基地位于温州市龙湾区，地处永强塘河南岸，与永昌堡隔河相望。永昌堡作为龙湾区历史文化的重地，设计通过构建城市情感的联动，来打造独属于温州地脉的城市文化记忆点。

The base is located in Longwan District, Wenzhou City, on the south bank of Yongqiangtang River, across the river from Yongchang Fort (Yongqiangtang River). As the historical and cultural center of Longwan District, Yongchang Fort is designed to create a memory point of Wenzhous urban culture by building the linkage of urban emotions.

项目作为未来永昌堡文化艺术中心，是集合特色文旅、文化展览、商业服务等全方位于一体的综合展示区，景观设计需要平衡临时售楼中心与文化艺术中心之间的整体效果，核心景观结合建筑之势呼应温州江南山水城市格局，主体景观将作永久性保留。

考虑到景观设计语言与地缘的融合与取意，在设计初始我们便锚准景观的情境表达，思考如何打造一方永久性的“特色地标文化”？如何设计观者动线使得项目与古堡隔河对话，并致敬历史？如何在常规景观山水设计之外，以自然意趣与法则，重建当代新文人景观，再续江南园林新意？

Considering the integration of landscape design language and geography, we anchor the situational expression of the landscape at the beginning of the design, and consider how to create a permanent characteristic landmark culture. How to design the viewers movement so that the project talks with the castle across the river and pays tribute to the history? How to reconstruct the contemporary new literati landscape with natural interest and law in addition to the conventional landscape design, and renew the originality of jiangnan gardens?

寻山问水，共赴一场东方雅集，设计融合江南园林之柔，温州古堡遗迹之蕴，巧借屋山之势，融入高山峡谷，奇松怪石，瀑布流泉之景致，串联起”归去来兮、屋山望远、一角容膝、出入图画、万壑松涛、群贤雅集“之象外六景，营造高士访山之意境来传递温州江南山水城市的理念和江南文人雅士之风骨与格调，如画观法，诗意境见，重塑当代文人雅集之生活美学。
