Danielle Siggerud, born in Norway, graduated from the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts with a Master of Fine Arts degree. Now based in Copenhagen, Denmark, she founded her eponymous interior design studio in 2016. Understated and refined is her signature design style, for her, the elimination of unnecessary parts of the building, focusing on form and essence is the focus of design.

建筑设计实际上就是一种“对话”的艺术，所以她总是尝试以一种开放的态度来协调每一个新的委托项目。Danielle Siggerud对天然材料的热爱体现在了她所有的作品当中，如岩石、荒石或大理石等自然材料成为了其设计中必不可少的元素。

Architectural design is really a "conversational" art, so she always tries to coordinate each new commission with an open mind. Danielle Siggerud's love of natural materials is reflected in all of her work, with natural materials such as rock, rubble or marble becoming essential elements in her designs.

Danielle Siggerud maintains strict standards in her attention to detail and selection of materials in order to fill the space with a soft, emotional, peaceful and comfortable ambience, while at the same time providing users with efficient human interaction and communication.

作为一名建筑师，Danielle Siggerud认为要从多角度去考虑每个项目，同时要了解建筑的历史、原始场地的环境和平面布局，然后研究自然光线在一年中的不同时间段是如何照射进室内的。

As an architect, Danielle Siggerud believes in considering each project from multiple perspectives, understanding the history of the building, the context and layout of the original site, and then studying how natural light enters the interior at different times of the year.

维持室内与建筑形式、元素、氛围上的相呼应是设计中非常必要的关键，因此，她总会选择一些与建筑相似的材料和色调来对内部进行设计和布置，以实现视觉上和感官上的一致性与连贯性。

The key to the design is to maintain the interior and the architectural form, elements and atmosphere, so she always chooses some materials and tones similar to the building to design and arrange the interior, so as to achieve visual and sensory consistency and coherence.
