Background/项目背景

这是一套高层公寓住宅，原始户型为精装修状态。
常住人口：一人或两人，最大化能满足3人同时居住。
女业主从事影视编剧工作，目前工作在北京，父母居住在老家（四川成都周边的城市）此套房作为一套五年内的灵活性过渡房：①它既能满足业主一人常住的情况②也能满足父母两人常住一段时间的情况③还能满足业主与父母两人，三人同时一起住的情况。
业主需求：
1:希望储物量够多。房子小，平时需要把各类东西收纳进储物柜，让家保持整洁，清爽。
2: 希望客厅的三种功能状态：①父母单独住的时候，客厅是休闲功能。②业主单独住的时候，客厅是书房工作功能。③业主和父母同时住的时候，客厅是业主的卧室睡觉+书房工作功能。
3:希望空间通透实用些，喜欢温暖简洁的空间氛围。
4:希望精装房卧室、厨房、卫生间等每个区域都能通过改造得到最大化的优化改善，目前原始状态既不实用也不够用，每处都觉得尺度太小。
5:喜欢看书、读书，在家办公状态面对电脑写作时间长，希望家有阅读氛围，有大办公桌。

通过对所有墙体进行拆除，重新优化结构与功能；分析各功能区的关系，建立人与空间、人与自然、空间与自然之间的关系，使空间与自然最大化服务于人。
VARIABLE/多变空间

长桌为轴，通过桌子任意的摆放与组合，建立可变的生活场景与动线。 Long table as the axis, through the table arbitrary placement and combination, to establish a variable life scene and moving line.

MULTIVARIATE/多元

空间的可变，诠释不一样的居住形态。以电影视角描绘每一帧中“和谐美好的生活场景画面”。
The variable space interprets different living forms. Depict the "harmonious and beautiful life scene picture" in each frame from the perspective of film.

设计能反映业主的兴趣喜好并引导业主的行为习惯，改善、提升居住的舒适度。
飘窗前设计开放式矮台书架来收纳书籍，控制矮台高度尺寸，不仅可随处坐，营造轻松的读书氛围；而且通过矮台柔和了飘窗高度，利用飘窗创造可坐，可躺的休闲读书角落。
光线透过纱帘洒进窗内。或半躺于飘窗处，一只手拿着书，另一只手正准备端起旁边的咖啡；或坐在休闲椅，旁边随意摆放着一堆自己喜欢看的书；或是坐在桌前打开电脑，认真地构思，创作剧本…….这是多么惬意、美好的画面。
 The design can reflect the owner's interests and preferences and guide the behavior of the owner to improve and enhance the comfort of living.
 The bay window design of open low bookshelf to store books, control the height and size of the low table, not only can sit anywhere, create a relaxed reading atmosphere; In addition, the height of the bay window is softened by the low platform, and the bay window is used to create a leisure reading corner for sitting and lying.
 Light filtered through the screen curtain into the window. Or half lying by the bay window with a book in one hand and a cup of coffee in the other; Or sit in a casual chair, next to a pile of their favorite books; Or sit at the desk open the computer, carefully conceived, create the script... This is such a pleasant, beautiful picture.

卧室门口转角柜设计开放书架，让空间有变化，更有节奏感，书架旁设计茶水台，空间虽小，但可放置水杯、水壶等小物品，方便收纳归类，让生活更有秩序。

The corner cabinet at the door of the bedroom is designed to open the bookshelf, so that the space has changes and a sense of rhythm. The tea table is designed next to the bookshelf. Although the space is small, it can place small items such as water cups and kettles for convenient storage and classification, and make life more orderly.

洗衣机、烘干机嵌入柜体，形成简易的家政区。

柜体由卧室的衣帽柜，转至书柜、茶水区，再转至洗衣区、洗漱台，通过柜体切割细分，充分利用每一寸空间，每一处尺寸，让功能更完善、整体。

厨房设计“一字形”，在有限的空间里，实现从冰箱拿菜到洗、切、炒的整个流程方便。

为了最大化增加储物量，灶台设计的集成灶，上方吊柜空间也利用了起来。

为了实现地面材质的完整统一性，解决家政区、洗漱区与厨房潮气问题，地面选用了耐潮的石晶地板，石晶地板自带软垫，且表面纹理颜色与木质地板十分相似，兼顾了美观、防潮及舒适脚感多重作用。

 Washers and dryers are embedded in the cabinet to form a simple housekeeping area.

