大理文笔村,位于洱海东侧,与大理古城隔海相望。村落临海依山而建,房舍随着山势铺开,错落有致。相较于烟火热腾的古城,这里静谧悠然,有着绝佳的海岸线——大理的蓝天碧海、云卷云舒、苍山茂林、飞鸟落霞......尽收眼底。
Wenbi Village, Dali, located on the east side of Erhai, facing Dali ancient city across the sea. The village is built according to the mountain, and the houses are spread out along with the mountain randomly. Compared with the densely-crowed ancient city, it is quiet and leisurely here, with excellent coastline. You can enjoy the best view of blue sky and sea, clouds, moutains, forest, sunset, flying birds... in Dali.

ENCOUNTER WITH YOUR OBSESSION
与其说空岛・半山是一间民宿,倒不如说它像一座缓慢呼吸的纪念碑,纪念的是认真生活、认真对待自我的每一个瞬间。
Instead of regarding HEAVEN island as a boutique hotel,it is more like a slow-breathing monument to every moment of taking life and yourself seriously.
从大理市区驱车前往文笔村,你会在沿海公路的一处转角,与半山腰上的空岛・半山远远地打个照面。
Youll find HEAVEN island at a corner of the coastal highway, halfway up the mountain, on your drive way to Wenbi village from downtown Dali.
主人和设计师经过漫长的寻找,最终选定了如今的位置——半山的一处转角,远离喧嚣、四周亦无任何建筑遮挡,苍山洱海尽收眼底。正如一座遗世独立的小岛,静谧自得地独享着大自然的美好馈赠。
After a long search, the owner and the designer finally chose the current location -- a corner of the middle of the mountain, far from the hustle and bustle, without any buildings around to interfere the great view of cangshan and Erhai. It is just Like a lonely island, quietly enjoying the bounty of nature.
为了尽可能地凸显自然之美,设计师采用了非常质朴的设计手法。建筑外部从大理白族民居的建筑风格中汲取灵感,将白色立面和灰色屋面巧妙糅合,保持建筑整体利落简洁的几何感,佐以柔和的曲线元素,不炫技,却又不失饶有趣味的韵律感。
In order to highlight the beauty of nature as much as possible, the designer used very simple design techniques. The exterior of the building is inspired by the architectural style of houses of Bai nationality in Dali, and the white facade and gray roof are skillfully combined to maintain the neat and simple geometric sense as a whole. Designer has no intention to show off skills, however, by adding soft curve elements, the building is presented with interesting sense of rhythm.
进入建筑内部,却是与极简外观有着微妙反差的活泼氛围。由外入内的惊喜体验,就像打开一个包装朴素的盲盒,让人眼前一亮,心生欢喜。
Inside, a lively atmosphere subtly contrasts with the minimalist exterior. The surprise experience from the outside in, like opening a plain wrapped mystery box, makes people so impressed and happy.
在酒店的公区,设计师采用了不同层次的绿色和暖色的低饱和色彩混搭,原木、金属、丝绒、亚麻、水磨石、绿植等丰富材质以恰到好处的比例组合,让空间呈现出不流于俗的品味,处处彰显着精致而又温馨、随意、亲切的生活感。
In the hotel public area, the designer uses different levels of green color,and low saturated warm color mixing, while combining various materials such as timber, metal, velvet, linen, terrazzo, green plants in proper proportion. The whole space is presented with good taste, revealing the delicate, warm, casual, friendly atmosphere.
ENJOY THE BEAUTY OF NATURE
正如蒋勋先生所说:“人在一个环境太久了,太熟悉了,容易变得僵化与麻木。生命力会慢慢消失,所以需要出去走走。”而与自然保持连接,始终是人获得幸福的重要源泉。空岛・半山正是这样一个可以让人在绝美的自然风光与妥帖的美学空间之间,找回生命力、疗愈自我的场域。
As Mr. Jiang Xun said, People who have been in an environment for too long and are too familiar with it tend to become rigid and numb. The life force wears off, so you need to get out.And keeping a connection with nature is always an important source of human happiness. HEAVEN island is just such a place where people can recover their vitality and heal themselves,because of its balance between the beautiful natural scenery and the good taste of design.
酒店只有7间客房,采用景观露台-景观浴缸-卧室-洗手间的纵深式布局,将苍山洱海巧妙地“引入”建筑内部。在窗户的处理上,设计师摒弃了大理很多大面积落地窗的做法,采用水平长窗的设计手法。这样的做法,限制了窗户露出的尺度,遮挡多余视线,反而赋予窗外风景更多的力量。
There are only 7 guest rooms in HEAVEN island, and the layout of landscape terrace - landscape bathtub - bedroom - toilet is deep, skillfully introducing natural scenery into the interior space. Regarding to the window, designer abandoned the normal practice of huge windows in Dali, using the vertical long window instead. In this way, the scale of the window exposure is limited, blocking the excess sight, but giving more power to the scenery outside the window.
