本次室内设计项目位于北京最为繁忙的中央商务区内，设计灵感来自于自然。我们商业室内设计团队将河流和树木的元素完美地融入到办公环境中，为室内空间增添户外的气息，以推广健康智能的办公环境理念。设计整体色调温馨亲和，物料方面的选择实用大方，并应用了精准可靠的智能互联终端系统，可以将办公空间内外所有相关设施连接起来。

Nestled in the bustling Central Business District of Beijing, our interior design project is inspired by the concept of nature. Our design seamlessly integrates the elements of a river and trees, bringing a touch of the outdoors into the workspace and promoting a healthy and smart environment. The color scheme is warm and inviting, complemented by practical materials and a sophisticated smart system that seamlessly connects the entire office.

我们团队首要考虑的是办公空间内所有用户的健康，与传统的固定办公环境不同，我们努力创造一个灵活和友好的办公空间，让办公空间内的人有充足的机会进行交流并协同工作。木材质的使用与绿植的设计把自然的气息带入办公环境，波浪形金属天花像河流一样视觉上连接了办公室的各个区域。在接待区域，设计团队采用了高雅的材料，如大理石和铜金属，塑造高端办公空间感觉。

Our priority is the wellness of all stakeholders within the office. Instead of a rigid, traditional office design, we strive to create a flexible and welcoming space, featuring ample opportunities for collaboration and community. The use of wooden accents and lush greenery heightens the sense of nature, while the wave-shaped metal ceiling mimics the flow of a river, connecting different parts of the office. In the greeting area, luxurious materials such as marble and bronze metal are incorporated to create a high-end feel.

At the core of our design lies a commitment to fostering wellness for both the principals and talents within the office. We have crafted an environment that seamlessly blends natural elements, such as wooden accents and lush greenery, to evoke a sense of tranquility and rejuvenation. The wave-shaped metal false ceiling serves as a visual metaphor for the flow of energy.

接待区域的设计作为宾客的第一印象，是整体办公室设计基调的起点，高雅材料的应用，如大理石和铜金属，为来宾带来品质与高端的观感。

纹理、颜色和材料的巧妙结合创造了一种让人细致品味的永恒优雅氛围，盛意迎接来宾。

The greeting area sets the tone for the rest of the office, featuring elegant materials such as marble and bronze metal that convey a sense of quality and grandeur to visitors. The combination of textures, colors, and materials creates an atmosphere of sophistication and timeless elegance, inviting guests to experience the ultimate in office luxury.

舒适健康环境 WELL-BEING - HEALTH

新冠疫情的出现很大程度上改变了我们进行工作空间设计的方向。随着混合办公模式日益普遍，开放、灵活的工作环境，办公空间内人员的身心健康与幸福感需求成为了我们商业室内设计团队重要考虑的因素之一。

The COVID-19 pandemic has dramatically shifted the way we approach workplace design. As hybrid working becomes increasingly prevalent, the need for open, flexible workspaces that prioritize health and well-being is more important than ever.

我们团队在本次设计多个方面关注办公人员的身心健康，其中包括：使用人体工程学的座椅与家具、引入适当的自然光以及绿植等绿色生态元素，这些考量在过往实例当中证实能够有效帮助业主客户提高办公人员工作生产力、创造力和整体幸福感。此外，我们的团队希望透过减少传统工作桌和隔板的使用，创造一个更开放、互动协作的办公环境，能够为办公空间内人员的日常工作带来更多有意义的交流与行动。

To support this, our design incorporates elements that promote both physical and mental well-being. This includes ergonomic furniture, natural light, and biophilic elements such as indoor plants, which have been shown to boost productivity, creativity, and overall happiness. Additionally, we aim to reduce the use of traditional working desks and partitions, creating a more open, collaborative environment that fosters connection and encourages movement throughout the day.

最终，我们商业室内设计团队的目标是创造一个友好的工作场所，能够优先考虑办公空间使用者的身心健康和幸福感，为每个人提供更可持续、更愉悦的工作生活。

Ultimately, our goal is to create a workspace that prioritizes the health and well-being of its inhabitants, promoting a more sustainable and enjoyable work experience for everyone involved.

To further support our commitment to sustainability, we have incorporated environmentally friendly features such as energy-efficient lighting. We have also maximized the use of natural light and utilized materials made from sustainable sources, reducing our carbon footprint and contributing to a greener future.

In terms of maintenance, we have chosen durable, low-maintenance materials that will stand the test of time, reducing the need for costly repairs or replacements. Our smart system also allows for remote monitoring and management, making it easier to address any issues as they arise.

Our integrated security and energy-saving system leverages the power of the IoT cloud platform to provide real-time monitoring and management of security risks across the entire office, building, and car park.

In addition to enhancing security, our solution also maximizes energy efficiency by automatically adjusting lighting and HVAC systems based on occupancy and usage patterns. This not only saves energy and reduces costs, but also contributes to a more sustainable and environmentally responsible workplace.
