项目身处集江城市民万千宠爱的光谷，年轻、创新，更有无穷的想象力的未来。在这个科技、教育、艺术之地，为这样一群成长型创新公司准备怎样的空间设计是朗荷STUDIO团队需要考虑和梳理的。
Situated in the Optics Valley, a place cherished by countless city residents, this project embodies youth, innovation, and boundless imagination for the future. In this hub of technology, education, and art, Langhe Studio's team needs to consider and refine the spatial design for a group of growing innovative companies. 

主题

Theme

与其他项目的不同之处在于，在确定“生长、年轻、明净”这个主题之后，我们是从主要材料的研发开始设计的。超大颗粒的磨石、幻彩不锈钢、石粉涂料等经过一一打样确认之后，才是空间模型的推演。大颗粒鹅卵石水磨地面、一层大厅的树冠型发散天花灯光、螺旋形垂直动线、电梯厅的极光幻彩折线处理也都在克制的隐喻“万物肆意生长在江城滩涂”的生机勃勃的“在地性”。

What sets this project apart from others is that, after determining the theme of growth, youth, and brightness, we began the design process with the research and development of the main materials. After careful sampling and confirmation of materials such as large-grain terrazzo, iridescent stainless steel, and stone powder coatings, we proceeded to develop the spatial model. The large-grain cobblestone terrazzo flooring, the tree crown-shaped diverging ceiling lights in the ground-floor lobby, the spiral vertical circulation, and the aurora-like iridescent line treatment in the elevator hall all reflect the vibrant local vitality metaphorically symbolizing the exuberant growth of all things in the riverbank mudflat.

原建筑是制造业厂房类的建筑尺度，改为办公空间会有很多例如“太高、中心区域没有采光、垂直动线不合理”等诸多难题。设计者巧妙的利用了这种不合理而增加了办公空间的附加值：每两层设置了高挑空功能公区（楼层管家、共享书吧、共享会议室、桌球等），舒缓了大多数传统办公楼都有的冰冷的空间情绪。更加注重共享空间内的创新协同、分享、舒适及个人需求，以理念灵活、轻松多变，打造出一个放松和舒适的环境，有助于人们互相交流和激发创造力的思维。

The original building had an industrial-scale architecture, and converting it into an office space presented numerous challenges, such as excessive height, lack of natural light in the central area, and inadequate vertical circulation. The designers ingeniously utilized these limitations to enhance the added value of the office space. Every two floors feature tall and spacious common areas (floor concierge, shared library, shared meeting rooms, table tennis, etc.), alleviating the cold ambiance often found in traditional office buildings. Emphasis was placed on fostering innovative collaboration, sharing, comfort, and individual needs within the shared spaces. By adopting a flexible and relaxed approach, we created a relaxing and comfortable environment that facilitates communication and stimulates creative thinking among people.