The cabinet is transferred from the coat and hat cabinet in the bedroom to the bookcase, tea area, and then to the laundry area and washing station. Through the cutting and subdivision of the cabinet, we can make full use of every inch of space and every size to make the function more perfect and overall.

 The design of the kitchen is one zigzag. In the limited space, the whole process from the refrigerator to washing, cutting and frying is convenient.

In order to maximize the amount of storage, the cooktop is designed as an integrated stove.

 In order to achieve the integrity and unity of the ground material, to solve the problem of moisture in the housekeeping area, washing area and kitchen, the ground selected the wet-resistant stone crystal floor.

洗漱区龙头、淋浴间花洒、马桶水箱都是暗埋内嵌式，既美观又实用。

卫生间设计长形壁龛与矮台，方便放置马桶及淋浴区所需物品，打造简洁、干净的卫生间环境。

卫生间门套定制黑色不锈钢门套，与极窄铝框门形成呼应，精致的线条感，构成空间质感的一部分。

 he faucet in the washroom, the shower room and the toilet tank are all hidden and embedded, which is both beautiful and practical.

 Long alcoves and low tables are designed for the toilet and shower area, creating a simple and clean bathroom environment.

Toilet door cover custom black stainless steel door cover, and extremely narrow aluminum frame door echoes, exquisite line sense, constitute a part of the space texture.

CONTINUE/延续

卧室延续空间色块，木作定制床体及床头柜，整体尺度控制偏矮，形成轻盈的体块，与飘窗及矮柜书架形成贯穿形体，将卧室内外窗户连接成一整体。

木与白的融合，比例色块的控制，空间垂直度得到拉伸。至顶移门的设计，让空间量体更显大气。

通过两扇移门的设计，开合之间，构建卧室内外关系。顶部墙板的穿插结构，拉大了空间视觉张力，更好的诠释了小空间也可以很大气。

 Continuous space color block in bedroom, wood customized bed body and bedside table, the overall scale control is low, forming a light volume, and the bay window and low cabinet bookshelf form through the body, the bedroom window and the outside of the window into a whole.

 The integration of wood and white, the control of proportional color blocks, the spatial verticality is stretched. The design of the top shift door makes the space volume more atmospheric.

 Through the design of two sliding doors, the opening and closing of the relationship between the bedroom and the outside. The interspersed structure of the top wall panel enlarges the visual tension of the space and better interprets that a small space can also be very atmospheric.

Design and analysis/设计分析

1:以中心点向四周扩散：拆除所有已经精装修部分及所有室内非承重墙体，让自然光最大限度流进室内，把所有功能分布于外围，再由外围向中间的圆心集中进去，设计各功能之间的关系与节奏感。

2:模糊各功能界线：功能体块通过木质材质的分割、延续，在大空间内构建各独立功能区，模糊空间界线，功能叠加使空间形成一整体。

3:让光洒进每一处空间，扩大空间视野：

▼把马桶区及淋浴间设计在原阳台及厨房区，靠近窗位置，保证卫生间湿区的采光及通风效果，避免卫生间的潮湿及厕味滞留。

▼除了卫生间区，其他部分保持开放状态，因此北面两窗户光与风都能进到室内每处空间，左边飘窗位置通过墙板与开放格柜子的组合，设计窗边阅读角。右面窗对应设计卧室区。
▼通过设计细节与方式让窗户产生联系，形成统一，扩大室内空间视野感。
4:空间的可变：
▼入户左侧设计“L”形整排储藏柜，柜子中心区位设计1.2米宽侧翻壁床，既是床的功能，当放上几个大靠枕，也可以当成休闲沙发功能使用。
▼主卧设计两扇大移门，开合之间实现开放和独立。
▼在房子中心顶部，吊顶时预留暗槽，设计电动卷帘，当业主与父母同时居住时，卷帘降下，整个空间分成两部分独立区，保证3人同时居住的相对私密性。
▼中心活动区以长桌为轴，通过桌子任意的摆放与组合，建立可变的生活场景与动线
5:调整吊顶与立面之间比例关系：克服梁位、消防喷淋、新风与空调管道的影响，尽量较小吊顶高度，保证层高高度。顶部通过墙板体块穿插，划分空间界域并拉伸空间视觉张力，立面通过定制柜比例上的控制与部分乳胶漆留白，拉伸垂直高度。
6:南面墙设计储物柜与隔音板，降低电梯间带来的噪音。
