一千年前,南宋词人柳永用一首《望海潮》带领读者纵览杭州城,这座历史名城既有江河的大气磅礴,亦有江南的婉约优雅,只消词人的只言片语,顷刻便能识别杭州独一份的、如诗如画的魅力。
A thousand years ago, Liu Yong, a poet of the Southern Song Dynasty, led readers to have an overview of the city of Hangzhou with his poem Looking at the Sea Tide. This historic city has both the majesty of the river and the elegance of the south of the Yangtze River. It only takes a few words from the poet to identify it. Hangzhou’s unique, picturesque charm.
千年的时光转瞬即逝,当年的雕廊画柱如今已蜕变为高楼大厦与车水马龙,而杭州的魅力仍旧在它的楼宇、草木、钱塘江的流水、街巷里的烟火气与来来往往的人潮中流淌。

设计师将柳永笔下的“怒涛卷霜雪”,转写为空间的“象”,在接待区用两面弧形的浪潮长卷,为初入空间的宾客创造惊涛拍岸的振奋感受,拔高了这处云端空间的基调——当我们身处城市的顶端,我们存在的理由,便是为了体验“崇高”。
The designer translated the raging waves rolling up the frost and snow written by Liu Yong into the image of the space. He used long curved waves on both sides in the reception area to create an exciting feeling of crashing waves for the guests who first entered the space. This reflects the tone of this cloud space - when we are at the top of the city, the reason for our existence is to experience the sublime.
门廊的尽头正对着远处的钱塘江,《云海》雕塑如一朵浪花不经意飘荡至高空中与我们不期而遇,在室内与室外交界的地方,以抽象的姿态完成意象的转写。

洽谈空间以现代的语言来转写“烟柳画桥、风帘翠幕”的景致。通透的空间以椭圆形水吧台作为中心枢纽,发光的波纹亚克力立面透出潮水平静时优雅的波纹,与酒水吧的玉石吧台如水波一般层层叠叠的绿意形成呼应,把江南的隽永绿痕写入现代的诗意。
The negotiation space uses modern language to describe the scenery of smoky willow painted bridge, wind curtain and green curtain. The transparent space uses the oval water bar as the central hub. The luminous corrugated acrylic facade reveals the elegant ripples when the tide is calm. 在休息落座的空间,设计师以柔和简约的笔法来组织空间,于细节处施展魔法,通过精密的设计与推敲来组织色彩和肌理的运用,通过触感和纹理来彰显风格。
In the resting and sitting space, the designer organizes the space with soft and simple brushwork, works magic in the details, organizes the use of colors and textures through precise design and consideration, and highlights the style through touch and texture.
浮华散去,杭州的美也细细密密地散布于自然风物之中。西湖边荡漾的水波,岸边轻柔飘拂的如丝细柳,幽深的林木;亦或是金秋时节空气中流动的桂花香气,从水杉树高大的间隙中透出的温暖日光。
The glitz has dissipated, and the beauty of Hangzhou is also densely spread among the natural scenery. The citys prosperous movement reaches its climax in the private banquet area. Taking golden autumn osmanthus as the source of color imagery, the private banquet area and tea break area depict the graceful and luxurious side of Hangzhou city. The golden corrugated metal, crystal, and marble sparkle, and the rich visual layers bring the fashion and nobility of the city into the space experience.
夜幕降临,华灯初上。暖黄色的灯光让湖边水岸的林木也沾染上一层都市的迷离与精致。在竞豪奢之后,在带有私享意味的雪茄吧,一切又重回低调的典雅。
As night falls, the lanterns come on. The warm yellow lights give the trees on the lakeside a layer of urban blur and sophistication. After the luxury competition, everything returns to low-key elegance in the private cigar bar.
杭州,是一座值得细细品味,反复体验的城市。她的底蕴过于深厚,她的历史过于灿烂。在这座千年的古城,设计也拥有了超越时空维度的能力。
Hangzhou is a city worth savoring and experiencing repeatedly. Her foundation is too profound and her history is too brilliant. In this thousand-year-old ancient city, design also has the ability to transcend the dimensions of time and space.
我们一面望向古老的文化与美学积淀,一面望向崭新的技术与革新浪潮,在沟通与融汇之间,用新的美学形式来重现柳永词中的杭州,用设计,来致敬这座伟大且美好的城市。
On the one hand, we look at the ancient cultural and aesthetic accumulation, and on the other hand, we look at the new technology and innovation wave. Between communication and integration, we use new aesthetic forms to reproduce Hangzhou in Liu Yongs poems, and use design to pay tribute to this city. A great and wonderful city.

近年来将工作的主要方向集中于住宅室内设计领域,倡导实用、美观、经济的设计理念,在各地设计了大量的住宅作品,引领和推动了城市居住生活方式变化的潮流。
戴昆本科毕业于长安大学建筑学专业,后在北京建筑设计研究院四所师从马国馨院士,对住宅建筑设计人居环境有深刻理解。现任北京居其美业住宅技术开发有限公司执行总裁,负责设计产品策划、规划、建筑设计、室内设计及陈设等工作。先后主持设计的住宅及办公楼项目超过百万平方米。其作品参加中法文化年建筑交流展,赴法国展览。
戴昆主持设计了全国各地大量的样板间室内设计及陈设工作,同时担任中国陈设专业艺术委员会副主任,获颁《INTERIORDESIGN》美国室内设计杂志中文版“名人堂”;ID C《室内设计与装修》杂志编委,A A《建筑艺术》杂志顾问委员会委员,推动了中国陈设艺术的教育推广及发展。
戴昆及其设计团队投入大量的精力于色彩流行趋势和相关产品设计的研究,在完成学术专著的同时也持续推动室内设计色彩运用的专业普及工作。
2012年,戴昆出版著作《新传统》,该书收录了北京居其美业在2005-2011年间的部分优秀作品,多数展示了样板间的室内设计及陈设。每个作品都结合地域,人文特色,富有创意,并完美协调了光照、色彩、材料、家具、绿化、装饰和陈设等诸多方面,突出居住空间生活化、展示化和理想化的特点。
