常恩设计事务所打造了这座面积为200平方米的现代化商住公寓，其间同时存在多种不同风格的元素，这样特殊的巧妙融合是设计师大胆的创新，复古风的地毯和科技感十足的沙发搭配在一起，充满别样的美感。

会客厅是开放式的设计，沙发上面突起了较多的半球体、镂空式造型的茶几就像是颠倒的山峦，以及旁边鲜黄色的休闲椅都是比较浮夸的设计，其上较大的间隙是他们的共同点，这些设计仿佛在暗喻居家生活的随心所欲不逾矩。

餐厅内是无主灯的设计，享受自然光的沐浴，同时天花板处精美的小吊灯做内嵌式的设计。餐桌摆放在室内拐角处的落地窗前，搭配透明质感的几把餐椅，无形之中在该空间内营造了满满的高级感。

过道处设计师有意减少了装饰物，让这部分空间更加的纯粹。短短的过道选用了三种不同的材质，为室内增加了满满的质感。过道尽头处的人形雕塑活灵活现。
