One layer, one world

作为南京招商局中心高端产品“臻”系住宅，底跃户型延续了其一贯的高标准与高品质。项目位于南京主城中心区域，可望紫金山、紧靠玄武湖，毗邻TOD城市超级综合体，坐拥“山、水、城、林”不可复制的优越位置。

As the high-end products of Nanjing China Merchants Center Zhen housing, the bottom jump house continues its consistent high standards and high quality. The project is located in the central area of the main city of Nanjing, overlooking the Purple Mountain, close to the Xuanwu Lake and adjacent to the TOD urban super complex. It has the advantageous position of mountain, water, city and forest that cannot be copied.

开阔的负二层空间以私人会所的形式打造，是居者圈层社交、私享娱乐的中心场所。会客厅、茶室、雪茄-影音室、私人藏酒室……设计团队通过创造合理的生活动线，串联起逻辑有序的生活场景，满足居者多维需求。

The open negative second floor space is built in the form of a private club, which is a central place for residents to socialize and enjoy private entertainment. Reception room, tea room, cigar - video room, private wine room... By creating a reasonable line of activities, the design team connects a logical and orderly life scene to meet the multi-dimensional needs of the residents.

茶室设计融入东方美学，与室内景观对望，营造在山水间烹茶品茗的悠然意境。在这里文化不是呆板的符号，而是悄然呈现的人文气质，不是与过去的割裂，而是一种精神的传承与延续。

The design of the teahouse integrates Oriental aesthetics, and looks at the interior landscape to create a leisurely artistic conception of brewing tea and tasting tea between the mountains and rivers. Here, culture is not a rigid symbol, but a quietly presented humanistic temperament, not a break with the past, but a kind of spiritual inheritance and continuation.

设计团队将自由舒展的水平横向空间与纵向空间统筹考虑，上下一体，构建空间的丰富性。随着旋转楼梯而下，步移景异，行进中创造意料之外的“惊喜”，带来别有洞天的感官体验。

The design team will be free to stretch horizontal space and vertical space overall consideration, up and down, to build the richness of the space. With the spiral staircase down, the step changes the scenery, and creates unexpected surprises in the process, bringing a unique sensory experience.

负一层夹层空间集书吧、健身区、独立衣帽间等多功能于一体，满足居者深层次的精神诉求，安放丰盈有趣的灵魂。

The mezzanine space on the negative first floor integrates the book bar, fitness area, independent cloakroom and other functions, satisfying the deep spiritual demands of residents and placing a rich and interesting soul.

独立书房，阅读、书法、绘画，抽身喧嚣繁华，回归精神与内心。超大陈列式衣帽间，满足女主人的居住梦想，勾勒生活的精致。家庭健身房，满足男主人对健康自律生活方式的追求。

Independent study, reading, calligraphy, painting, get away from the hustle and bustle, return to the spirit and heart. Oversized display type cloakroom, meet the hostesss living dream, outline the exquisite life. Family gym to meet the pursuit of healthy and self-disciplined lifestyle.
