Hiaven House

Hiaven House是一座具有几何元素和造型且空间布局需求明确的住宅，宽敞通透的走廊可以欣赏庭院的美景，从而在视觉上形成了一定的开阔感。在室内，玻璃窗被大量的使用，引入自然光的同时，将庭院景观作为背景带入室内，无论身处何处，都能观赏到令人放松的植被。

Hiaven House is a House with geometric elements and shapes and clear spatial layout requirements. The spacious and transparent corridor allows you to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the courtyard, thus forming a certain sense of openness visually. In the interior, glazing is used extensively to bring in natural light while bringing the courtyard landscape into the background, providing a relaxing view of vegetation wherever you are.

This is a small house in London, England. As a Georgian townhouse, it is distinguished by a large layered cast-in-place concrete that extends back, with a double layer of fair-faced concrete forming the main structural support on the ground floor. The project blurs the line between architecture and furniture, and the seamless flow of concrete from structure to furniture to floor surfaces creates a continuous architectural language.

世纪进行过扩建，但由于设计规划过于紧凑，导致部分功能的使用并不理想，同时领略花园美景的视野也受到了阻碍。

新的设计方案旨在打开住宅的中央核心区域，使客厅和侧面的厨房成为家庭中心。

而房间之间通顶的开口打破了传统的维多利亚式隔断，让其更有利于适应现代住宅的生活。

Petersfield House was extended in the 20th century, but the compact design plan meant that some of the functions were not used as well as the views of the gardens were hindered. The new design aims to open up the central core area of the house, making the living room and the kitchen on the side a home hub. The roof openings between the rooms break down the traditional Victorian partitions, making them more suitable for modern living.

Richmond House

Richmond House，最初是一栋1930年代战后的前市政厅，通过追求永恒的、柔和的设计方式，McLaren Excell将其从普通的传统郊区半独立式住宅打造成了年轻家庭的温馨居所。住宅的概念由砖的样式作为建造起源，以最纯粹的形式，结合开放式空间的应用，将庭院引入室内，并使其融为一体。

Richmond House, originally a post-war former city hall in the 1930s, has been transformed by McLaren Excell from an ordinary, traditional suburban semi-detached House into a welcoming home for a young family by pursuing a timeless, soft design approach. The concept of the house is based on the brick pattern as its construction origin, in its purest form, combined with the use of open space to bring the courtyard into the interior and integrate it.
