那漠含风应邀对一幢位于北京市朝阳区的顶层公寓进行翻新再造。公寓拥有充足的采光和宽阔的视野，所属街区整洁静谧、人口密度不高，拥有极为罕见的宜居环境。

NA-DECO was tasked renovating a penthouse located in the Chaoyang District of Beijing. The apartment boasts ample natural light and a wide view, situated in a neat and quiet neighborhood with low population density, offering an extremely rare livable environment.

To achieve cost-effectiveness, the apartment was not extensively demolished. By carefully studying the existing conditions, the designer selectively preserved some decorative materials and details, and through skillful organization and extension, created a minimal but eclectic Parisian-style residence.

原始细节 Preserved Details

走廊 Corridor

公寓的每个空间都由一个回形走廊串联。为了体现它的服务属性，走廊墙面及定制的木质线条都漆成了低调的灰色，与试图增加明度的手法相反，进一步压暗的回形区域会带来空间体验上的节奏变化。

Each space of the apartment is connected by a circular corridor. To highlight its service attribute, the corridor walls and custom-made wooden lines are painted in understated gray. In contrast to attempts to increase brightness, further darkening the circular area will bring rhythm changes to the spatial experience.

前厅 Foyer

玄关台 Foyer Table

步入公寓前廊，首先映入眼帘的是来自Tonelli Design的玻璃玄关台，旁边则是来自意大利的中古单品Sculpture Chair，利落的几何线条勾画出轻盈的仪式感。

Upon entering the apartment, the first thing that catches the eye is the glass foyer table from Tonelli Design, accompanied by the Italian vintage Sculpture Chair, whose sharp geometric lines draw a sense of lightness and ritual.

拼接大理石 Mosaic Marble

地面的拼接大理石予以保留，对破损的严重的局部进行了修复和还原，略显年代感的大理石纹理给空间平添了一份历史的痕迹，并形成了和谐的新旧对比。

The mosaic marble on the floor is preserved, and severe damage in certain areas has been repaired and restored. The slightly dated marble texture adds a historical touch to the space, creating a harmonious contrast between the old and the new.

矩形开口 Square Opening

前廊两端通往餐厨和起居空间，巨大的矩形开口暗示出两个最为重要的生活场景。

The two ends of the entrance place lead to the dining/kitchen and living spaces, where two large square openings unfold two of the most important scenes.

餐厨空间并没有设计成开放式。与起居空间的多功能设定不同，设计师旨在将餐、厨的功能进行剥离，并创造出独立和舒适的空间尺度。

The dining/kitchen space is not designed as an open concept. Unlike the multifunctional layout of the living area, the designer aimed to separate and create independent and comfortable spaces for dining and cooking.

望向厨房 From Dining Room to Kitchen

它们依然由一个矩形开口相互连接同时又相互区分，无论身处哪一侧，都会发现对面是一处极佳的框景。

They are still connected by a square opening but are distinguishable from each other, and no matter which side you are on, you will discover an excellent framed view.

餐边柜 Side Cabinet

天然大理石餐桌造型灵感来源于Carlo Scarpa的意大利理性主义风格, 来自ziinlife由木质、金属和皮质组合的餐椅则有着典型的中古风格。

The black marble dining table is inspired by Carlo Scarpa, while the dining chairs made of wood, metal, and leather have a typical mid-century style.

厨房 Kitchen

厨房内侧原本的洗衣房和阳台隔墙被取掉，洗衣机等电器全部集成在了橱柜当中，形成了更为统一的空间体验和设计语言。中间的岛台是男女主人日常小酌的最佳位置。

The wall separating the original laundry room and balcony from the kitchen was removed, and all the electrical appliances, including the washing machine, were integrated into the cabinets, creating a more unified spatial experience and design language.

客厅 Living Room

客厅休闲椅 Lounge Chair

起居空间拥有最佳的采光，因此这里也是屋主娱乐、学习、喝茶、会客的多功能区域。方形羊毛地毯暗示出最佳的生活尺度，就像一张Camille Pissarro的画布，随时光变迁不断描绘着这里的点滴生活。

The living space has the best natural light and is therefore a multifunctional area for the owners entertainment, study, tea drinking, and gathering. The square wool carpet hints at the best living scale, like a Camille Pissarro canvas, continuously depicting the minutiae of life here as light changes.

为公寓量身定制的带有中古风格的书桌成为这里的亮点，非洲柚木不仅拥有特殊的木材香味，还有低调而优美的纹路，经长时间使用后形成的光泽更能增加一份厚重感。

The bespoke desk and bookcase made from African mahogany became the highlight of this area with their mid-century style. The mahogany not only has a special wood aroma but also has a low-key and beautiful texture. After long-term use, the gloss formed by the wood adds a sense of elegance to the space.

卧室、书房等静区随着走廊向内依次排开。主卧上方的海报是为屋主量身定制，由两个英文拼合成的图形代表着男女主人互相依存和依恋。

The bedroom and study area are arranged inward along the corridor. The poster above the master bedroom is custom-made for the owner, representing the mutual dependence and attachment of the couple with two English words combined into a graphic.

望向书房 Entering Study Area

处于公寓最内侧的则是书房，是男主人居家办公的主要区域，也是他们共享读书心得的私密场所。位于角落的art-deco风格花架上放置着设计师哈达于美院时期的习作。

The study is located in the innermost part of the apartment, where the male owner works from home and shares their private space for discussing books. The art-deco style flower stands in the corner display the designers artworks from their time at the art institute.

书房艺术品 Sculpture

NA-DECO tries to create a bright and vintage atmosphere by using simple gray and white as the background and displaying furniture and artwork in a moderate way while maximizing the existing conditions. Walking through the apartment, you can hear Chopins piano music playing in their mind, reflecting the designers understated and humanistic design philosophy.
