Spirit-like perception

入室輕拂過的步履如精靈般輕巧，徐徐撲面如微風淡過，乍見一陣琳琅細膩的典雅，在深淺交錯的米金色脈絡間綻放。細看是鍍鈦與鏡面的點點炫目，蘊暖了帶著快意的大地明亮，如春光般填滿整座宅邸，綻放在天地壁面的自然紋理裏，一如遊走在景色各異的行旅動線上，讓大宅的繽紛在富有秩序的光澤中行走開來，慢慢蘊暖出最貼近使用者理想的生活境界。

Entering the residence, visitors are greeted with a burst of exquisite elegance, the elf-like lightness of a soft breeze and the interwoven colors of beige-gold bringing to focus the spring-like brightness and warmth of the open room. Titanium plating and reflective surfaces create a richness that stretches into an idealistic abode for the resident’s lifestyle. The varying natural textures throughout the mansion establish an impression of a journey through a scenic route.

設計工作的起始，首要瞭解使用者對情境感知的深度，可能是行旅中走過的名山大川，也可能是親情友情愛情間的互為真摯，這些都將成為人類記憶載體裏一幕幕最原始的衝擊。設計者捕捉住這些衝擊，並將之付諸於空間各處，創造繼續讓使用者感動感知的生活載體，讓空間延續快樂感。

At the beginning of the design process, the designer takes into account the potential inhabitant’s emotional reaction towards different environments. The design attempts to give the client a feel of moving through a continuous state of travel by creating the impression of famous mountains and rivers or adding aspects of family, friendship, and love, in turn, extending happiness through each and every room of the house.

後疫情行旅時代

Journey of Post-pandemic era

當全球已走入後疫情時代，大家也都磨合出一套最符合自我的新生活方式。空間要同時能滿足居家活動、居家工作、居家娛樂、招待親友共聚等已成為顯學。有鑒於此，當業主於疫情當下購入大坪數宅邸時，同時思考著如何以大空間成就多種生活樣貌，不再因疫情的疏離截斷人跟人之間彼此交流的溫度。

People worldwide in this post-pandemic era have adjusted to the necessity of a new lifestyle. Residential spaces should be able to accommodate to the multitudinous activities needed to be performed inside the house: personal activities, work at home, house entertainment, and gathering with relatives and friends. Therefore, when the owner purchased a mansion during the pandemic, he wanted it to encompass a variety of lifestlyes in order to reestablish interaction and communication between people shattered by the pandemic.

空間作品是一棟五層樓透天住宅，以兩百多坪空間期待落實生活夢想，大場域以優雅輕奢的洛可哥主義延續細膩與不規則趣味，多樣性的活潑配搭讓精神鮮明有力。一樓公領域設定有車庫、玄關、辦公區、開放式客餐廳與吧臺區，以及客用衛浴與廚房，在餐區外還有庭院吸菸區，整個場域以能夠迎賓接待、辦公會議、休憩放鬆、共食共樂的行旅建築氛圍佈局呈現。

The project site is a five-story house of more than 200 square meters, satisfying the owners dream in life. The large field of elegance and Rococo-styled luxury bring out a delicate taste of irregularity while the complement of multiformity and liveliness create a vivid and powerful energy. The public area on the first floor features the entrance foyer, the garage, an office area, an open guest restaurant, the bar area, a guest bathroom, and the kitchen. Outside the dining area, a courtyard serves as a smoking area. The design concept of the courtyard duplicates the architectural impression and the atmosphere of R-R and having fun together with a sense of vacation.

自發光的機能大廳

Self-luminous functional hall

大廳以通透的開放式場域提升空間氣度，裝置細膩讓美感彼此發光激蕩。走過玄關處，整面微隱匿又具穿透感的鍍鈦線條透玻屏風呈現迎賓視覺。屏風後方為梯間下斜角空間，設定為機能辦公區域，具隱私感又可透視其外。

The transparent, open field of the hall enhances the spatial luxury, the beauty and the delicacy highlighting each other. The slightly concealed and titanium-plated line on the transparent, glass screen welcomes visitors with an open vision. Behind the screen, a bevel space below the staircase, set as a functional office area, gives a sense of both privacy and transparency.

客廳室頂以隱約圍塑的水晶簾幕裝置大面積圍繞，再輔以投射燈折射讓水晶自發光，帶出隱約聚攏的光澤，白天黑夜完整呈現不同質感，讓聚焦更真實。

The ceiling of the living room is surrounded by plastic crystal curtains, supplemented by projection lights that refract the crystals to create self-illumination, bringing out a faintly gathered luster, presenting different textures from day to night.

