磨好豆子,再经由慢速的注水,缓缓滴漏成一杯咖啡,可能需要十分钟左右的时间,沉浸于谈话之中,或是投入阅读一本书,才能有足够的耐心不去在意这件事。这样的缓慢、等待意味着什么呢?有人说,是事物的价值感,和时间的意义......而这些,在这个追求效率、便捷和省事的数字时代,对于人们来说,已变得尤为可贵。
After grinding the beans and slowly dripping them into a cup of coffee, it may take ten minutes or so, immersed in a conversation or reading a book, to be patient enough not to care. What does this slow, waiting mean? Some say it is the sense of value of things, and the meaning of time...... And these, in this pursuit of efficiency, convenience and save the digital age, for people, has become particularly valuable.
在最初的设想里,这是一间基于地产营销策略下的咖啡空间体验。建面的有限、自然的视野,给予了设计师聚焦于小而美空间营造的细腻与耐心,这其中,关键词却不在于“因小而美”,而更可以解读为“既小且美”、你有我优的一种叠加状态。
Originally conceived as a coffee space experience based on a real estate marketing strategy. The limited and natural vision of the building surface gives designers the delicacy and patience to focus on the creation of small and beautiful space. Among them, the key word is not small and beautiful, but more can be interpreted as small and beautiful, a superposition of you have your own advantages.
镂空的轻质砖,一种“可呼吸”的轻盈感,为考量通透空间的处理,成为了接待前厅营造的中心。人们的视线不断渗透而过,向内或向外延伸开来,享受这其中的缓慢时刻......
Hollow light brick, a breathable sense of lightness, in order to consider the treatment of transparent space, become the center of the reception hall construction. Enjoy the slow moments...... as the eye seeps through, in and out.
它是一间咖啡馆,也是一座更懂时间的社区。中海·富華里以用户需求为源点,发起“给生活的第25个小时”,全面革新当代人居全新陪伴方式。
Its a cafe and a more time-conscious community. Zhonghai · Fuhuali takes user demand as the source point, initiates to the 25th hour of life, comprehensively innovates the new companion way of contemporary human settlements.
跳脱日常的局限,在那些细微之处,与不经意间,寻觅生活的向往、温情,与触动人心。
Jump out of the daily limitations, in those subtle, and inadvertently, looking for life yearning, warmth, and touch peoples hearts.
咖啡主题性的小规模空间,设计以调性轻盈的氛围感来回应空间的创造性。以咖啡制作为核心,依次形成空间高低错落的功能分区,以创造小规模空间的层次关系和“呼吸感”。
Coffee thematic small-scale space, design with tonally light atmosphere to respond to the creative space. With coffee production as the core, the functional zones are successively formed to create the hierarchical relationship and breathing sense of small-scale space.
设计采用了大面积木质与米灰色肌理漆的结合,为空间营造了温润而舒适的背景触感,以契合咖啡馆的松弛氛围。
朦胧光感的天花灯球,以阵列式的独特呈现,为平缓的空间日常带入了轻盈的灵动感,令人不禁沉浸其中。
The design uses the combination of large area wood and beige texture paint, creating a warm and comfortable background touch for the space, in order to fit the relaxed atmosphere of the cafe. The smallpox light bulb with hazy light sense, with the unique presentation of array type, brings lightness and vitality into the gentle space everyday, which makes people immersed in it.
洽谈区以低矮的家具落位,将空间的重心降低,给予了人们进入松弛的谈话氛围的后场环境。
向外面对庭院的水景,向内悠然于树下的光影,消磨日常的诗意。咖啡的香气氤氲,人们静在此,享受生活之外的那“第25个小时”。
The negotiation area is positioned with low furniture, which lowers the center of gravity of the space and gives people a relaxed back field environment for conversation. Outside to the courtyard of the water, in the light and shadow leisurely under the trees, while the daily poetry. The aroma of coffee is dense, and people are still here, enjoying the 25th hour outside of life.
