The Original House

NJ  建筑师第四次参加美洲最大的建筑、室内设计和景观展览之一 CASACOR SP，展示了一个完整住宅项目，面积为 200 平方米（125 平方米的房屋和 75 平方米的花园）， 向巴西陶瓷致敬，突出该国古代陶器的遗产以及手工制作在建筑中的重要性。

For the fourth time, NJ Architects participated in CASACOR SP, one of the largest architecture, interior design and landscape exhibitions in the Americas, presenting a complete residential project of 200 square meters (125 square meters of house and 75 square meters of garden) that pays tribute to Brazilian ceramics, Highlighting the countrys heritage of ancient pottery and the importance of handwork in architecture.

The space, named Casa Olaria NJ   , presupposes the importance of introspective and reclusive moments, so the bedroom is subtly separated from the other rooms by a charming cylindrical volume located in the middle of the living room, it was inspired by the Belgian architects body, the Julian the Apostate lamp.

The space, which invests in organic shapes, refers to the Brazilian potters handmade works and geometric shapes, which are characterized by comfort and minimalism aesthetics, and is decorated by Bontempos Legno nórdico-spaces partner-applied to, the ceiling is ribbed and confortable, reminiscent of the rethought of Brazilian modernism.

The BONTEMPO ceiling, which also references the traditional pottery roof, stands out in an organic-shaped living room with a weathering bookcase and ceramics curators from different artists in the country. The brands panels are designed to reflect the uniqueness and personality of each project by forming a square that borders the ceiling, providing selected geometry and comfortable air to cover the upper part of the room.

In addition to the wood, the circular shapes of the interiors, bookcases, mirrors and other furniture, as well as the neutral palette chosen for the environment, form the modern and minimalist style of the space. Natural materials are widely explored in restaurants, home offices, kitchens and suites with bathrooms.

Enter the suite and walk down the ramp to another level of neutral minimalism that creates a warm, airy atmosphere and highlights the beds that the office has designed for the exhibition.

Next to it, the bathroom, with its volume and neutral tones, and all the other rooms form a delicate and discreet appearance. On the outside, the organic pockets of the BIA Abreu landscape consist of light beams, light and shadow effects, and a water mirror, also designed by the office.

Astra Walker Faucet showroom

The Brisbane Astra Walker showroom faces the street on one side and has a bright grid display, like the windows of a small apartment, where residents peer into the interior of the Icon collection.

The kitchen-style layout of the showroom is presented as a series of Bays, with products on one side, where one can enjoy private moments in various parts of each area.

During the lockdown period defined last year, the bathroom was in charge of all the rooms in our home that attracted attention. Part of the clean space and part of the shelter, it is both a comfortable place, but also the necessary sanitation facilities.

The lines are simple and classic, and are perfectly aligned with the current design direction, which is at the heart of the design and the philosophy of Astra Walker.

Each material choice adds a layer of color to the story-from the concrete of the central island to the smooth finishes of the two cabinets, creating an immersive yet clean experience.

The interior is purposely limited to dark green tones, with a focus on tap tableware, while the island bench is central to drawing visitors into the interior. This is the main hub where everything comes together, making decisions, and forming the sanctuary dream.

The simplicity of the central unit creates neat blank canvases, running water, tiles and desktop materials to become their own mood plates. Visitors are encouraged to play a substantial role and to immerse themselves in creating a fulfilling and fulfilling healthy environment.

The kitchen-style layout of the showroom is presented as a series of bays where products are set aside to enjoy private moments, each with its own range of work. The street-facing side has a warm-toned grid display, like the windows of a small apartment, where residents have a collection of mixers from the Icon series.

Every aspect of the monasterys interior has been carefully designed to give the australian-made range the loudest sound, including the new ranges, allowing customers to clearly distinguish even the smallest details. Adjustable spotlights from Iguzzini are mounted on the ceiling to provide directional light that can be used either during the day or at night, while the low-key landscaping outside the side window gently reminds of the pro-biological features inside the product.