The main wall in the sofa area has a diamond-cut bevel surface made from marble, which echoes the folded plate of the ceiling in the home office beneath the staircase. Next to the long dining table sits a multilevel countertop that can be used as an extensional office during the day, and transforms into a private bar at night. Vase-like table legs and rectangular mirror panels wrapped around the side of the curved table make the whole countertop a piece of artwork.

驚歎著自成一格的獨立私領域

Marvel at the self-contained private area

垂直動線另增設電梯加強移動便利，電梯前迎面四座鏡面斜角屏風，可在進出動線與沙發間保有漸進的隱私。二樓整體場域都為主臥區，呈現屋中屋概念規畫，進門後有小玄關，玄關內依序為臥室、更衣間、衛浴間、儲藏間、茶水間等入口，完整呈現女主人夢想的大格局私領域。

In the mansion, there is an elevator built for traveling convenience. On the first floor, four oblique mirror screens maintain privacy and separation between the elevator and sofa area. The second floor is the master suite that presents a small foyer leading into the bedroom, dressing room, bathroom, storage room, and tea room entrances, fulfilling the hostess’s dream of a large yet private ensuite.

三樓規畫為女兒雙人房，以及專屬兩位公主的公共空間，有臥室、更衣間、遊戲室、閱讀區、舞蹈練習區，將原本屬於兩間套房的格局，暫時打散重新定位區域，滿足孩子們的機能需求。待長大後，空間亦能調整回各自保有隱私性的套房型態。整體樣貌以清新簡約為主，臥室主視覺以花環吊燈隱喻著女孩們的純潔無瑕，與對生命的美好期待。

The third floor is planned as a double room for the daughters. There is a common space dedicated to the two girls: a bedroom, a dressing room, a game room, a reading area, and a place for dance practice to meet their recreational needs. After growing up, they can readjust the space to a more private suite. The overall appearance is fresh and simple, using garland chandeliers as a metaphor for the girls’ innocence and good aspirations for life.

從超自然叢林到外太空之旅

From Supernatural Jungle to Outer Space Travel

四樓兩間客臥延續行旅主題，房一以自然野放派為主視覺，企圖將大自然的療愈力量帶進休憩空間。依循法國後印象派畫家盧梭Rousseau的自然叢林系風格，在床頭繪製手工壁畫。寫實而狂野的綠意叢林在暗黑夢中張狂奔放，筆法線條利索，用色對比大膽，彩度鮮明，搭配上毫無違和的原皮色傢俱，如此裝飾性主義讓高質感不言而喻。

The theme of traveling extends into the two guest bedrooms on the fourth floor. The key vision of the first bedroom is a natural and wild style, transporting the healing power of nature into a R-R space. On the headboard, a handmade mural follows the natural jungle style of the French post-impressionist painter, Henri Rousseau. Neat brushwork, bold color contrast, and high saturation of wild forest illustrate freedom from a nightmare. The designer uses an original-leather furniture to match the mural as a finishing touch.

房二以時下馬斯克Tosca Musk「登入太空」議題炒熱夢想層次，即興創作起星球探險空間。室內維持著外太空的幽遠氣息，以微弱間接光輔助暗黑調性營造神秘氣氛。主牆上以泥作為材的立體浮雕為主視覺創作，團隊直接在水泥面上鑿出圓框與岩石凹凸面，框內裝置有三顆球體燈模擬小行星意象並兼具照明，小行星旁還有穿著太空衣漫步於岩面的太空人模型讓圖面寫實，一如走入岩礦感的冷調溫度中，沉浸探索著宇宙未知，以情境式引導使用者走入太空行旅中。

The second bedroom uses Tosca Musk’s “going into space” theme to stir up a dream in space to create planetary exploration. The interior uses a faint and indirect light to complement the dark tone creating a mysterious and remote atmosphere of outer space. The key visual is the three-dimensional cement sculpture in a round frame on the main wall, chiseled into a rocky, uneven surface. There are three spherical lights in the frame that imitate the image of asteroids and serve as lumination. There are two astronaut dolls wearing space suits walking on the rock surface to simulate the concept of walking on the moon, immersing the guests in an exploration into the unknown and guiding them through imaginary space travel.

