ACC产业交流中心位于中国海南省的澄迈，是一个独特的创新型办公园区，将原创的建筑形式和亚热带的植物被融为一体，打造了一个和谐而充满独有魅力的办公园区。我们为园区设计的大平层的办公空间，是一个充满各种可能性的灵活空间。建筑拥有高达5480mm的层高，为任何创新思考和办公活动提供了无比自由的想象。空间的设计允许灵活的分隔和布局，可以很好地适应不同的办公需求和工作模式。无论是开放式办公，还是更多隐私和独立性的工作空间都可以轻松满足。层高可以提供设计的自由度，可以根据需要和喜好进行自由灵活的设计和空间分隔。空间的利用率更高。

The ACC Industrial Exchange Center is located in Chengmai, Hainan Province, China. It is a unique

and innovative office park that integrates original architectural forms with subtropical vegetation, creating a harmonious and charming work environment. The large open-plan office space we designed for the park is a flexible area full of possibilities. With a ceiling height of up to 5480mm, it provides unparalleled freedom and imagination for innovative thinking and office activities. The space design allows for flexible partitioning and layout, accommodating different office needs and work modes. Whether its open-plan offices or spaces that require more privacy and independence, this area can easily meet those requirements. The double-height space also offers great design freedom, allowing for flexible and customized designs based on needs and preferences.

样板房的设计风格非常炫酷，充满了现代感和活力。我们选择了亮眼的橘橙色作为主题色，与此同时，配以白色为基础色，形成了强烈的对比，使得整个空间充满了创新的气息。在材料的选择上，使用了镜面不锈钢，这一材料不仅坚固耐用，而且光滑的表面和独特的光泽感可以反射和折射出更多的光线，使得整个空间在视觉上更为开阔和明亮。空间更为通透。这样的设计不仅提升了美感，同时也激发了人们的创新思维，为办公的交流提供了一个具有启发性的空间环境。

The design style of the model room is cool, modern, and vibrant. We chose a striking orange color as the theme, complemented by a white base, creating a strong contrast and infusing the entire space with an innovative vibe. In terms of material selection, we utilized mirrored stainless steel, which is not only durable but also has a smooth surface and unique luster that reflects and refracts more light, making the space visually open and bright. This design not only enhances aesthetic appeal but also stimulates innovative thinking, providing an inspiring environment for office communication.

入口使用通透的亚克力材料，并配有发光的LOGO，使得入口空间不仅小巧精致，同时增加了层次感。夹层下的顶面采用大面积的镜面不锈钢，进一步增加了空间的通透感。夹层下区域，我们还设置了员工酒吧和休息区等设施，为员工提供一个轻松愉快的休息和交流场所。这样的设计不仅满足了办公区域的功能需求，同时也注重了员工的舒适性和休闲活动。

The entrance features transparent acrylic materials and illuminated logos, creating a small yet layered space. The top surface of the mezzanine utilizes large areas of mirrored stainless steel, further enhancing the transparency of the space. In addition, facilities such as an employee bar and rest area are set up in the lower area of the mezzanine, providing employees with a relaxed and pleasant space for rest and communication. This design not only meets the functional requirements of the office area but also emphasizes the comfort and recreational activities of the employees.

橙色的环形楼梯是整个空间的亮点，不仅作为连接不同楼层的主体，更是视觉上的焦点。它的流线型设计与整个空间的现代感和活力相呼应，为办公环境注入了一丝独特的个性。楼梯的每个细节都经过精心设计，从扶手到照明的安排，都体现了对细节的关注和追求卓越的工艺。这样的设计不仅提供了便捷的通行方式，同时也增添了空间的审美价值和人文氛围，激发着员工的创造力和激情。

The orange circular staircase is the highlight of the entire space. It not only serves as the main connection between different floors but also becomes a visual focal point. Its streamlined design corresponds to the modern and dynamic atmosphere of the entire space, injecting a unique personality into the office environment. Every detail of the staircase has been carefully designed, from the handrails to the lighting arrangement, reflecting our attention to detail and pursuit of excellent craftsmanship. This design not only provides convenient access but also adds aesthetic value and a humanistic atmosphere to the space, inspiring employees cr

eativity and passion.

夹层区域是功能性办公区和领导办公室。这些区域精心利用了空间尺度，提供高效的工作环境。二层不同空间的互动鼓励团队成员之间的合作，创造了一个促进创新和知识分享的氛围。领导办公室注重隐私和专注，为高层管理人员提供一个安静和独立的工作空间。这样的设计既满足了不同层级员工的需求，又促进了团队协作和高效工作的实现。

The mezzanine areas are functional office areas and leadership offices. These areas carefully utilize the spatial scale to provide a productive work environment. The interaction of the different spaces on the second floor encourages collaboration among team members, creating an atmosphere that fosters innovation and knowledge sharing. The Leadership Office focuses on privacy and focus, providing a quiet and independent workspace for senior management. This design meets the needs of employees at different levels while promoting teamwork and efficient work.

更为独特的是，建筑设计中引入了环形阳台，打破了室内外的界限，将自然元素和良好视野引入办公环境，大大丰富了空间层次。环形阳台为员工提供了一个与外界互动、欣赏景色和休息的场所，促进了他们的放松和创造力的释放。阳台的开放设计融合了室内外的景观，使得办公区更加通透明亮，为员工创造了一个令人愉悦且充满活力的工作环境。这样的设计旨在提升员工的工作满意度和生产力，使他们更加享受工作的同时，也感受到自然与办公空间的和谐融合。

What makes the design even more unique is the introduction of a circular balcony, breaking the boundaries between indoors and outdoors and bringing natural elements and expansive views into the office environment, greatly enriching the spatial hierarchy. The circular balcony provides employees with a place to interact with the outside world, enjoy the scenery, and relax, promoting their relaxation and the release of creativity. The open design of the balcony integrates indoor and outdoor landscapes, making the office area more transparent and bright, creating a pleasant and vibrant working environment. This design aims to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity, allowing them to enjoy their work while experiencing the harmonious integration of nature and the office space.
