从INC咖啡的空间设计，品牌设计，应用设计，品牌沟通等方面，我们采取全方位的方式开始这个项目。

From the design of the space, the branding, application design, communication of the brand, etc., of INC Coffee, we took omnidirectional ways with starting this project.

我们确定了标语，并提供了INC咖啡的核心价值，作为传播咖啡文化的角色，被咖啡的本质所吸引。

We settled the tagline and offered the core value of INC coffee as role in spreading coffee culture ‘Captivated by the essence of coffee.’

由于许多人可能会来来去去，一杯咖啡比饮料本身有更多的意义，我们希望这个空间能代表一种文化的流通。

As many people may come and go, a cup of coffee has more meaning than the drink itself and we wanted the space to stand for a circulation of culture.

在历史上，通过市场文化，它为沟通和传播文化提供了基础。我们希望INC咖啡也能成为咖啡的市场。

Historically, through the culture of markets, it made grounds for communicating and transmitting cultures. We hoped INC Coffee would be the same market for coffee.

我们根据市场的行为来规划空间，并在内部中心放置一个圆形的休息室，作为互动、沟通和文化流通的手段。

We programmed the space according to the behavior of markets and placed a circle lounge in the inner center for the means of interaction, communications, and circulations of cultures.

我们希望稳定新的动态能量，它将在背景的L型建筑之间流动，并通过加山数字综合体的圆形休息室。

We wanted to stabilize the new dynamic energy that will flow between the L-shaped building in the background and through the circle lounge at the Gasan Digital Complex.

同时，顺着时间的轨迹，随着风景的转变，空间的温暖将被太阳的运动所填满，希望能成为人们珍惜四季、在城市中呼吸的地方。

Also, following the path of time, the warmth of the space will be filled by the movement of the sun as the scenery transforms and hopefully be a place where people can cherish seasons and take a moment of breath in the city.

我们承担这个项目的态度是不简单地以事物的视觉为基础，而是要从这句话中寻找源头，即INC咖啡的身份。

Our attitude into taking on this project was to not simply base on the visual of things but to search for origin like from the phrase , the identity of INC Coffee.

The similarities are clear when L’Artisan des Pains Oubliés’ method is listened to. Making use of the resources and the skill and revealing it in the work are very similar principles the studio used in all of their work, whether it are making bread or constructing an architecture project.

Oubliés馅饼工坊的面包店始于一个家庭故事。因此，Jean Christophe和Thibault父子选择将他们各自的经验放在一边，以便按照建筑师两人所珍视的信念来设计一个有机面包店：使用最自然和最新鲜的产品。

Thus, father and son Jean Christophe and Thibault have chosen to set aside their individual experiences in order to design an organic bakery in accordance with the beliefs that the architects both hold dear: using the most natural and fresh products.

It was difficult for them to realize their dream of an authentic bakery free from pointless procedures in the unfinished first floor of a new structure. This is why they began by talking about the materials, which in the opinion need to be created by the workers’ hands and tools.

Terra cotta, wood, and bare earth plaster have all been quickly reflected about. Using bio-based materials pushes architects and craftspeople to utilize techniques that have been lost to time and forgotten.

Regarding the design of the spaces, reflection has been focused on a starkly straightforward explanation of the many components of the program.

一个容易接近的公共前景，包括零售和午餐，以及一个显示许多面包师工具的背景，围绕着一个中央的杰作烤箱排列，作为面包店的决定性视觉元素。

An easily accessible public foreground with retail and lunch, and a background showing the many baker’s tools, arranged around a central masterpiece oven, serve as the bakery’s defining visual elements.
