本案建筑设计特邀美国SBA操刀，两栋塔尖最珍贵的顶层复式超级豪宅室内设计，均由拥有众多奢华酒店及顶级豪宅经验的深圳31设计量身打造。蕴含对这片土地的尊重，秉承对顶级人居生活的追求，结合运用“山、海、城”核心规划理念，勾勒出深圳西海岸丰富的天际轮廓线，缔造永恒的地标。

The architectural design of this case is specially invited by THE United States SBA. The interior design of the top duplex super mansion of the two spires is the most precious, which is designed by Shenzhen 31, which has many luxury hotels and top luxury house experience. Contains the respect for this land, adhering to the pursuit of top living life, combined with the core planning concept of "mountain, sea and city", outline the rich skyline of the west coast of Shenzhen, to create an eternal landmark.

31设计一贯强调:所谓高端、奢华并不意味着一定要张扬、或刻意制造极端的设计噱头。傲立于大湾区国际杆城市深圳的地标豪宅项目，拥有面朝广袤大海、独享静谧自然的超阔视野，而室内优雅大气所带来的永恒感，往往最能经得起时间的考验，简雅静谧空间气质，其中带来的愉悦感是人对生活空间永恒不变的渴求。

“玺”作为古代帝王之印，以“玺”为名，寄托的不止是一份顶级的期待，也肩负了一个时代的责任。设计在于捕捉事物本质的感受力与洞察力，审视内心，着眼未来，真正理解生活的本真追求，彰显居者顶峰格局，尽揽世界一级港湾风景，将非凡意境纳入心境。

As the seal of ancient emperors, the seal is not only a top expectation, but also shoulder the responsibility of an era. The design is to capture the perception and insight of the essence of things, look at the heart, focus on the future, truly understand the true pursuit of life, highlight the residential peak pattern, the worlds first-class harbor scenery, the extraordinary artistic conception into the mood.

一层起居厅巨大的挑高带入恢弘的仪式感，超过20米长的私家露台使山海、阳光与家的温度一起在空气中弥漫开来，以不可量度的气势贯通一层客餐厅，来自外界的烦恼皆被抛之脑后。

The huge height of the living room on the first floor brings a grand sense of ceremony. The private terrace over 20 meters long fills the air with mountains and seas, sunshine and home temperature, and penetrates the restaurant on the first floor with an immeasurable momentum, leaving all the troubles from the outside behind.

整面落地窗无限延展，利落的线条、无华的饰面与天然的材质贯穿始终，开放与私密之间，所有动线均被精心安排。优美的旋转楼梯突破循规蹈矩的秩序，赋予空间自然的流动性，从平台至扶手的细节处理一丝不苟，木与石的对比中增添一份有温度的联接。

The whole French window is infinite extension, neat lines, no decoration and natural material throughout, between open and private, all moving lines are carefully arranged. The graceful spiral staircase breaks through the regular order and gives the space natural fluidity. The details from the platform to the handrail are meticulously handled, adding a warm connection to the contrast between wood and stone.
