SPIRIT OF PLACE

临水而居，泽水而憩，自古以来都是人们追崇的理想生活，而武汉就是这么一座被水域包裹的城市；

Living near the water and resting in the water has been an ideal life that people have pursued since ancient times, and Wuhan is such a city surrounded by water;

长江边嬉戏玩耍，追逐午后的阳光，想必都是美好的童年回忆；项目正处长江边，俯望一线江景，我们将以长江记忆唤起人们的理想居所的憧景。

Playing and playing by the Yangtze River and chasing the afternoon sun must be good childhood memories. The project is located by the Yangtze River, overlooking the first-line river view. We will use the memory of the Yangtze River to evoke the vision of peoples ideal residence.

快节奏的城市生活让每个身处其中的人状态紧绷，也让泽水而憩的生活方式成为一种奢望；晚霞\长江边\ 微风吹拂江面波光粼粼，赤脚踩着鹅软石，落入水中的石子泛起的涟漪，这样的场景虽不能忘却喧嚣城市里的焦躁，至少能让内心得到片刻的安宁；

The fast-paced urban life makes everyone in it tense, and the lifestyle of resting in the water becomes a luxury; the breeze on the Yangtze River in the sunset blew the river sparkling, and the bare feet stepped on the soft stones and fell into the river. The ripples caused by the stones in the water, although such a scene can not forget the anxiety in the hustle and bustle of the city, at least it can give the heart a moment of peace;

售房部选址在一座三层楼的街边商业体，我们将功能拆分，一楼为过厅，承载接待的功能；将主要的销售功能放置屋顶，用一个玻璃盒子为空间的载体，有意识拆分成两个相对独立的区域，同时注入不同的功能属性，从两个不同的维度来思考空间。

The sales department is located in a three-story street-side commercial building. We split the functions. The first floor is the hall, which carries the function of reception; the main sales function is placed on the roof, and a glass box is used as the carrier of the space. Consciously split into two relatively independent areas, while injecting different functional attributes, thinking about the space from two different dimensions.

无用之用，以一种“放”的方式诠释空间；

Useless use Interpret the space in a way of putting;

一个有记忆的空间，往往不止满足基本的功能属性，应该呈现更高阶的精神属性；

A space with memory often not only satisfies the basic functional attributes, but should present higher-order spiritual attributes;

在这个空间我们希望开启人们对美好生活的憧憬，我们弱化接待功能，以艺术展厅的方式打造，赋予它精神属性。

In this space, we hope to open peoples vision for a better life. We weaken the reception function and create it in the form of an art exhibition hall, giving it spiritual attributes.

突破空间边界，将室外景观水体引入空间中，保留原有建筑柱体，加以修饰，形成序列；天棚仿自然光的方式处理与水体形成对应，厚重的柱廊关系强调了空间的秩序；

Breaking through the boundary of the space, introducing the outdoor landscape water body into the space, retaining the original building columns, and modifying them to form a sequence; the ceiling is treated in a way of imitating natural light to correspond to the water body, and the thick colonnade relationship emphasizes the order of the space;

巨形鹅软石装置矗立在空间中央，凸显空间的张力，也是到达销售体验区的必经路线，装置表达为白色金属板，表面散出点状光芒，让客户从装置内装过时，会感受到滴落的水声，空灵，幽静，仿佛穿越了古老的洞穴，心灵再此受到洗礼；

The giant goose soft stone installation stands in the center of the space, highlighting the tension of the space, and it is also the only way to reach the sales experience area. The installation is expressed as a white metal plate, and the surface emits dots of light, so that customers will feel when they are installed in the installation. The sound of dripping water is ethereal and quiet, as if passing through an ancient cave, and the soul is baptized again here;

穿过卵石装置，感受远处光芒从天而降，指引我们跨越廊桥，进入新的旅途征程；

Passing through the pebble installation, feel the distant light falling from the sky, guiding us to cross the covered bridge and enter a new journey;

人类是自然的生物，能借着数学、理性思考和感官知觉去了解他自己与自然。

Man is a natural creature, able to understand himself and nature through mathematics, rational thinking and sensory perception.

一座伟大的建筑必须从不可度量的起点开始，在设计时必须透过可度量的方法，而最后必定成为不可度量。

A great building must start from an immeasurable starting point, must be designed through measurable methods, and must eventually become immeasurable.

PUSH THE BOUNDARIES

这里所说的界限不是物理上的界限而是空间属性的边界，我们希望这里是一个融合的多元共生的状态，艺术与生活，美与使用，传统界限和原有规则的打破；一个咖啡馆更应该强调公用剧场化，凸出体验与场景。

The boundary mentioned here is not a physical boundary but a boundary of spatial attributes. We hope that this is a state of fusion of multiple symbiosis, art and life, beauty and use, traditional boundaries and the breaking of original rules; a cafe is more Emphasis should be placed on public theater, highlighting experience and scenes.

只是放空，都是一个完美的午时。

On a sunny afternoon,

One magazine,

a cup of coffee,

listening to soft music,

or do nothing,

Just let it go, its a perfect afternoon.

乘坐电梯到达四楼，首先穿过一个连廊，两边的浅浅的景观水域，然后进入玻璃盒子，整个场景由咖啡中岛开始，天棚造型与咖啡岛浑然天成，极具张力，形成空间的第一视线，配套功能以涟漪状的方式散落，形成一个环绕式的流动空间，沙盘，财务，洽谈体验各就其位；

Take the elevator to the fourth floor, first go through a corridor, with shallow landscape waters on both sides, and then enter the glass box,The

whole scene starts from the coffee island. The ceiling shape and the coffee island are natural and very tense, forming the first line of sight of the space. The supporting functions are scattered in a rippling manner, forming a surrounding flow space, sand table, finance, negotiation experience. each in its place;

三组围合的沙发座椅，半弧的靠背似三个巨型的鹅软石装置，各自独立。

Three sets of enclosed sofa seats, the semi-arc backrest resembles three giant cobblestone devices, each independent.

午后阳光透光亚克力屏风轻柔的与地面相容，在余晖的包裹中，来上一杯手冲，或是交谈，或是阅读，感受松弛一刻。

In the afternoon, the light-transmitting acrylic screen is softly compatible with the ground. In the afterglow, you can have a cup of hand-washing, talk or read, and feel a moment of relaxation.
