Art House 最初是1980 年代维多利亚式的别墅，在此基础上，K.P.D.O. Architecture进行了扩展和深思熟虑的的再设计，现在已被打造为狂热的艺术收藏之家。

Art House was originally a Victorian villa in the 1980s. On this basis, K.P.D.O. Architecture expanded and carefully redesigned the art house, which has now been built as a fanatical art collector.

设计师强调艺术与设计之间的共生关系，连接了画廊和住宅风格，倾心筑造了一所折衷主义的现代家庭住宅。形式、色彩、平衡和构图，在艺术的表现力与建筑的家庭性中完美呈现。

Designer emphasizes the symbiotic relationship between art and design, connecting the gallery and residential style, and building an eclectic modern family house. Form, color, balance and composition are perfectly presented in the expressive force of art and the family nature of architecture.

以浅色木地板、白色墙壁为基础的内敛调色板为 Paul Bangay 设计的花园和业主的艺术收藏创造了背景。家具的选择也从中性到丰富，再次与整体色调和艺术品保持平衡。客厅里摆放着John Kelly的艺术品，旁边还有一张 Minotti Ellis 咖啡桌，Minotti Russell 斜角沙发和 Matt Dibbets地毯均由Rodolfo Dordoni 设计。靠窗一侧还摆放着业主收藏的特色艺术品 ，Julia Ciccarone 的“Reflection”以及Minotti Lou 酒吧餐具柜。

The restrained basic palette of light wood floors and warm white walls and ceilings creates a backdrop for Paul Bangays garden and clients art collections. The selection of furniture is also from neutral to rich, again keeping balance with the overall color and artwork. John Kellys artwork is placed in the living room, and a Minotti Ellis coffee table is beside it. The Minotti Russell diagonal sofa and Matt Dibbets carpet are designed by Rodolfo Dordoni. On the side near the window, there are also characteristic artworks collected by the owner, Julia Ciccarones Reflection and Minotti Lous bar sideboard.

餐厅通透明亮，大理石纹理的De Padova Tavolo 95 餐桌与Knoll Saarinen 餐椅相互映衬，低调简约。白色纱帘覆盖了大面积的落地玻璃窗，将户外自然景致引纳入室，随时都能充分享受自然、休闲以及富有意趣的居家空间。

The dining room is transparent and bright. The marble texture De Padova Tavolo 95 dining table and Knoll Saarinen dining chair complement each other, which is low-key and simple. The white screen covers a large area of floor to floor glass windows, bringing the outdoor natural scenery into the room, and you can fully enjoy the natural, leisure and interesting home space at any time.

卧室延续了艺术之家的中性色调，舍弃多余的华丽装饰，改以一种素净的元素衬托空间之美，还原休憩空间的舒适温馨，让屋主能徜徉慢活居家氛围。简约的白色系大理石覆盖卫生间，其独特的纹理与色泽让空间干净优雅并且前卫不失格调。

The bedroom continues the neutral tone of the art house. Instead of redundant ornate decoration, it uses a simple element to set off the beauty of the space, restore the comfort and warmth of the rest space, and let the owner enjoy the slow living home atmosphere. The simple white marble covers the bathroom, and its unique texture and color make the space clean and elegant and avant-garde.

Kerry Phelan于2010年成立了K.P.D.O. Architecture室内建筑事务所，专注于定制设计项目。她与她的搭档Stephen Javens及团队曾在澳大利亚和香港打造过一个著名的室内项目。Kerry 的灵感来自时尚、表演和视觉艺术，是国际艺术博览会的常客，所以K.P.D.O. Architecture对艺术的色彩的表现方式有着十分重要的表现，特别是通过富有表现力的材料和严格的细节，以呈现出空间的色彩艺术。
