項目位於廣州市黃埔區中新知识城，設計團隊基於歷史文化與地域文脈創新，人聲鼎沸的南洋文化，至今已傳續百餘年。對設計啟動向的引領作用，提取當地文化與自然原色，將素材應用到室內空間，使整個空間充滿靈動與生機。

The project is located in China-Singapore Knowledge City, Huangpu District, Guangzhou. Based on the innovation of historical culture and regional culture, the noisy Nanyang culture has been handed down for more than 100 years. It plays a leading role in the starting direction of design, extracts the local culture and natural primary colors, applies the materials to the interior space, and makes the whole space full of flexibility and vitality.

使用高光澤金色瓷磚與深色胡桃木材相結合，精緻的拼出嶺南的木棉花，塑造不同維度，新舊元素的碰撞，跳躍的花色無不述說著南洋的異域風光，也展示著南洋華僑的開放與樂觀。

The combination of high-gloss golden tiles and dark walnut wood creates a delicate Mosaic of Lingnan kapossum, shaping the collision of different dimensions and old and new elements. The jumping colors all tell the exotic scenery of Nanyang, and also show the openness and optimism of The Overseas Chinese in Nanyang.

水吧區燈飾與背景充滿南洋風情的花卉掛畫完美融合，將生活中的精緻推向另一個高潮，漫飲一杯，昇華無度。倒映著眼前的一花一草，相映成趣。

The water bar area lighting and the background full of Southern Style flower hanging picture perfect fusion, the exquisite life to another climax, drink a cup, sublimation. Reflected in front of a flower and a grass, set each other off.

庭院作為南洋建築的一大特色，具有濃郁的熱帶風情。洽談區的空間主色調提取南洋風格色彩，滲透到整個空間的材質變化及構建體系中，表達著空間的情緒。

Courtyard as a major feature of Nanyang architecture, with a strong tropical style. The main color of the space in the negotiation area extracts the Nanyang style color, permeates the material change and construction system of the whole space, expresses the mood of the space.

墻面的藝術畫猶如打開一扇夢回南洋的窗戶，承載著一代人的記憶。內藏燈源形成表面的光斑，通過它的深眸展示空間的風韵。

The artistic paintings on the wall are like opening a window back to Nanyang, carrying the memory of a generation. The hidden light source forms a light spot on the surface, which shows the charm of the space through its deep eyes.

流金歲月，每一個靜止的空間，又何嘗不是一盞時間沙漏，日升日落，人來人往。樓梯轉角的窗戶使用綠色漆面點綴與金屬造型相結合，衍生出專屬空間視覺元素。

融合中西文化的滿洲窗，在嶺南綻放獨特的美。空間尊重傳統，去繁就簡保留其格柵的結構，讓滿洲窗再次煥發生命力。

The Window of Manchuria, which integrates Chinese and Western cultures, blooms its unique beauty in Lingnan. The space respects the tradition, reduces the complexity to keep the structure of the grid, so that the Manchurian window is revitalized again.

電影放映機橫向綻開展現出內部精細的配件，在箱體燈光映襯下，形成一件時光回憶的藝術品，一側長台老相機等舊時記憶物件展列，延伸出藝術長廊區裡廣州的城市文化記憶。

The horizontal opening of the movie projector reveals the delicate internal accessories, forming a piece of art reminiscent of time against the light of the box. On one side, the long old camera and other old memory objects are displayed, extending the urban cultural memory of Guangzhou in the art corridor.

廣式滿洲窗，作為中西合璧的產物，在空間大面積使用玻璃做分隔。围绕着“粤府文化”底蘊，提取嶺南人下南洋的歷史支線，深挖植根在人心中的情感寄託作為載體交疊呈現。 Guang-style Manchurian Windows, as a combination of Chinese and Western products, use glass in a large area of space to do the separation. Centering on the Yuefu culture, it extracts the historical branch line of Lingnan peoples descent to Nanyang, and deeply excavates the emotional sustenance rooted in peoples hearts as a carrier to present overlapping.

飲茶構成了嶺南文化別於其他文化的一個顯著特質。延續茶文化，尊重“碎片化”的生活儀軌打破傳統形式，構建「以茶為本」的現代形態。

Tea drinking constitutes a distinctive feature of Lingnan culture that distinguishes it from other cultures. The continuation of tea culture, respect for the fragmentation of life rituals to break the traditional form, to build a tea-oriented modern form.

如何讓人迅速從日常生活的繁囂中回歸粵府人居的民國舊夢？從進入空間就開始沉浸於暗色調的氛圍中，橙色點亮交疊呈現，讓人植根在心中的情感得到寄託。
