宜兴作为江苏省内一个重要的县级市，拥有7000余年的制陶史和2200余年的建县史,同时也孕育了精致现代的文明内涵。项目辰华氿府所在地毗邻东氿湖，有着极其优越的地缘环境。这一切的地缘与人文，皆扎根于过往千年的历史之中，成为如今宜兴不可磨灭的文化印迹。

Yixing, an important county-level city founded 2200 years ago in Jiangsu province, has more than 7000 years history of pottery-making and has also nurtured a modern and charming civilization. The project Hua Chen Jiu Fu, adjacent to DongjiuLake, has an extremely advantageous geographical environment. All of Yixing’s cultural and environmental features are rooted in the long history passed and become an indelible part of its cultural heritage.

基于宜兴为在当代语境中书写传统的城市，我们将为整个会所打造极简中式之风，同时设计突破形式上的单纯，回归精神文化的内核，融合并映射人们的生活方式和艺术追求。溯源东方皇家礼遇生活四艺，以插花、挂画、点茶、燃香，用当代的雅集续写贵族府邸的诗意。

As Yixing is a city where tradition is written in a contemporary era, we will create a minimalistic Chinese style for the club, bursting the restraints of formal simplicity and returning to its spiritual and cultural core, which can integrate and reflect peoples lifestyles and artistic pursuits. The club continues the hospitality etiquette of the Chinese ancient court, rooting the four ceremonies of flower arrangement, painting appreciation, tea-making and incense-burning into the modern context, conveying the elegance of ancient aristocrats.

篇章一 | 散起·墨趣

Chapter One: Prelude - Ink

于水墨丹青间，精心铺排一场山水慢旅。

With Chinese ink painting, I’d like to invite you to join this slow-paced trip and enjoy the mountains and waters.

受到儒家理性主义和禅宗的哲理思想影响，极简东方之美，沉稳而单纯、清淡而高雅。

若用一种颜色去形容，那大概便是烟灰色，硬装上同样将灰色定为空间主色调，展开铺陈。

Influenced by the rationalism of Confucianism and the philosophical thinking of Zen School of Buddhism, this minimalist oriental style is peaceful a

nd simple, light and elegant. Smoky grey, the perfect color to describe the beauty of Chinese painting, is used as the main color for the fixtures and fittings.

从中式传统建筑黑瓦白墙提取灵感，以重色木饰面为顶，增加了空间的厚重感。

硬装壁炉的设计让整个品茶区一隅自成天地，光火明暗之间，同时似隔非隔的“墙”，隐约、朦胧间透着几缕东方的诗意。

Inspired by the black tiles and white walls of traditional Chinese architecture, the club is topped with dark wood veneer to add a sense of history. The design of the hard-fitted fireplace turns the entire tearoom to a fictitious land of peace. The shade and light serve as an invisible wall, passing on the poetic beauty.

“人间珠宝何足取，宜兴紫砂最要的。”品茶区配以宜兴紫砂壶，营造了明月清风，遥望远山，与好友相谈甚欢，让人忘却都市的繁华，心归自然、宁静的居住主张。

“With purple clay pottery from Yixing, the jewelry in the world may lose its lust.” The tearoom is equipped with Yixing purple clay teapots, creating a painting of friends chatting in the mountain with bright moon and breeze, and free from the prosperity of the city, which shows the wish to return to nature and live a simple life.

书法区一张简单的木质长桌与品茶区隔墙呼应。

寻觅精神追求，这正是当代人所期许的生活。

传统东方的生活，传统东方的风雅篇章，将在这里体现。

The simple wooden long table in the calligraphy room echoes the invisible wall in the tearoom. Seeking spiritual pursuit is the perfect aim of contemporary people. The traditional oriental life with the essence of Chinese traditions will be fitted in this space.

篇章二 | 入调·欢遇

Chapter Two: Melody - Déjà vu

在高山清水间丝竹绕耳，宾客欢遇，其乐融融

he tune of traditional stringed and woodwind instruments lingers around, and guests gathers happily.

小包通过色彩渲染空间，建筑本身之外，有了更多的律动与平衡。

The small private room is decorated with diverse colors, providing more rhythms and balances within the architectures.

篇章三 | 潮鸣·意象

Chapter Three: Climax - Image

Poetic detachment

大包空间呈现含蓄内敛、典雅大气之美。

造型独特的中式花艺，通过颜色具象化在空间中，回望温润隽永的东方生活图景。

The large private room presents the beauty of restraint and elegance. The unique Chinese-style flower arrangement is embodied in the space through color, representing a warm and meaningful oriental life scene.

永生迎客松冉冉屹立于窗边，灰色瓷砖犹如平静的湖面，松树的倒影落于湖面之上，仿佛下一秒便会有微风拂过，泛起阵阵涟漪，令人禁不住凝息观赏。

The eternal Guest-Greeting Pine stands by the window. The gray tiles are like a calm lake with the reflection of the pine trees. It seems that there will be a breeze blowing in the next second, and cause ripples in the lake, which makes people unable to stop watching.

背景墙采用一幅山水景致，趋向简淡，然而简淡中有着无穷境界。

在悠远飘逸的烟香中，营造窗边一棵松，手中一杯茶，惬意看时光流转、光影变化的场景氛围。

The background wall adopts a landscape scene, simple but causes infinite thoughts. In the distant smoke, the wall creates a scene of a pine tree by the window, a cup of tea in your hand, and a comfortable atmosphere.

篇章四 | 余波·雅逸

Chapter Four: Finale - Leisure

借景寄情，眺庭院深深，独坐幽篁，感受复得返自然的舒畅与惬然

In this space, you seem to be alone in the bamboo forest, looking at the courtyard and feeling the comfort of returning to nature.

卧室空间抛却彩色的纷华与璨斓，以清简的线条与笔墨，勾勒出物象的轮廓形态，凝结出画面的丰盈意境，融入了东方禅意氛围。

The design of bedroom space abandons the exaggerated colors, and uses clean lines and brushes to outline the furniture, condensing the rich artistic picture, and integrating into the oriental Zen Buddhism atmosphere.

通过每个空间的起承转折，给来访者带来散起、入调、潮鸣、余波的空间情绪的变化与感受，东方的风雅篇章仍在生活里继续。

Through the changing and concluding of each room, it brings visitors with spatial emotions of prelude, melody, climax and finale. The graceful chapter of the East continues in life.
