Maximale is an architectural practice based in Madrid founded in 2022 by Pablo Delgado and Cristina Garau. Their work incorporates projects of different scales and typologies, developing specific strategies to achieve technical and aesthetical solutions which are implemented in each project.

This apartment designed for a family in Madrid is structured around a central core which contains the main living areas.

空间通过几何图形和光线相互关联，创造出一个完整的环境。同时，更私密的区域，如卧室和浴室，由包含辅助需求的固体表面分开。

The spaces are related to one another by using geometry and light, creating one whole environment. Meanwhile the more private areas, such as bedrooms and bathrooms, are kept apart by a solid surface that contains ancillary needs.

公共空间的使用变化是通过高度的微妙变化和边缘汇聚的定义体块来强调的，同时将它们都保持在相同的流通区域内。

The change of use in the common spaces is emphasized by subtle changes in height and defined volumes with converging edges, whilst keeping them all within the same circulation area.

To highlight the simplicity of the strategy of this project, materiality and color palette stay consistent throughout the apartment using wooden floors and neutral warm tones.
