针对架空层的设计增强了许多创意和个性化。

This case is for Ningbo Vanke Langshi Li. In order to match the value positioning of the project and create a harmonious and beautiful community, the design of the elevated floor has enhanced many creativity and personalization.

李益中空间设计联合万科，洞察高阶社区的生活方式

呈现了一个集文创交流、书法画室、艺术展厅等多重功能的泛会所式架空层。

Li Yizhong Space Design collaborates with Vanke to gain insight into the lifestyle of high-end communities, combining urban life with Vankes brand concept. Relying on community culture and innovative spirit, it presents a pan clubhouse style space floor that integrates multiple functions such as cultural and creative exchanges, calligraphy studios, and art exhibition halls.

空间主轴在于尊贵华美的氛围营造，运用光影变化

艺术壁灯的点缀，勾勒出精致高雅的空间美学。

The main axis of the space lies in creating a luxurious and beautiful atmosphere, using light and shadow changes, a combination of various high-end materials such as parquet stones, and the embellishment of artistic wall lamps to outline a delicate and elegant spatial aesthetics.

过道一侧深色木饰面的包裹将立面塑造成干净的基底，

书法等各类文创作品。

The wrapping of dark wood veneer on one side of the aisle shapes the facade into a clean base, which can carry various cultural and creative works such as painting, handicrafts, calligraphy, etc. in the future.

建筑内部空间布局与功能安排，能与外部景观环境联系和渗透

。连接内外，链接人与人。

The internal spatial layout and functional arrangement of the building can be connected and permeated with the external landscape environment. Connect inside and outside, linking people to each other.

深色的木饰面与玻璃屏风的结合，木作与哑光金属的衔接，

The combination of dark wood veneer and glass screen, the connection between wood and matte metal, rich material touch, and warm lighting, the overall material color combination make the spaces background color so quiet and elegant.

陈设以宁波赛龙舟的人文场景作为装饰画的主题，

表达一处宁波城传统文化记忆的回廊。

The display features the cultural scene of a dragon boat race in Ningbo as the theme of the decorative painting, and the decorations also feature a combination of boat shaped wood carvings and fresh moss, expressing a traditional cultural memory of Ningbo as a corridor.

同时展示柜陈列了许多关于主题书籍，

以贴合宁波当地的地域特色和人文兴趣。

At the same time, the display cabinet displays many themed books to fit the local regional characteristics and cultural interests of Ningbo.

整个空间以原木色搭配艺术玻璃门扇

大量的木作散发着清雅安然的宁静氛围。

The entire space is decorated with natural and warm wood colors, complemented by artistic glass door leaves. The soft tones and a large number of wooden works exude a serene and elegant atmosphere.

活动区可以作小型交流会、社区沙龙、小型艺展等，

为居民提供文艺欣赏和文化交流的机会。

The activity area can serve as small exchange meetings, community salons, small art exhibitions, etc., providing residents with opportunities for cultural appreciation and exchange.
