Courtyard Residence is one of a series of custom beachside houses with a core focus on design and quality of craft. Combining a quiet stillness, the soft and muted neutral palette creates a sense of calm and separation. Together with Wolveridge Architects, the resolve combines an honest expression of materiality, textural rawness and a refined approach to detailing.

The visible nail and board formwork of the rammed earth spine wall is not only an expression of the attention and craft that has gone into the build, but also informs the imperfect and textural approach of an informal yet uncluttered interior. Natural stone floors with a slightly tumbled edge, soft earthy rendered walls.
