in a wonderful fusion of function and aesthetics. It is known for its minimalist approach and use of neutral colors, carefully considering the geometric form of the structure in the Spaces it creates, paying attention to the appropriate proportion of lines and the sustainable application of materials.

住宅内不同的空间功能，合理的布局有利于提升整体的舒适性和审美体验，更契合业主当下的生活和工作需要。推拉或百叶式的隔断可以根据需求开合，既能使拓展视觉又能保障私密性。长走道连接着各个空间，随着路径的移动，同时有着明显的层次和材质之间的变化。

OOAA uses smooth and soft lines to divide the different spatial functions of the Parc Turo house. The reasonable layout helps to enhance the overall comfort and aesthetic experience, and is more suitable for the current life and work needs of the owner. Push-pull or louver partitions can be opened and closed according to demand, which can both expand vision and protect privacy. The long walkway connects the Spaces, and as the path moves, there are obvious changes between levels and materials.

The studio uses consistently warm tones and minimalism as the cornerstones of the design to create quality Spaces. In their practice, the visual feel of the space was always the focus of consideration, while the choice of decorative materials and furniture formed the basic elements of the project. In OOAAs work, different shades of wood are often used to shape the mood of the space and play an important role in the functional differentiation.

In order to enhance the connection between the interior and the exterior, OOAA uses glass to surround the living room, even inside to give people a sensory experience of being outside. The studio chose wood as the main finishing material for the La Galea house, filling the space with a warm natural atmosphere. The well-constructed patio brings natural light into the interior, and the light and shadow jump on the walls during the day, making the space situation more vivid.

This apartment in Madrid, Spain, overlooks a beautiful view of Retiro Park, with OOAA adjusting the layout of the three bedrooms according to the position of the Windows. The kitchen is integrated with the dining room to create a dynamic double circulation path for the owner. In order to create the sophistication of the city and the warmth of home, the studio combined oak and materials similar to limestone tones, as well as smoked mirrors on the revolving door of the social space, to create a visual simplicity and integration.