娛樂與信仰的共用關係

The shared relationship between entertainment and faith

業主閒暇時喜好品酒、高歌等娛樂，主題行旅將五樓設定為娛樂空間，並以基督信仰救贖靈魂為主題，對外強調最強大的靈魂救贖方式就是享受娛樂，對內則是選擇良善發揮敬畏神的傳統，以此理念輔佐情境思想，徹底發揮空間想像力。

The owner is a wine lover who enjoys entertainments such as singing during his leisure time. For this reason, the fifth floor functions as an entertainment space, taking the soul salvation of Christianity as the design theme. The space demonstrates that the most powerful way to salvation is to enjoy life, and presents an inner meaning of Christain tradition where people should follow God and always choose the good. The idea is to allow the owner and guests to fully appreciate the space with creativity and imagination.

整合所有娛樂需求，中間是大客廳樣式的娛樂廳，旁邊有舞臺，舞臺上有鋼管可隨時熱舞。吧臺設備一應具全，可供專業調酒。棋牌室裏備有兩張方桌，桌旁有備餐臺與電爐，平時可供麻將與桌遊，需要時可為餐桌。五樓另配有專屬衛浴，外陽臺也可作為吸菸區。

In the center, there is a large entertainment room, a stage with poles for dancers and a bar fully equipped for professional bartending. In the chess and card room, there are two square tables for mahjong and board games. The tables combines as a dining table when needed and cooking can be done using the electric stove. Additionally, there is an exclusive bathroom on the fifth floor, and an exterior balcony that doubles as a smoking area.

整體空間佈局打散既定成俗的概念，沙發與單椅呈現不規則定位，展現Lounge Bar的隨意慵懶之美。放大裝飾主義療愈感知，以功能情境調整身心平衡。處處有輔以聖經故事為視覺的壁畫與標語，牆上手腳模型正象征著肢體拉扯，代表當下信仰與歡樂對人性的拯救，以趣味手法展現上帝精神隨時與歡樂同在。

The overall layout breaks up the traditional concepts. The sofas and single chairs are positioned unconventionally to highlight a casual and lazy beauty of the Lounge Bar, amplifying the healing perception, and helping the guests in balancing the body and mind. There are murals and symbols representing biblical stories everywhere in the room. The hands and feet sculptures on the wall symbolize the pulling of limbs, symbolizingthe salvation of human nature by faith. It shows the spirit and joy of God in a captivating way.

以初衷致敬行旅夢想

Pay tribute to the dream of travelling

做人的本質，是待人以誠，彼此不留下遺憾。

The essence of being a human being is to treat others with sincerity and leave no regrets for each other.

空間的本質，是帶來快樂的延續，期許美好時光永存。

The essence of a space is to bring happiness to people and hope that the good times last forever.

旅行的本質，是探索未知的世界，增進眼界發現存在的美好。

The essence of travelling is to explore the unknown world, enhance one’s vision and discover the beauty of existence.

設計起始之時，我們就把這三種本質關係融合在一起，就像人與人之間的原始關係一樣，本該沒有任何干擾雜質，只需專注在生物的原始親暱上，彼此以誠。而空間關係，是設計師與業主之間交融過後的精神意念與創造，無懼世俗定義，成就夢想喜好。於是我們在相互交融後，找到以行旅為意念的本質，並用力賦予其中的美好關係，讓作品呈現最純粹的快樂感，真誠回應彼此初衷。

At the beginning of the design process, the designer integrated these three above essences together. Just like the original relationship between people, there should be no interference by impurities but only the original intimacy, and be sincere to each other. The creativity expressed in the space is the result of the brainstorming between the designer and the owner without fear of the worldly definition, in order to achieve the dream of love. So after all the love, dream, and blended creations put forth in the design, the value of beauty in the work exhibits the purest sense of happiness, sincerely responding to each others ultimate goal.

智能宅

A Smart house

向往智能居家所带来的生活体验，享受平板在手即能掌控的乐趣，提升行旅空间的惊艷质感。从规划进门开关锁起始，窗帘可依日光状况开阖，各楼层全灯源可依动线调控强弱，点亮各空间的装饰性灯饰更具戏剧感。安全监控上另有防火侦菸感测，以及监视监控各区录像等。并定时定点启动冷暖除湿空调，以及娱乐影音设备随时自动播放，放大享乐感受。依区域楼层设置多台自动扫地机器人维护地面清洁，让全面智能完整提升生活质量并融入居家美感，发挥科技与设计共融价值。
