阿喜是90后财务，和我传达了自己想要复古质感的空间，对上海的洋房和中古家居抱有浓厚的兴趣，希望设计可以对精装修改头换面，室内的层高比较矮，想通过设计来解决这一问题。

他们对这个家的期待是充足的收纳空间，不跟风不浮夸不网红，有独属于自己的独特气质，希望自己所有的一切，都被妥帖地包容进这个只属于自己的家里。

GALLERY-LIKE HOME

原户型墙体过多，空间布局不理想，需要扩充收纳空间。因此，我们在原有基础上打破传统客厅的家居形态，重新规划动线、协调收纳与生活美学。

There are too many walls in the original apartment type, and the space layout is not ideal, and the storage space needs to be expanded. Therefore, we broke the traditional living room home form on the original basis, re-planned the circulation, coordinated storage and life aesthetics.

拆除次卧，摒弃电视背景墙，将客餐厅打通连为一体，形成自由开放的多功能空间，将采光面与公共视野扩大，并在此基础上做了大面积的收纳，让空间更具层次感，更加契合屋主人的生活习惯。于色彩上，以经典的黑白相融来保持空间统一性，借此营造出舒适自由，干净利落的艺术氛围。

The second bedroom was dismantled, the TV background wall was discarded, the guest dining room was opened and connected to form a free and open multifunctional space, the lighting surface and public view were expanded, and a large area of storage was made on this basis to make the space more layered Sense, more in line with the living habits of the owner of the house. In terms of color, classic black and white blends are used to maintain the unity of the space, thereby creating a comfortable, free, and clean artistic atmosphere.

舍弃主灯，采用独特的pu灯盘来组建顶面新颖的模块秩序，拉伸了空间高度，放大了空间的视觉感受，让空间更加明朗敞亮，让艺术美学更加突出，为新的生活方式注入新的活力。

客餐厨一体的设计保证了家居动线最短，增设餐边柜用来摆放随手可够到的餐具与零食水果。

The integrated design of the guest, dining and kitchen ensures the shortest movement of the home, and a sideboard is added to store readily accessible tableware and snacks and fruits.

大理石温润细腻的纹路与木质餐桌天然的纹理遥相呼应，再点缀一抹生机绿植，翠色生趣却不过分浓郁，轻盈而生动。吊灯的光线自然垂下，勾勒出光影绰约，尝试浪漫的另一种可能，让生活更有仪式感。

The warm and delicate texture of the marble echoes the natural texture of the wooden dining table, and it is decorated with a touch of vitality and green plants. The green color is not too rich, light and vivid. The light of the chandelier hangs down naturally, drawing out the light and shadow, try another possibility of romance, and make life more ritual.

为延续主空间的氛围与基调，卧室的设计上，我们在门与门套的比例上做了细致的分化，不仅拉高了空间的视觉观感，也让空间更加通透明亮。

In order to continue the atmosphere and tone of the main space, in the design of the bedroom, we have made a detailed differentiation in the ratio of the door and the door cover, which not only enhances the visual perception of the space, but also makes the space more transparent and bright.

同时我们取消了次卧与衣帽间的刻板空间，将功能性自然过渡在每个区域，并将空调设计在了衣柜上方，让卧室的回风通过衣柜柜门的透气材质相结合以达到最佳效果。

于色彩上依旧采用了白色作为大面积铺陈的底色，再加入玻璃与藤编的元素组合构成视觉主体，创造出一个既符合屋主生活习惯和审美偏好，以及优化居住者生活节奏和方式的居住空间。

At the same time, we canceled the stereotyped space between the second bedroom and the cloakroom, transitioned the functionality to each area naturally, and designed the air conditioner above the wardrobe, so that the return air from the bedroom was combined with the breathable material of the wardrobe door to achieve the best effect. . In terms of color, white is still used as the background color for large-scale paving, and the combination of glass and rattan elements is added to form the main visual body, creating a residence that not only conforms to the homeowner’s living habits and aesthetic preferences, and optimizes the life rhythm and style of the occupants space.

将设计融入情感，创造一个功能性完整的私享空间，尽享温软平和的时光，细品生活的美好。让家里的每处角落，都是只属于自己的，独一无二的风景。

原房子是精装交付，由于常住人口只有两口人，没有两个卧室的需求，原户型阳台鸡肋，有一个多功能空间什么都做不了，我们大刀阔斧的调整了空间格局。

设计思考 Design thinking:

1.客厅阳台鸡肋，空间浪费，缺少实用性；

2.需要衣帽间的储物量，厨房扩充及大卧室；

3.客餐厅采光很差需引入光线。

设计达成 Design reached

1.阳台空间变更了新位置，隐蔽的同时也为客厅加入更多光线；

2.取消一间卧室，带来的优势是客餐厅变大，储物量的范围做到了空间的每一处；

3.把原阳台的鸡肋空间并给卧室，采光和通风最好的区域给到梳妆台。

4.加入了藤编，pu灯盘，人字拼等屋主喜欢的复古元素。
