简约公寓｜李益中空间设计

当阳光照入室内，新的一天已正式启动。来到午后时分，烈日的照耀，只需缓缓拉下窗帘，便能享受惬意的午睡时间。到黄昏日落，华灯初上之际，海景和星空则更能体现整栋公寓的美妙意境。

When sunlight enters the room, a new day has officially started. In the afternoon, under the scorching sun, you just need to slowly pull down the curtains to enjoy a comfortable nap time. At dusk and sunset, when the lights are on, the sea view and starry sky better reflect the wonderful atmosphere of the entire apartment.

该公寓建立在广东东莞的繁荣市区，地段位置非常优越。宽阔的大客厅，给人一种开朗舒适感。另外，白色吧台不仅是分隔门，同时衔接着厨客厅将两块区域完美区分，形成独立空间，在自然绿植渲染下，给人纯粹的轻松享受。

The apartment is located in the prosperous urban area of Dongguan, Guangdong, with a very advantageous location. The spacious living room gives a sense of openness and comfort. In addition, the white bar is not only a partition door, but also connects with the kitchen and living room to perfectly distinguish the two areas, forming an independent space. Under the natural green plant rendering, it gives people pure and easy enjoyment.

餐厅空间不算大，右方能够欣赏到辽阔海景，还特意布置一张海绵坐垫，十分柔软舒适，让人更加放松。时尚高脚杯结合工艺餐具，倍显优雅轻奢气质，餐厅主墙悬挂有白黑灰三色组成的画作，延伸艺术审美体验。布置在餐桌的白色苹果充分平衡该区域的色彩，金色小苹果则代表着奢侈高贵格局。

The restaurant space is not very large, and the right side can enjoy a vast sea view. A sponge cushion is specially arranged, which is very soft and comfortable, making people more relaxed. The fashionable Stemware, combined with craft tableware, shows elegance and luxury. The main wall of the restaurant is hung with paintings composed of white, black and gray, extending the artistic aesthetic experience. The white apples arranged on the dining table fully balance the color of the area, while the golden small apples represent a luxurious and noble pattern.

而客厅是主题所在，设计团队巧妙运用黑色时尚抱枕搭配白色松软沙发，突出黑白比例，形成核心主题。餐厅、大客厅都设计有美丽风景线，每当日落黄昏，晚霞光辉会披萨在沙发表面，将其幻变成美丽白天鹅一般。另外大客厅设置有一张黑色桌子布置各种茶几茶具，结合无主灯布局，让视野更加宽阔。

The living room is the theme, and the design team cleverly uses black fashionable pillows with white soft sofas to highlight the black and white ratio, forming the core theme. The dining room and the big living room are designed with beautiful scenery lines. When the sun sets and dusk falls, the pizza will be on the surface of the sofa, turning it into a beautiful white swan. In addition, the large living room is equipped with a black table for various coffee tables and tea sets, combined with a layout without main lights, to provide a wider view.

精心配置一只壁炉，成就画龙点睛的效果，同时提升了艺术价值。窗外的蔚蓝海景结合室内壁炉恰巧形成双重视野效果，使得大自然气息流淌在空间之中，两者相结合，焕发出独特魅力。

Carefully configuring a fireplace achieves the finishing touch and enhances artistic value. The blue sea view outside the window and the indoor fireplace coincidentally create a dual visual effect, allowing the natural atmosphere to flow in the space. The combination of the two creates a unique charm.

主卧室调用黑白灰3色混搭，营造特色的私人空间。并且遵循极简风格，采用盘旋吊灯赋予更多艺术审美感，光照中的绿植多彩多姿，给人更加流连忘返。另外，洗浴间设有宽阔大明镜和白色浴缸，赋予出一种通透洁净的舒适感。

The master bedroom features a mix and match of black, white, and gray to create a unique private space. And following a minimalist style, the use of hovering chandeliers gives more artistic aesthetics, and the colorful greenery in the lighting makes people more linger and forget to leave. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with wide mirrors and a white bathtub, giving a comfortable and clean feeling.
