The changes in lifestyle and era concepts have led to the continuous renewal and improvement of residential space. As an ideal connection between indoor and outdoor spaces in a community, the open floor is endowed with more spatial assumptions.

More suitable scenarios for the open floor are designed to meet the social needs of parents, children, and neighbors. Explore the use logic of community interaction space, combine the needs of social sports, shared interaction, and childrens entertainment, and connect the basic framework of harmonious community life outside the home, with the IP image "Lianxiaomeng" of Lianfa Group as the point, and the aerial layer themed by spaceships.

针对二胎、三胎家庭

推出孩童陪伴型架空层，实现家门口遛娃。同时围绕儿童间、儿童与家长间、家长之间打造“新型社交架空层”。

At present, some communities have unreasonable spatial planning for open floors, disordered functional zoning, and lack targeted audience, or simply apply design techniques, resulting in a lack of distinctive styles. This case is aimed at families with two or three children, and a child accompanying overhead floor is introduced to achieve strolling children at the doorstep.

We will create a "new social overhead layer" around children, between children and parents, and between parents.

以太空飞船作为架空层童趣空间的设计主题，符合儿童活泼冒险的性格特征。从手工劳动、感知能力、平衡能力等多个游乐区为儿童提供运动与训练，适配不同年龄层次的孩童，引导他们探索和发现自身的潜力。

The design theme of using spaceships as an overhead space. Provide children with sports and training from multiple play areas such as manual labor, perception ability, and balance ability, adapting to children of different age groups, and guiding them to explore and discover their own potential.

地面贴条打造儿童跑道，同时又充当从门厅到内部游乐空间的视觉引导作用。入口伫立的“联小萌”化身空间小导游，萌宠形象拉进与孩童的亲密感。

The ground strip creates a childrens track and serves as a visual guide. The "Lian Xiaomeng" standing at the entrance transforms into a small tour guide in the space, and the cute pet image brings in a sense of intimacy with children.

针对儿童手工制作和阅读的静态文化体验，设置了太空手作区和太空阅读区。无主灯的空间设计模拟宇宙星空，在这他们可以天马行空，畅所欲言。一桌多座的情景设定，在手工制作和阅读书籍的同时，儿童也在社交成长。

A space handicraft area and a space reading area have been set up for childrens static cultural experience of handcrafting and reading. The space design without a main light simulates the cosmic starry sky. The setting of a table with multiple seats allows children to grow socially.

空间中随处可见的圆角处理都带着人性化的设计关怀，地面防滑砖和橡胶地面的设计处理保护孩子玩乐时的健康，通过色彩体块区分游乐场地，地面贴条巧妙区分动静区域。

The rounded corners are designed with humanized care. The anti-skid tiles and rubber flooring on the ground are designed to protect childrens health while playing. The playground is distinguished by color blocks, and the ground strips cleverly distinguish between dynamic and static areas.

针对动与静不同的孩童需求和难易程度进行合理规划分区。在架空层最里面的空间设计了一处动态感十足的太空足球区，所有的空间尺寸都根据儿童的身形进行合理的规划设计处理。

Reasonably plan and partition according to the needs and difficulty levels of children. A dynamic space football area has been designed in the innermost space of the elevated floor, and all space dimensions are reasonably planned and designed according to the body shape of children.

每个空间都是小空间，多趣味，不同结构的攀登设备，同时可以满足多名儿童的互动需求。让每个孩子都可以在这里释放天性，留下美好的童年回忆。

蓝色区域的休息卡座为照看儿童的家长所设，且紧邻游乐区，家长在休息时随时可以观测到孩子的行动。邻座社交与儿童社交同时进行，邻里关系有意无意间得到亲近，构筑更加和谐的居住空间。

The open floor is located in the transitional zone between urban and residential areas, and is often overlooked.It takes the growth of children as the entry point, and the space shuttle as the element, creating a community place for education and entertainment, giving the elevated floor space a new social role, and achieving a positive cycle of mutual activity between the open floor and community life.