除了整体建筑追求原生和质朴的纯粹美感,没有复杂的色彩和多余的元素。从建筑外部到室内客房的过渡也自然流畅,延续着简练、宁静又耐人寻味的整体基调。
Designer is pursuing the overall architectural aesthetic of the original and rustic pure beauty, avoiding complex colors and redundant elements. The transition from the exterior to the interior is natural and smooth, in accord with the overall tone of simplicity, tranquility and thought-provoking.

空岛・半山的客房内部,整体采用了低饱和的色调,给人沉稳静谧之感。房间内的选品,设计师也颇费了一番心思:从木材到石材,从铁艺到瓷器,从羊毛到亚麻布,力图将天然材料与当地美学,以可持续设计的理念融合在一起,呈现出一种返璞归真的自然之美。
The guest rooms of HEAVEN island are presented with low saturation tone, giving a sense of calm and quiet. From wood to stone, iron to porcelain, wool to linen, everything in the room is selected deliberatly by designer who is trying to blend natural materials with local aesthetics and to create a sense of back-to-nature beauty in a sustainable way.
房间整体以亚白色调为主,设计师利用曲面和拱形的空间处理,加上线条、矩阵等几何元素细节,让白色房间毫不乏味,呈现出丰富的层次感。精挑细选的艺术品和家具,丰富的材质、戏剧化的尺度和极富设计感的造型,让空间像一本耐人寻味的书,让人忍不住细细品读,而大家也在这个品读的过程中,治愈了自己甚至激发了新的思索和向往。
In the cream white rooms, designer presents curved surface and arch, adding details of geometrical elements such as lines and matrix which avoid the room from being tedious and enrich the aesthetic layers of the interior space. The carefully selected artwork and furniture, various materials, dramatic and highly-designed shape,they all make the space like an intriguing book, which people cant help but read carefully. In the process of reading, people heal themselves and even inspire new thinking and yearning.
更重要的是,设计师采用希望通过精致而简约的线条与素朴的色彩,在设计、艺术与生活之间找到一种源于内心的平衡,赋予空间与人更多的内在情感联系。
More importantly, designer hope to find an inner balance between design, art and life through presenting delicate and simple lines and simple colors, ultimately, to create inner emotional connection between space and people.
纯净的阳光洒进房间,“抚摸”着那些有着手作温度的器皿和家具,光线在丰富的材质上形成迷人的光影——或柔和或硬朗、或璀璨或晦涩......仿佛电影画面般,故事感呼之欲出。
In the room, pure sunlight touches those utensils and furniture with hand-made temperature, creating charming shadow on different materials——soft or hard, bright or obscure...... Like a dramatic scene in movie with a lot of story to tell.
这样的房间仿佛有一种魔力,静坐其中,远眺窗外的苍山洱海,时间慢了,心也静了,与久违的自我也重新走近了。
Such a room seems to have a kind of magic, sitting in it, overlooking the Erhai and cangshan outside the window, time is slow, the heart is quiet, and the long-lost self is approaching again.
建筑原生而质朴,室内空间则静谧纯粹,空岛・半山像一首清丽的散文诗,没有复杂的修辞和赘述,却让人回味久久。
The architecture is primitive and rustic, while the interior space is quiet and pure. HEAVEN island is like a beautiful prose poem, without complex rhetoric and tautology, but it leaves a lingering aftertaste.
这个时代,面对诸多不安全感和不确定性,人们对心灵疗愈、对自我的关照尤为重视。真正的生活美学,应该是对人最基本的尊重,是对人感受的妥帖关照,亦是对自然和文化的真实呼应——空岛・半山建筑内外都呈现出一种令人平和宁静的温润与永恒之感。
In this era, people are facing a lot of insecurity and uncertainty, hence we pay particular attention to spiritual healing and self-care. The real aesthetics of life should be the most basic respect for people, the proper care for peoples feelings, and the true echo of nature and culture -- both inside and outside of HEAVEN island show a sense of warmth and eternity that makes people calm and quiet.
不难发现,如今人们对酒店/民宿的要求越来越高,对空间的理解甚至在某些方面超越了设计师的预知。未来,好的酒店/民宿,必然要与当地美学及可持续设计融合在一起,因为更多的人会开始追求极致的质感与时间感,追求与空间、物件之间的内在情感连接。
Nowadays, it is not hard to find that peoples requirements for hotels/B-Bs are getting higher and higher, and their understanding of space even exceeds designers predictions in some respects. In the future, good hotels/B-Bs are supposed to be integrated with local aesthetics and sustainable design, as more and more people will begin to pursue the superior quality and experience, as well as the emotional connection with space and objects.
当下,人们需要什么样的避世之所?或者说什么样的空间,才能打动越来越见多识广的客人?或许大道至简——用呼应自然和尊重人心的设计,唤起最真实、柔软的情感共振。
What kind of refuge do people need these days? Or what kind of space can impress the increasingly sophisticated guests? Perhaps the best way is simplicity -- respect for nature and human honestly, evoke the most real, soft emotional resonance.

Q : 可以介绍一下项目所在地的基本情况吗?第一次到场地是什么样的感受?
