Pacaembu House

私人住宅

这座位于巴西圣保罗

Pacaembu社区的私人住宅，室内有着一套完整的休闲和娱乐的基础配套，希望将其打造成与家人和朋友聚会的场所。项目处于两条坡度相差近7m的道路之间，建筑师采用楼梯和电梯将上下层连接起来，以解决场地原有坡度的问题，而这种地形使得利用林地景观作为空间的最佳切入点成为了可能。

This private home in the Pacaembu neighborhood of Sao Paulo, Brazil, has a complete set of leisure and entertainment infrastructure inside, with the intention of turning it into a gathering place for family and friends. The project is located between two roads with a slope difference of nearly 7m, and the architect uses stairs and elevators to connect the upper and lower levels to solve the problem of the original slope of the site, and this terrain makes it possible to use the woodland landscape as the best entry point for the space.

Fazenda Boa Vista is a featurely-designed private house that tries to focus on its relationship with its surroundings, starting with the interior. The interesting proportions arise from the volume of the sloping roof, which, through different, non-vertical angles, creates a unique frame between the outdoor landscape and the internal environment in an innovative way, and through the repeated use of various elements such as materials and forms, the interior and exterior are closely linked.

顶层公寓

这间公寓位于圣保罗的一座建筑顶层，主要为了满足客户在家办公和接待客人的需要。项目总共有三层，通过螺旋楼梯连接，以保证客户能够充分利用和享受空间；一楼是私密空间，设有储藏室和三间套房，其中包括了主人房；二楼是社交区域，客厅和餐厅与外部区域相连；三楼是办公室、酒窖和辅助服务区。

Located on the top floor of a building in Sao Paulo, this apartment is designed to meet the needs of clients working from home and hosting guests. The project consists of three levels, connected by a spiral staircase to ensure that the client can fully utilize and enjoy the space; The first floor is a private space with storage and three suites, including the master room; On the second floor are the social areas, with the living and dining rooms connected to the outer areas; On the third floor are offices, wine cellars and auxiliary services.

海滩，是为一对有着两个孩子的家庭而设计，业主夫妇希望构建一处能够陪伴女儿成长同时满足私密环境中家庭办公需要的场所。厨房、起居室和餐厅采用相同的材料设计，作为社交区域的延伸，互相融为一体。私密区则被划分为三个套间：玩具室、儿童房和主人套房；而办公室设在主卧室内，可以通过一扇暗门隐藏其入口。

The Orla apartment in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, facing Ipanema Beach, was designed for a family with two children, who wanted to create a place where their daughter could grow up while meeting the needs of a home office in a private environment. The kitchen, living room and dining room are designed with the same materials and are integrated into each other as an extension of the social area. The private area is divided into three suites: toy room, childrens room and master suite; The office is located in the master bedroom and its entrance can be hidden through a secret door.