The spatial tone of the living room is bright and lively, with a warm yellow tone as the main tone. Modern and simple furniture with pure texture,and the advancement of color levels add spatial style and atmosphere to the bright and dark spaces.

大面积的留白处理，用简单的块面构建空间的调性，异形曲线的椅子丰富空间结构。红砖古厝缩影成为背景墙，局部点缀的砖墙红和质感纯粹的白，吟唱出红砖白石双坡曲。

The lines on the marble background board spread out on the paper like ink splashes. The lines arranged on the sides of the rock plate face form a rigorous and consistent sense of regularity, triggering different sensory experiences as the visual movement moves.

不同于客厅抓眼的色彩，餐厅区域像是灰色的调色盘，巧妙地用几处亮色点缀空间，但整体家具仍保持着中性暖色调。从厨房到餐桌再到客厅，纵向延伸空间的开阔感，无论是烹饪、就餐还是休闲，都建立了家人之间自由的视觉联系与互动。

The dining room area is like a gray palette, cleverly embellishing the space with several bright colors. From the kitchen to the dining table to the living room, the open sense of the longitudinally extending space, whether it is cooking, dining, or leisure, has established free visual contact and interaction between families.

利用玻璃隔断开合的状态，满足不同形式的饮食需求。设计一个迷你吧台，意在日常生活中融入浅酌几杯的生活小确幸，一餐一物、一杯一盏，精致生活情调皆在这隐秘角落珍藏。

The glass partition is opened and closed to meet different forms of dietary needs. The design of a mini bar is intended to integrate a few cups of life into daily life. The exquisite lifestyle is treasured in this hidden corner.

入口玄关柜的设计灵感来源于千年之前的闽式花窗，在删芜就简的设计手法下演变成为木质百叶窗的形态。合而不闭的格栅形态让人忽略了它本身的储物功能，以为是空间装饰艺术品的错觉。

The design inspiration for the entrance porch cabinet is derived from the flower windows, which evolved into the form of wooden shutters. The closed but unclosed grille shape makes people ignore its own storage function, believing that it is an illusion of decorative art in space.

拱券结构化身为圆弧元素融入主卧空间中，金属条包边的设计处理以简驭繁。橙色为空间注入宁静的居住温度，在悠闲的午后时光侧坐飘窗，尽享休憩之地的舒适静谧。

The arch structure is transformed into a circular arc element and integrated into the space. The design and treatment of metal strip binding is simple. sitting by the side window in a leisurely afternoon time, enjoying the comfort and tranquility of a resting place.

舒适是老人房设计首要考虑因素，以少胜多，色彩基调以低饱和度的灰调为主，旨步入卧室空间之时静下身心。色彩上也从橙调过渡到棕调，空间色调层次变得错落有致，富有格调。

Comfort is the primary consideration in the design of elderly peoples homes, using fewer colors over more, and using a low saturation gray tone as the main color tone. In terms of color, there is also a transition from orange to brown, with spatial tonal levels becoming well organized and rich in style.

每个男孩心中都有一道永恒的光和不变的英雄主义，成长是关于爱和勇气的故事。奥特曼的元素填充整个儿童房，用心呵护孩童最纯真的童梦，他们会谱写一本关于自己的成长之书。

In every boys heart, there is an eternal light and unchanging heroism. The elements of Altman fill the room, carefully care for the childrens purest dreams, and they will write a book about their own growth.

是阳台，也是运动健身区域，收纳展示一体化的洞洞板自带一丝趣味性。视野开豁，心情愉悦，阳台的功能不被局限，错落有致的运动器材陈列是对美好生活的愿景。

It is both a balcony and fitness area, with an integrated hole board for storage and display with a hint of interest. The function of the balcony is not limited. The well-arranged display of sports equipment is a vision for a better life.
