本项目建筑原址为住宅售楼处，受制于不同时代的审美趋势，原有建筑结构的欧式外立面趋于落伍和破旧。以此为基础，基于业态需求和运营成本的平衡，我们提出“对立与融合”的设计解决方案。在保留原建筑外立面的整体造型和古典结构的同时，用现代的材料对其进行加固和置入新的室内空间构成。

The original site of this project is the residential sales office, subject to the aesthetic trend of different times, the European facade of the original building structure tends to be out-of-date and dilapidated. On this basis, based on the balance between business format requirements and operating costs, we propose a opposition and integration design solution. While retaining the overall shape and classical structure of the facade of the original building, it is reinforced with modern materials and placed into a new interior space.

旧的场地表现出新的生命活力。很好的回应了当代建筑面临的历史问题，不同的时代元素在这里达成非线性的平衡。

作为一家全序列一站式车辆服务供应商，为了匹配甲方专业、高效、极致的服务理念，我们在整体风格的选择上做减法。利用原建筑空间层高的优势，用大面积的黑色顶面突出空间服务的主体，避免过度设计模糊了服务对象的主次关系。

As a full-sequence one-stop vehicle service provider, in order to match Party As professional, efficient and extreme service concept, we do subtraction in the choice of the overall style. Taking advantage of the height of the space floor of the original building, the black top surface of a large area is used to highlight the main body of the space service, so as to avoid over-design blurring the primary and secondary relationship of the service object.

A touch of blue extracted from the corporate VI is like a blue thunder that cuts through the night. Elegance, sports, technology, luxury. Here, the car is no longer a soulless machine, but a soul-endowed individual.

反向“灰空间”

Reverse gray space

感受机械躁动轰鸣的同时，我们希望给公共区域带来一些轻松舒适的氛围。为此我们引入“灰空间”的概念，传统“灰空间”指的是建筑结构顶面下方介于室内和室外的过渡空间。在此我们通过一座室内廊桥，把前台接待和VIP服务区相联结，在一层工位区顶面结构以上形成了一个反向的“灰空间”结构，划分出人车分流的动线，在满足安全规范的前提下，最大化保留客户和车辆的视觉及情感维系。

While feeling the roar of mechanical restlessness, we hope to bring some relaxed and comfortable atmosphere to the public area. For this reason, we introduce the concept of grey space. The traditional grey space refers to the transitional space between indoor and outdoor under the top of the building structure. Here, through an indoor covered bridge, we connect the receptionist with the VIP service area, and form a reverse grey space structure above the top structure of the first floor station area, dividing the moving line of the diversion of people and vehicles, and maximizing the visual and emotional maintenance of customers and vehicles on the premise of meeting the safety standards.
