宁海，顾名思义，宁静之海。相传东海之内皆波涛汹涌，惟有此处港湾风平浪静，故名宁海。 静海溢出的这份诗意，令人欣羡，令人神往，宁海被古人称之为“桃源”，意即世外桃源，超然脱俗。元朝县丞黄溍写过一首《初到宁海》的诗，诗中有“桃源名更美，何处有神仙”之句，至今，宁海仍有桃源路、桃源桥、桃源村等名称，宁海也是《徐霞客游记》开篇地，具有丰富的自然景观及人文情怀。

宁海陆潮云境府售楼处，以“人文、简约、意境、艺术”为设计风格，简约的线条与形状，搭配浅淡的中性色，抛去所有冗余元素，创造一个通透简单和谐舒畅的空间。前厅利用镂空隔断，若影若现地制造光线的变换，路易斯·康的“设计空间就是设计光亮”，还是柯布西耶的“建筑是光线下形状正确、绝妙、神奇的游戏”，这些都表明了光与建筑空间之间千丝万缕的联系。

Ning Hai Cloud Tidi Prototype Room，With the design style of humanity, simplicity, artistic conception and art, simple lines and shapes, with light neutral colors, throw away all redundant elements to create a transparent, simple, harmonious and comfortable space. The front hall uses hollow partition to create the transformation of light. Louis Kahns design space is design light, or Le Corbusiers architecture is a game with correct shape, wonderful and magical under the light, all these show the connection between light and architectural space.

以现代的设计语汇贴合城市的未来愿景，在空间的处理及尺度的把握上，硬装上以有浅色木质、白色大理石、瓷砖为基调、软装上选择以皮革、金属、木饰面呼应硬装及代表城市意境的造型灯具，从而丰富空间的故事性与人文意义。

设计灵感来源于云层，采用3D打印技术及玻璃钢材质的结合来表达出云的另一种动态美，使形态更具线条的流线感。
