浙江的鱼米之乡——嘉兴，拥有典型的江南水乡风情，也是历史文化名城。渔里未来社区，作为面向整个片区的规划改造，项目基于对过去、现在和未来的串联为发端，经由三条不同维度，通过各自时代场景的线性空间创设新旧共存、共生的城市有机体。

Jiaxing, the land of fish and rice in Zhejiang province, is a famous historical and cultural city with a typical style of jiangnan water town. Yuli Future Community, as a planning transformation for the whole area, is based on the series of past, present and future, through three different dimensions, through the linear space of their respective times scene to create the coexistence and symbiosis of old and new urban organisms.

设计结合嘉兴在地文化，小心保留历史遗留界面，如：筒仓、厂房、老码头等，秉持“再设计”的方式赋予其全新功能用途，并以“新”面貌重新出现。以嘉兴鱼米之乡的印象及项目“渔里中心”-“邻里中心”名字为线索，设计提炼出“鱼”和“渔”的关键字；基于其衍生，创设“幸运鲤鱼”同“水乡渔女”的形象复合IP——“鲤鲤（lili）”。

Based on its derivation, the creation of lucky carp and water village fishing girl image compound IP - Lili.

朝日的阳光穿透淡薄云层，把温暖播洒在一片半空的葱郁间。此时，一切宛如轮回后的新生，似漫步云间，于一片光晕里相遇彼此。

一封来自渔里的信笺，一张回溯时光的车票......旧物的魅力，好似一段回忆的脚注，让人瞬间回到那个曾经历的时刻，心绪万千。

A letter from the fishing, a ticket back in time...... The charm of old things, like a footnote to a memory, makes people instantly go back to that experienced moment, a myriad of emotions.

一体式设计的大体量弧形书柜，置于空间构筑中获得序列鲜明的表达。书格上方设置暖色光源，洗光晕染结合自然光创设从容、厚重又不失宁静的氛围。

盘膝、捧书、静读的现代雕塑，兼具空间内巧妙的灯光设置。摒除外界纷扰，沉浸在书中的往事与回想中，自是一件惬意悠然的时光。

曾经“远亲不如近邻”的说法，同当下“邻居”这个既熟悉又陌生词的鲜明对比，让我们思索空间形态之于人际关系潜移默化地作用及影响。设计旨在激活“邻里DNA”，并由概念出发创设适宜人与人之间相互交流的空间氛围。

The former saying that a distant relative is better than a close neighbor is in sharp contrast to the current word neighbor, which is both familiar and unfamiliar, making us think about the subtle effect and influence of spatial form on interpersonal relations. The design aims to activate the neighborhood DNA and conceptually create a space conducive to interaction between people.

“lián3”的整体架构，包含“莲”、“联”及“涟”的三重含义。“莲”，取水中莲花形象，既呼应鱼游藕莲中，渔女划桨莲间的意象，又体现出嘉兴江南水乡的文化特质。“联”，一意为：透过社区媒介链接城市区域，形成未来生活网络；二意是：把社区视为人与人生活的链接承载，促成彼此沟通、交往。“涟”，则是：由点及面，从城市生态的视角出发，将项目视作过去、现在、未来的有机集合，追溯人文历史，把握当下时机，创建美好未来。

Ripple is: from point to surface, from the perspective of urban ecology, the project is regarded as an organic collection of past, present and future, tracing the human history, grasping the present opportunity and creating a better future.

设计于首层空间内将社区大堂、服务前台和咖啡吧以一种“外向”、开放的形式糅合呈现。消弭过往大堂中心的严谨、刻板，赋予前台“纯指引”功能之外的社交、沟通特性。开放界面在构建场景彼此关联的同时，也将生活的状态浸润于一种悠然、舒适的氛围中。

Designed on the ground floor, the community lobby, reception desk and coffee bar are presented in an outgoing and open form. Eliminate the preciseness and rigidity of the lobby center in the past, and endow the reception desk with social and communication features beyond the function of pure guidance. The open interface not only builds the connection between scenes, but also weaves the state of life into a leisurely and comfortable atmosphere.

咖啡吧引入绿植，营造自然氛围的同时着力促成各个“要素”的协调，并使它们找到各自的位置。简洁界面衬托开放的区域感，整合“文创”-“集合店”，成就一个联动的主题空间。

开敞空间，天生自带多元的使用可能性，抛光地面呼应规则木质材料而创设的空间场域，简洁明朗中不乏暖色调的安宁感受。借由规则构成形式所突显的肌理质感，更关注设计对自然细腻笔触的表达。

利用“艺术”调节设计同生活的界限，文化IP的功能融入让“雕塑”散发活泼的趣味。鲤鲤（lili）IP元素融入到空间中，运用卡通元素的时尚与潮流生活设计概念，以绘本、摆设、文具、包袋等展开，成为视觉最突出的部分。

基于“一对一服务”、“自助服务”、“办理等候”及“儿童活动”的初始功能拓展，鲤想图书馆意在打造一个轻松舒适的场所环境，而非传统意义的政务接待。

交流共享平台着力营造人与人轻松交流、平等沟通的氛围。因此，利用建筑结构的立柱顺势而为，设置圆形卡座，并作恰当的文创植入设计。办证服务台的家具构件，以简约圆润的造型传递独立服务的亲和感。绿植花台，融合自然生态，错落有序。

两侧书架牵引延伸，拾阶而坐，便可获得“沉浸式”的场景体验。设计师希望此处是阅读、互动、生活的空间，顺便办理某些业务。当然，有鲤鲤（lili）学习的身影陪伴，你并不孤单。

弧形书架半围而成的共享书吧，为读书活动注入沟通、互动的社交意味。界面半开放场域，既相对独立，却又不孤立地存在，它以一种恰到好处的形式融于整个空间内。

The shared book bar formed by arc-shaped bookshelves infuses the social meaning of communication and interaction into reading activities. The semi-open field of interface is not only relatively independent, but also not isolated. It melts into the whole space in a proper form.

当代的晚年生活，贯彻“终身学习”理念：不局限于打发时间，而是利用晚年时光弥补年轻时想做却没有做的事。邻里大学包含老年大学、健康中心及共享书吧等区域，关注使用者亲身参与的直观体验。

Modern later life embraces the concept of lifelong learning : not just passing the time, but using it to make up for what you wanted to do when you were younger. The neighborhood university includes a university for the elderly, a health center and a shared book bar, focusing on the users hands-on experience.

棉布、皮革、木头组合而成的纯粹氛围，从容当中得显悠然。在这里烘焙制作，或交流烹饪心得，日常生活的平淡，却是充实而幸福的。

鲤鲤学院由四点半学堂、儿童活动及儿童书吧等部分构成，主题复合的功能规划，关乎“寓教于乐”的理念初衷。

二层范围内，划分限定的椭圆形“子空间”，由建筑立面围绕搭配圆环嵌套灯具，传递精神集中的聚合场域。柔和材质带给人亲切的感知印象，快乐、愉悦的氛围，有助于亲子之间的互动及感情培养。

繁花点缀，让日常生活渲染上幸福色彩；漫步花间，芬芳萦绕，有鲤鲤（lili）幻化的“花仙子”若隐若现。在遍地“KOL”的时代里，空间表达不再拘泥于单一形式：功能之上，是情感体验；再其上，则是社交及个性化需求的兼顾，从而创设“网红”打卡交互地。
