就在哥本哈根繁华的市中心北部，Norm建筑事务所对一个俯瞰水面的私人住宅进行了全面的改造。

Just north of the bustling city center of Copenhagen, Norm Architects has carried out a full renovation of a private family home overlooking the water.

在哥本哈根市中心的北部，诺姆建筑事务所对一个俯瞰水面的私人家庭住宅进行了全面翻新。由于注重发挥房子固有的现代主义特质并将其展示出来，现在的房子是一个由简洁的线条和自然材料组成的平静的避难所，可以在繁忙的日常生活中退缩。

With a focus on bringing out the house’s inherent modernist qualities and putting it on display, the home is now a calm refuge of clean lines and natural materials to retreat to in a busy everyday life.

作为一个早期的现代主义结构，海滨别墅最初将灰泥细节与简洁的线条相结合--不敢完全投入到现代主义中去--导致一种没有方向的非风格。

Being an early modernist structure, the Waterfront House originally combined stucco details with clean lines – not daring to devote itself completely to modernism – resulting in a sort of non-style without direction.

因此，我们决定去掉灰泥和其他多余的东西，以带出结构内的流线型特质，让房子最终充分释放出其极简主义的潜力。

We therefore decided to take away the stucco and other redundancies in order to bring out the streamlined qualities within the structure, allowing the house to finally redeem its full minimalist potential.

In a small brick villa built back in 1917, Designer and Partner at Norm Architects, Frederik Werner, has created a beautiful home for his family with great attention to detail, light, and materiality – and with the utmost respect for the historic elements within its structure.

由于他对日本美学和诚实材料的热爱，橡木是一个反复出现的元素，只有随着时间的推移才能获得更多的美感，同时为家人创造一个平静的氛围来放松。

With his love for Japanese aesthetics and honest materials, oak wood is a recurring element only attaining more beauty with time, while creating a calm atmosphere for the family to relax in.

遵循诺姆的理念，房子不应该只是视觉上的体验，而是用所有的感官--从声音到触摸。

Following the philosophy at Norm, the house shouldn’t just be experienced visually, but with all the senses – from sound to touch.

融合了斯堪的纳维亚设计传统和日本美学，这个家是一个舒适的避难所，可以在繁忙的日常生活中撤退。

Merging Scandinavian design tradition and Japanese aesthetics, the home is a cosy refuge to retreat to in a busy everyday life.

由于非常关注所选材料的内在品质，该空间具有一定的深度和刺激性。所有的墙壁和天花板都涂有来自ST.Leo的相同颜色。然而，根据房间的位置和一天中的时间，颜色是不断变化的，空间的表达也是如此。

With great attention to the selected material’s inherent qualities, the space has a certain depth and a stimulating presence. All walls and ceilings are painted in the same color from ST. Leo, however, depending on the location of the rooms and the time of day, the color is ever-changing and so is the expression of the space.