项目在大理海东镇文笔村,该村是从原来海边的渔民集体乔迁至此,地处半山腰。该项目地处文笔村的一个转角处,四周都没有紧邻的房屋,比较独立,是一个老房改建而成。位置比较明显,从山下驱车上来,到了转角处一眼就能看到它。当初选址时,是我们陪着甲方在村里挨家挨户找的,合适做度假酒店的有两处,综合了年房租、付款方式、地理位置及定位,最终选定了现在的这个位置。我们当初第一次看到这块场地时,就觉得比较安静,四周没什么人打扰,爬到屋顶,完全就是把整个苍山洱海尽收眼底,再加上四周几乎没太多建筑遮挡,整个视野是非常的好。
最初是什么原因让你决定接下这个项目?吸引你的点是什么?
因为甲方比较相信我们的设计能力,尊重我们对项目的理解和专业解读,中途不会过多的参与自己的意见,所以我们彼此很快就达成了共识,包括定位、风格、色调等,都非常认可。因为是在大理,而且项目的位置有非常好的视野及阳光,这是最吸引我们的地方,因为我们一直都在梦想能有机会做几个大理的项目,彩云之南,风花雪月,阳光沐浴这些都能在大理体现的淋漓尽致。
Q : 此次的建筑和室内设计,灵感来源是什么?
此次设计,结合了当地白族建筑的一些特点,包括大理独有的白墙、青瓦、小窗,在一些微观的设计上,我们考虑了当地的在地文化,尽可能让整个设计能很好的融入到当地的风情。在整个设计以及色调上,我们考虑到该酒店的名字叫“空岛”,在设计上做了减法,希望留给客人更多的遐想空间,同时也能让客人在沐浴阳光的同时,真正的放空自己的内心。
Q : 最初业主对项目有什么样的设想和需求?项目完成后业主如何评价?
业主对项目的设计和需求,其实从一开始都是和我们一起沟通,交流,然后一步一步到最后实现出来,项目落地呈现后,业主是觉得非常惊艳,完全超过了他的预期值。
Q : 项目过程中遇到过什么困难吗?如何协调和克服?
项目在实施的过程中,确实遇到了不少的的困难,这里面有当地政策的临时规划,对外观改造的时间要求,施工方不专业等好多让人头疼,甚至意外的情况发生,好在我们配合很紧密,克服了所有,整个施工过程中,我们除了每天和各个负责人最基本的微信、电话沟通外,几乎是每间隔3周就飞到现场进行一次实地检查以及当面给工人解释各种工艺及安装细节。
Q : 在你看来,本次项目最值得分享的设计亮点和创新点有哪些?
由于项目地处半山腰,在设计过程中,我们摒弃了大理很多大面积落地窗的做法,更多的采用了水平长窗的设计手法,限制了窗户露出的尺度,遮挡住多余的视线,赋予窗外风景更多的力量。在材料上,最大限制了多样化,墙面涂料采用仿瓷工艺,地面采用木地板和水磨石的结合,希望能带给客人自然安静的体验的同时,能很好的延续过去的很多传统工艺。
Q : 整个项目,你自己最喜欢的空间或角落是哪里?为什么?
整个空间我其实都非常喜欢,如果一定要找一个我自己最喜欢的空间,应该是房间里面吧。因为在房间里面,我们的色调都属于低饱和色,在房间里,俯视窗外的苍山洱海,沐浴着阳光,可以让自己很快的安静下来,跟自己对话。
Q : 项目落成后,作为设计师有听到什么让你难忘的评价或反馈吗?
项目完工后,业主非常满意,安静、治愈、放空这几个词是过来体验的客人说的最多的。印象最深的,是一对情侣居然在酒店空间,拍了一组婚纱照,空间作为背景,居然毫无违和感。
Q : 如何看待新时期的民宿设计?在行业内卷的现状下,什么样的民宿才能打动人?
疫情后的酒店和民宿,人们对入住的需求发生了很大的变化。许多客人对酒店空间的理解仿佛一夜间迭代了,他(她)们对美的理解,对空间的解读,对灯光的氛围营造,已经完全不亚于设计师,甚至在某些方面远远超越了设计师的预知。未来一个好的酒店民宿,一定是和当地美学及可持续设计融合在一起,客人会开始追求极致的质感与时间感,空间和物件更多的内在情感会紧密联系。凸显自然之美,真实之美,甚至敢于拥抱自然的缺陷美,这样的酒店民宿,必然会打动客人。
Q : 房间的设计,在考虑用户需求方面有什么比较人性化的设计?、
采用低调平静的极简主义设计手法,融合心灵治愈、休闲度假,打造出来的意境与气氛,有种令人沉思的唯美,让人怦然心动。为了打造一个开放、包容、热情、轻松、愉快的度假氛围,设计上以开放式的厨房设计打破传统酒店设计中主人与客人的隔阂,确保友好的交流与互动,结识来自各个地方的朋友。
Q : 室内设计重点考虑的因素是什么?
在这次的设计中,我们追求建筑的原生与素朴,追求空间的纯粹美感,没有复杂的色彩和多余的元素,从建筑到室内过渡的非常自然。室内的设计希望达到优雅、宁静、简练、低调又耐人寻味。
