A sanctuary resting on the corner of 57th Street and Fifth Avenue, the prestigious crossroads of Manhattan serves as Aman’s second urban home, occupying the city’s iconic Crown Building.

Aman New York’s 83 guest rooms start at 750 square feet, each have a functioning fireplace – a rarity for New York – and will be among the largest in the city. Jean-Michel Gathy will utilize nuanced hues and innovative lighting to create a soothing and undisturbed sanctuary, while incorporating a unique pivoting door for guests who prefer a more modern ambience, integrating contemporary fixtures and furnishings of the bathroom when opened.

Aman New York presents 83 contemporary suites, several signature dining venues, a subterranean Jazz Club and a spacious Aman Spa just a stone’s throw from Central Park.

Designed by Jean-Michel Gathy, the hotel serves as an urban sanctuary while providing easy access to all points of interest in the city. A double-height lobby welcomes guests to the 14th floor and leads to convivial Italian restaurant Arva, Japanese Nama, the Lounge Bar and a year round Garden Terrace with immersive city views.
