The house was built in 1907, after many renovations, each time enriched its history and become a part of the structure. The atrick Bernatz Ward office of Summit House design idea, combining art and crafts and modern decoration, through the use of local materials to increase residential internal sense of restoring ancient ways.

Summit House located in Lincoln heights a corner of the historic blocks. The region is located in the arroyo secco river and the hills above Los Angeles. In the early days, many families use local river stone, wood and clay built houses here.

A table antique Mexico, Lindsey Eidelman brass lamp and modified Greta Grossman, let a space atmosphere full of restoring ancient ways is chair.
