While modern people enjoy convenient urban life, they have to repeatedly relax their requirements for the natural environment. The once blue sky, green water, and long grass, like the unforgettable background color left in childhood memories. When overwhelmed by the fast-paced work, one becomes increasingly eager for the leisurely pace of slow.

拥扰繁攘排挤晨笛鸟鸣，雾霾烟尘蚀镀水波清气

取“海港”、“山脉”、“竹编”、“水文”意象，以“澜”喻水之叠浪，由“闻”示察而了然。

Amidst the hustle and bustle of the crowd, the morning whistle and birds chirp, and the haze and dust erode the water and clear air... Ningbo, Yinzhou, and coastal ports are thriving due to water, with rich cultural heritage. Taking the images of harbor, mountain range, bamboo weaving, and hydrology, using waves to describe the stacked waves of water, it is clear from hearing.

恰到好处地营造一种紧凑里不失松弛的舒适感。

The front hall of the Wen Lan project has excellent architectural space conditions, with natural scenery framed and classical innovation presented, perfectly creating a compact yet relaxed comfort.

洗光趋柔

Wash and soften

“东方”意味，以“柔”的形态解读“慢”的从容

；无拘束，敞心扉，是一种平淡、温情的体现。

The meaning of East is to interpret the calm and gentle nature of slow in the form of soft; Being unrestrained and open-minded is a manifestation of calmness and warmth.

顶面四边开天窗，导引自然光流入室内

；吊顶隔而洗光，折射营造一缕神性的氤氲。

Open skylights on all four sides of the top surface to guide natural light into the interior; The suspended ceiling is washed with light, creating a divine aura through reflection.

因“慢”而“漫”

“慢”的主调，唤醒设计之于“人本”初衷的思考

其“消费属性”延伸的体验感该如何满足。

The main tone of slow awakens the original intention of people-oriented design: how to satisfy the extended experience of consumption attribute when the investment attribute of a house no longer has priority.

展示空间作为地产商品理念“凝练”地表达

由“慢”至“漫”的体验性创设，对每个空间细节施加力度。

The display space, as a concise expression of the concept of real estate products, places special emphasis on brand spirit in terms of venue construction; The experiential creation from slow to diffuse applies force to every spatial detail.

竹翠成屏

Bamboo Cui Becomes a Screen

宁波是竹编之乡，四明山盛产毛竹，

由竹编衍生的文化，早已渗透于此地文脉当中，并于某个不经意的瞬间撩拨、激起普遍共鸣。

Ningbo is the hometown of bamboo weaving, and Mount Siming is rich in bamboo, providing sufficient raw materials for the local development of bamboo weaving. The culture derived from bamboo weaving has already permeated the cultural context of this place, and in a casual moment, it stirred up universal resonance.

抽象地概括了翠竹成林的形象。

The combination of green and dark colored glazed bricks forms a semi transparent partition, with a crisscross and interwoven structure, abstractly summarizing the image of a forest of green bamboo.

Water light shadow

则透过“水”、“光”、“植”、“影”的相互配合灵活表达。

The Eastern Space creates an immersive impression of being able to travel and immerse oneself; The realm and scenery are flexibly expressed through the mutual coordination of water, light, plants, and shadows.

依托建筑结构创造视线转承，自然色调沉淀空间宁静氛围

；水，光影折射，因绿植轻摇时隐时现变得丰富，柔和渡让出一种自然灵动。

Relying on the architectural structure to create a visual transition, natural color tones precipitate a peaceful atmosphere in the space; Water, reflected by light and shadow, becomes rich due to the gentle swaying of green plants, giving off a natural and dynamic transition.
