This case is plagued by differences in lighting and project conditions, and we hope to make it a little lighter, using the textural overlay of the materials themselves to create a sense of permeability and naturalness in the small volume space, as well as to respond to our perception of Shenzhens urban attributes, while solving the site boundary and light problems.

Identifiability
根植于深圳开放而包容的城市精神,与北站核心商务圈的独特区位优势。设计的切入,以考量地缘客群的身份特性,与当代人群审美意识的微妙转变为起点,以一种非日常的真实体验,赋予了项目本身独特的“可识别性”与“性格”吸引力。
The project is rooted in the open and inclusive spirit of Shenzhen and the unique location of the North Station core business circle. The design is based on the identity of the geo-customers and the subtle transformation of the aesthetic consciousness of the contemporary people, giving the project a unique recognizability and character appeal with a non-daily real experience.
一个“去售楼处化”的栖居范本式的雅致居所,意图打造整个北站片区规划的先锋示范。
A de-sales office elegant residence of model habitat, intended to create a pioneering model of the entire Shenzhen North Station area planning.
“性格”吸引
Character Attraction
游移的感知,将空间给予人们心里感受上细微变化的“柔”,构成为空间中流动的“势”。在此基础上,设计所做的,皆是顺势而为。
The perception of movement, the softness of the space that gives people the feeling of subtle changes in the heart, constitutes the potential of the flow in the space. On this basis, what the design does is to follow the trend.
于是,自然与光影的引导、尺度与观感的“自洽”、乃至触摸与氛围的细腻感受,皆以一种自然延展的姿态形成了我们关于项目的内在逻辑和设计构思。
Thus, the guidance of nature and light, the self-consistency of scale and perception, and even the delicate feeling of touch and atmosphere all form our inner logic and design concept of the project in a naturally extended manner.
一种充盈、清润而淡然的奢居之美。我们期望能够经由舒适体验上的创新,使空间同人的关系彼此依存且优雅愉悦。
A kind of luxury living beauty that is full, clear and light. We hope to make the relationship between space and people interdependent and elegant through innovation in comfort experience.
